Creating Billionaires... with FREE webbly site, yeah, right.

If someone claims to have the secret to riches, and hands you a HAND WRITTEN note on some torn off piece of notebook paper that says "call me" and a phone number, would you believe him?

No you won't. Nor should you.

So why do spammers and TVI Express believers always use FREE website hosts, like Webbly, and FREE domain forwarder, like dot.tk, somehow does NOT affect their message of making "billions"?

(Not to mention TVI Express is a scam, but that's sorta beside the point)

TVI Express expanding into Palestine? What a joke!

Our domain spammer Joseph Pavlicek is back, having registered "TVIExpress.ps", which is Palestine (yes, THAT Palestine, where suicide bombers and terrorists are most often in the news, and Yasser Arafat, now dead).

Furthermore, MLM and pyramid schemes are "haram" in Islam, esp. Palestine.

The design of the fonts and the domain reg records leaves no doubt it is Pavlicek, though I think he used a new registrar this time.

"Lawrence Russell" still spamdexing the with zombie articles

Previously, we've highlighted "Lawrence Russell" (i.e. Larry), who is supposed to be promoting his Global Resorts business. Instead, his website apparently is in bot mode and randomly publishing zombie articles, some of which are in DIRECT COMPETITION to his GRN, and he just advertised his competitor, AGAIN. Not to mention he cited a video pushing a company that had been officially issued a "cease and desist" by a consumer protection agency of the US government!

Larry here has no brains. Clearly, he is as smart as the bot powering his site. Garbage in, garbage out.

Dead TVI Express Group on LinkedIn

Previously we've highlighted "Triumph Together" is a dead TVI Express group on LinkedIn. It's time to discover another:

Boy, do they have some funny "positions".

And what's wrong with their website? Dead since 2010.

Well, what can we say, other than TVI Express ain't much of a success?

ebook review with "earning disclaimer" and TVI Express review? Clear spamticle site

Why would an eBook Review website have a page that says "earning disclaimer"? Clearly, this is MLM spam edited to a different title.

And the article was plagiarized.

Who is Jill Sanders and why was she pushing TVI Express scam?

Yesterday, we profiled a spamticle site that claims to be about "Color Men's Wear" but in reality posts spam articles and videos from all over, and one of them was this TVI Express video from "traveltviexpress". Her Youtube Channel still exists:

Either she only owns one shirt (or all identical shirts, like Steve Job's two dozen black turtlenecks) or she recorded all these videos in one take, which means she was reading from a script. Lighting suggests it was all done in one take.

According to the youtube profile, she joined on 30-JAN-2010, uploaded these videos, and NEVER updated them ever again. Last activity date is same as join date. Clearly, this is a spam channel.

The TinyURL forwarder is still active, and sends you to a free Weebly site, which only contains a capture page that wants your contact info, nothing else.

However, her name, according to the video, is "Stephanie Bower", not Jill Sanders. Why is Jill Sanders posting a video by Stephanie Bower?

We will research this "Stephanie Bower" later. For now, we'll concentrate on Jill Sanders.

Search on Twitter revealed that last tweet was in December 2009, even BEFORE the videos.

The URL mentioned in the Tweet, TVIExpressPass.com, has expired domain as of August 2010, over a year ago.

Unfortunately, "Jill Sanders" is a pretty common name and without further information further ID is not possible. All the searches for Jill Sanders and South Lake Tahoe brought up information on a real estate agent. She looks completely different from the girl in the video. Before I noticed the girl in the video is a Stephanie Bower, NOT Jill Sanders, that threw me off completely. So who is Jill Sanders? The real estate agent is white and has short but face-framing blond hair.

Then I found ANOTHER Twitter account, which belongs to the real estate agent, as "TahoeHomeLink.com" is the home page of the real estate agent.

Then why was she tweeting about TVI Express? These tweets are identical to the one in that TVI Express Jill Sanders account.

Apparently Jill had strayed into scams and had since picked up real estate and abandoned her scamming ways.

Bravo, Jill, bravo. All the power to you, and a lesson to TVI Express members: you *can* go legit if you want to.

Color Men's Wear... and TVI Express Spam?

Where else would you find TVI Express spam? Surely you don't expect it to show up on "Color Mens Wear" website?  And there's no "men" in the spam video at all?

What's even MORE interesting is that the girl in the video is NOT Jill Sanders, but a "Stephanie Bower"! She said so in the video.

Bob Howard, marketing coach, is the latest documented weasel dodging TVI Express scam question

This blog had been catching weasel marketing coaches who claims to be all about integrity and honesty, but in reality is a weasel who dodge his own question: Is TVI Express a Scam?

Bob Howard claimed to have "reviewed" TVI Express on this little video, asking whether it's a scam. However, this video is only 44 seconds, long, and thus is only to get you to visit his website. That's already like a weasel, isn't it?

So what does his website actually say? Absolutely NOTHING about whether TVI Express is a scam or not.

He managed to completely ignore the problems (no management, no clear location, "alliances" with travel are fake, getting paid on RECRUITING is illegal pyramid scheme, so on and so forth).

The rest of his article is NOT about TVI Express, but rather, some blathering about lead generation. In fact, TVI Express is mentioned only three times in the entire article, none of them as a "review". In fact, he never did say whether TVI Express is a scam or not.

Bob Howard dodged his own question.

What a weasel! Wonder if he's for rent?

Another Minister Pushing TVI Express, and attracting spam

Previously we found Rev Dailey pushing TVI Express. Though later he wrote back claiming that he haven't been involved in TVI Express for YEARS.

Now we found another "minister" using his religious connections to push MLM and Matrix Schemes, such as TVI Express and One24. The TVI Express link? Goes straight to his TVI referral link.

And he quotes Bible liberally to justify his works. He doesn't seem to care that most of his comments came from bots.

Well, Johnny De... Here's a couple Bible quotes right back at you:
  • "Be not deceived, God is not mocked, whatsoever a man sows, that he shall also reap.” (Galatians 6:7)
  • “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” (Matthew 7:12).
  • “A good name is better than great riches.” (Proverbs 22:1)
  •  “The love of money is the root of all sorts of evil.” (1 Timothy 6:10).
There is no doubt that TVI Express is a scam, members convicted and sentenced for fraud in multiple countries. Thus, any one still promoting TVI Express is committing fraud, and will find suitable punishment either in this life or beyond. If you cheat people by recruiting them into a pyramid scheme like TVI Express, then you are indeed aiding evil in the universe.

In fact, I think somewhere in the Bible it says you need to pay back the damages, WITH INTEREST, THEN ask for God's forgiveness.

See what a real Bible Scholar have to say about Pyramid Schemes (yes, I borrowed those quotes):

TVI Express Spams French Recipe Video Website

After all, if the URL says recettes-de-cuisine.eu, which literally is "recipe of cooking" in French, what videos are you expecting to see? Certainly not TVI Express spamdeos...

Indonesia Wordpress Blog Got TVI Express Spam

There were only 4 entries on this blog, EVER, even counting the bogus "Hello World". The other two are about computers. So why is the most recent one about TVI Express Scam?

Honest MLM Guy Tells You: AVOID TVI Express!

Unlike others on BizOppers, where they gave enthusiastic endorsements to TVI Express and in "why", all they can do is repeat company recruiting speech, this guy tells you to avoid it.

Though the review is a bit unclear. Is he saying that TVI Express is NOT MLM?

NEWSFLASH: Saudi TVI Express members faked fatwa claiming TVI Express is allowed

According to http://sabq.org/sabq/user/news.do?section=5&id=35136  a senior official in Saudi Arabia was surprised to see his name attached to a fictional fatwa that had been cited to "permit" TVI Express and other multi-level marketing items, which is actually verboten under shariah law. The official denies ever making such a fatwa, was completely misunderstood, and so on and so forth.

In Saudi Arabia, such slander and false claims carries a VERY stiff penalty... Shariah law is VERY strict against spreading untruths.

NEWSFLASH: First Indonesian TVI Express scammer convicted and sentenced for fraud. Where's Goenarni Goenawan?

UPEKS online just reported that the first TVI Express scammer, previously arrested in Majene, has been sentenced to nine months jail for fraud  (link is in Indonesian). However, this is a local "distributor". Where is Goenarni Goenawan, head of PT TVI Express Indonesia? SHE should be the one in jail!

Does TVI Express have anything to do with car rental? Only on spamticle sites:

This Wordpress Template was left untouched in most places and thus is purely a spamticle site.

More TVI Express Spam Domains from Czech Republic

Previously we've highlighted tviexpress.tw, which is supposedly TVI Express for Taiwan, except it has not a SINGLE WORD IN CHINESE, not is it owned by by Chinese, but rather, a Czech TVI Express member, which makes it a completely UNofficial site! Furthermore, he had registered 303 different domains.

Here's another one: tviexpress.ph, which is Philippines. The problem is, there is an official (well, official for a scam) TVI Express office in the Philippines. And this domain ain't owned by them .

The WHOIS server for Philippines shows:

Domaintviexpress.ph
OrganizationJosef Pavlicek
Expiry Date2012-07-28
Primary Contact
Secondary Contact
sobank...@...
callbac...@...
AddressV Zatisi 917
Kunovice, 68604 CZ
NameServersns1.regzone.cz
ns1.regzone.info
ns1.regzone.de

There's another way... if you do a server stat on that domain name, you get:

Server Type:
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian)
ASN:
AS39392
IP Location:
Czech Republic - Czech Republic - Supernetwork S.r.o
Response Code:
200
Domain Status:
Registered And Active Website

Yep, it's our Czech domain spammer Joe Pavlicek. Furthermore, at the bottom of the page, you find a section in Czech, not English or Tagalog (the Filipino language). Which proves that this domain is pretty bogus.

Goernani Goenawan Publishing Book About Her Rise? Or Her Crimes?

According to a Business Paper in Indonesia (who apparently forgot to double check the source), Goenani Goenawan, leading Indonesian scammer of PT TVI Express, is publishing her biography celebrating rise of woman (i.e. her) in position of power in Indonesia.  NOTE: Following image was auto translated by Google.

The date of the event, as shown in the picture, was June 2011, though somehow this article JUST appeared in print.

However, as we reported before, PT TVI Express Indonesia, the company Goenawan was pushing, was declared illegal, and its license revoked by BKPM, the Indonesia business license board back on August 3rd, 2011.

As you can see, "zombie" articles are not limited to spammers. Even newspapers who don't check their sources can publish "zombie" articles that someone presents a scam in a favorable light.

And provide more ammunition for scammers to recruit more victims.

What does TVI Express have do with Rite Aid (drug store)? Absolutely nothing

Yet you will find them spammed together somehow... See for yourself.

The domain is registered to a "Rudy Hartono" of... Indonesia. The problem is Hartono is not exactly a surname. Indonesians usually have a "third name" that really distinguishes them if the first two names are the same. The most famous Rudy Hartono is a Chinese-Indonesian badminton player.

And indeed, the "tag cloud" on the right has Indonesian words.

Another Dead TVI Express Group on LinkedIn: Smart Vacation

When you search on LinkedIn for TVI Express, you still find a couple groups of people who didn't bother to disassociate themselves from this scam. Here's a dead group:

If you visit the URL in the lower right, you'll find it says "Account Suspended', which means they didn't pay for hosting any more. It's dead.

Another Zombie Spamticle Site Spotted with TVI Express Spam

When it comes to spamticle websites (that's websites with a lot of pirated or repub'ed spam articles), they are usually so generic and setup with minimum work you can tell just by looking, without reading much of the content at all. After all, it's for search engines to pick up, not for human consumption. As a result, they often contain pathetic mistakes, and this one is no exception.

As you can see, this site just have cloned articles, with nearly identical titles, and didn't even bother updating the author (it's left unchanged from the theme author's original).

Even more hilarious, the video that goes with this posting? Was NOT from David Wood. If you click through, you'll find out that David Wood is a white surfer dude, and the video is of a black guy.

However, the domain is indeed registered by David Wood, and the registrant's address matches the address given on his own website, workwithdavidwood.com, an address in Fairbanks, Alaska. (Strangely, that website has "private registration" turned on. Why have private reg when your address is on the website itself?)

So, did Mr. Wood turn to spamticle website creation to supplement his income? And why link to a even MORE bogus video not created by him as a link?

What does that say about his success level?

UPDATE: the video was removed by Youtube due to TOS violations. Hah! (checked on 13-DEC-2011)

Is this the sort of people TVI Express is attracting in Philippines?

A certain Ms. Rondolo put up the following profile on LinkedIn:

Instead of showing off her experience as a trainer (she said her specialty is training a coaching), the whole profile is a recruiting speech. Furthermore, the blog URL is invalid, facebook URL is not found, and remaining link is a TVIExpress.com referral link. That's hardly sign of competence, is it?

Furthermore, by her own admission, she has had either NO job, or no job worth mentioning after graduating from Polytechnic University back in 1991, which is 20 YEARS AGO, other than MLM sales (and now, part of TVI Express scam).

Is this the sort of people TVI Express is attracting in the Philippines?

Who is registering a bunch of tviexpress.*** domain names?

Google search recently popped up a lot of tviexpress domains where it's not a .com, but rather, country. One that caught my eye was tviexpress.tw, where tw = Taiwan, Republic of China, where they of course, speaks Chinese.

So why when I go to TVIExpress.tw, I see ENGLISH, and not a single word in Chinese?

So I ran the WHOIS search, and turns out this is NOT an official TVI Express website!

Reverse Whois:
"Josef Pavlicek" owns about303 other domains
Email Search:
is associated with about 303 domains
Whois History:
12 records have been archived since 2009-10-01 .
Reverse IP:
343 other sites hosted on this server.

Domain Name: tviexpress.tw
   Registrant:

      Josef Pavlicek
      +420.0602601968

      V Zatisi 917
      Kunovice,
      CZ

So this domain is owned by some Czech TVI Express member, NOT TVI Express!  What is he doing with 303 other domains?

Another "Coach" out to help you succeed in... TVI Express scam?!?!

Do these "coaches" even read that they post? Clearly not, as this "Lloyd Dobson" clearly demonstrated:

If he wants to sell his "lead generation system", he should at least pick a LEGAL business, instead of this illegal scam already kicked out of the USA a whole YEAR ago! Not to mention he can't cite information, even the lies released by the scam itself, properly!

So who is this Lloyd Dobson guy? This is his LinkedIn Profile:

The rest of his description I snipped.

Strangely, I have ran into Lloyd Dobson online before. (see below, under related articles). Back in October someone was reviving his zombie TVI Express videos. Now, he decided to revivify zombie himself.

Why don't you leave a scam DEAD AND BURIED, Lloyd Dobson? Why would you want to help people succeed in a SCAM, Lloyd?

You should have left well enough alone!

Most Inappropriate Event Title from TVI Express

TVI Express has some pretty darn hilarious event titles. In 20-MAY-2010, they launched an event in Indonesia called "Shake the Nation".  (Look behind the singer, at least try to)

Mind you, this was less than 2 weeks after the nation of Indonesia was hit by a real earthquake... (9-MAY-2010) Which is about, oh, 7.2 on the Richter scale.

Guess Indonesians got their shaking, but not in the way they wanted!
