It used to have a link to TVI Express member site in Thai, called tvi.thaimlmcenter.com, but that subdomain is gone
Try going to http://tvi.thaimlmcenter.com/payment.php you will get 404 NOT FOUND
If you search on Google you'll see that it definitely WAS there. Here's the Google Cache of that same page that was no longer found.
Isn't that sad? And why something abandoned by Thailand, soon to be completely illegal in Indonesia, is so embraced in the Philippines?
