More TVI Express Spam Domains from Czech Republic

Previously we've highlighted tviexpress.tw, which is supposedly TVI Express for Taiwan, except it has not a SINGLE WORD IN CHINESE, not is it owned by by Chinese, but rather, a Czech TVI Express member, which makes it a completely UNofficial site! Furthermore, he had registered 303 different domains.

Here's another one: tviexpress.ph, which is Philippines. The problem is, there is an official (well, official for a scam) TVI Express office in the Philippines. And this domain ain't owned by them .

The WHOIS server for Philippines shows:

Domaintviexpress.ph
OrganizationJosef Pavlicek
Expiry Date2012-07-28
Primary Contact
Secondary Contact
sobank...@...
callbac...@...
AddressV Zatisi 917
Kunovice, 68604 CZ
NameServersns1.regzone.cz
ns1.regzone.info
ns1.regzone.de

There's another way... if you do a server stat on that domain name, you get:

Server Type:
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian)
ASN:
AS39392
IP Location:
Czech Republic - Czech Republic - Supernetwork S.r.o
Response Code:
200
Domain Status:
Registered And Active Website

Yep, it's our Czech domain spammer Joe Pavlicek. Furthermore, at the bottom of the page, you find a section in Czech, not English or Tagalog (the Filipino language). Which proves that this domain is pretty bogus.

Who is registering a bunch of tviexpress.*** domain names?

Google search recently popped up a lot of tviexpress domains where it's not a .com, but rather, country. One that caught my eye was tviexpress.tw, where tw = Taiwan, Republic of China, where they of course, speaks Chinese.

So why when I go to TVIExpress.tw, I see ENGLISH, and not a single word in Chinese?

So I ran the WHOIS search, and turns out this is NOT an official TVI Express website!

Reverse Whois:
"Josef Pavlicek" owns about303 other domains
Email Search:
is associated with about 303 domains
Whois History:
12 records have been archived since 2009-10-01 .
Reverse IP:
343 other sites hosted on this server.

Domain Name: tviexpress.tw
   Registrant:

      Josef Pavlicek
      +420.0602601968

      V Zatisi 917
      Kunovice,
      CZ

So this domain is owned by some Czech TVI Express member, NOT TVI Express!  What is he doing with 303 other domains?

TVI Express Finished in Taiwan Back in June 2009

According to comments in a blog in China, unconfirmed, some "leaders" were arrested by TBI (Taiwan Bureau of Investigations) back in June, 2009
TVI is clearly a money sucking scam from fraudsters based in Mainland China and Malaysia
A bunch of fraudsters acted out the scam, sucked in the money, and is about to get away
Several leaders in Taiwan were taken away by Bureau of Investigations
Don't stay deceived. There's not even a British guy (in the company) and it claims to be UK company
System is is in China. Must be same people who did the Swiss Fund (scam)

TVI Express in Taiwan Left Trail of Broken Dreams

You'll need to be able to read traditional Chinese to read all the QQ Chat logs (similar to AIM and other messengers), but it's clear that everybody felt deceived. And this was in 2009. Guess the other southeast Asian countries have to learn their own lessons!

Some MORE lies from TVI Express members

This is a letter, published by TVI Express downline in Taiwan, was dated June 2009. It allegedly came from a Mr. Goyal, their TVI Express upline from India. The problem is this letter is in Chinese, which was translated from original English. So retranslating it back to English is going to sound silly, but the general meaning should be clear. You can read the whole thing here, I'll just pick out some of the more egregious lies...

The background of the company is very strong, includes a financial management company with over 50 years of history, a glass product factory in Italy, and casino / resort in England. It has enjoyed leadership position in travel industry for many years. In late June, a main office will open in New Delhi, India. In July office will open in Hong Kong, and Shenzhen China.
As we all know, there still is no office in Hong Kong, no office in China. Nobody ever found out what "financial management company", the casino/resort, or glass factory in Italy that they may be referring to. In fact, these supposedly ties were never mentioned anywhere else.

We (and you) must join this enterprise in the pre-launch phase. This is the key to our future success. In any MLM, only those who join at the very beginning, can earn big money. This business is completely global (over 50 countries around the world), and cooperates with an internationally known related business.
The problem here is they are telling you the truth... ONLY the early joiners will make money, that for sure. But what they mean by global is they have MEMBERS in 50+ countries.
Basic investment is low, only NTD 9500, or 19000, or 28500, depending on individual needs.

NOTE: 9500 is joining once. 19000 is joining twice, and 28500 is joining four times. 9500 NTD is roughly $290 USD, the standard "TVI Express" membership + some fees.
The best thing is 80% of your initial investment will be returned in a few weeks, and you can get many benefits, such as free 5-day trip to Banghkok (including all tax, plane ticket, 5-star hotel accommodations, and meals, absolutely no extra expenses)
Includes meals? Only 80% return?
TVI Express
TVI Express benefits to you is not inflated, and there is nothing hidden, restricted, or misleading. Everything is transparent.
We all knew how *this* promise turned out.

The 5-star hotel? Turned into 3-5 stars.
Meals? What meals?
Redemption? Impossible to do so until June 2010, 12 months later.
No extra expense? Includes all taxes? Try $150 for "taxes and processing fees"

What lies are TVI Express members telling now in order to score a few more recruits?

More info about how TVI Express reached China

TVI Express reached China via a person named "Jin Ling", based on this blog entry

http://bbs.city.tianya.cn/tianyacity/Content/40/1/647431.shtml

The Jin Ling or 金玲, is a Chinese name. The problem is this can only be "Anny Kim", but who came up with the English name? 金 is always written as Jin, Jing, or Gin, if you are from China or Taiwan. Only in Korea would it be written as Kim.

More TVI Express funny testomonials

If you go to TVI Express, testimonials, you'll see a Mr. Tsairong Chang from Taipei, Taiwan, providing a photo of his hotel room as his "proof" that he enjoyed such vacation courtesy of TVI Express. While the picture is a thumbnail, the actual photo is available at http://www.tviexpress.com/uploaded_document/hof/B_hof_1268792474.JPG

First of all, he said he enjoyed the trip from Jan 13, 2010 to Jan 20, 2010. As posted on TVI Express website.

Yet the date stamp clearly says the photo is taken on the 14th, 8:32PM (lower right corner). Indeed, the EXIF headers confirms it was taken on the 14th.

Who takes photo of his room one day AFTER he moved in?

Furthermore no hotel staff would leave fliers on the pillows. If you zoom in to the photo, you'll see TVI Express logo on the upper left corner. Those are TVI Express fliers, and the whole scene was very obviously staged by Mr. Tsairong Chang... if he even exists.

Furthermore, the camera does not have a GPS, so this photo does not prove it was taken where he claimed it was taken, at a Taipei hotel.

EDIT: One more problem: Tsairong Chang is NOT a Taiwanese name. In Taiwan, it would have been written as Tsai-Rong Chang. The practice of removing the dash and combining it into one word is done in China, but NOT Taiwan.

EDIT2: Another problem does that look like a 5-star hotel room to you? It looks about the grade of Holiday Inn, or even a Motel 6. Two-star hotel, maybe, three at the most.

TVI Express supporter fakes post attempting to discredit critic

I have previously reported that I have been asking some pointed questions on VoiceofSikkim.com, and after some pointed questions, one of them faked a post, pretending to be me, "apologizing" to all for criticizing TVI Express. Oh yeah, what utter BS.

This is really me

K. Chang says:  April 4, 2010 at 12:12 pm

@Tsairong Chang — good, what about those TVI Express members who are NOT in Asia? And how many of your fellow TVI Express members in Taiwan have gone on those trips?

And it’s only a 3-star hotel. So it still begs the question… when did TVI Express downgrade the “5-star hotel” down to “3-5 star”, and why was this never announced on the TVI Express website?

AND why TVI Express never publishes a list of available hotels? People have been begging for this list ever since TVI Express got started! I am glad to hear that you got your trip in Taiwan, but again, what about the rest of the 150 countries that TVI Express claim to have members in?

Well, at least you provided a LITTLE PIECE of an answer to one of those 16 questions. Now we know that hotels OUTSIDE of India may be available, but again, it’s not an complete answer.
And this is the fake post
K. Chang says:  April 4, 2010 at 12:56 pm

K. Chang
China
Ungrammatical, poor word choices, wrong typos, and I don't even live in China! But let's dig a little deeper... Look at the HTML source. The real post has this line:

<img alt='' src='http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/0f2f77d9561244ee9fb2b2ff8599ff2c?s=32&d=&r=G' class='avatar avatar-32 photo' height='32' width='32' /> <cite class="fn"><a href='http://kschang.blogspot.com/search/label/TVI%20Express' rel='external nofollow' class='url'>K. Changa>cite> <span class="says">says:span> div>
And the fake line has:

<img alt='' src='http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/becc3976de2eeb026871d89e31cb5011?s=32&d=&r=G' class='avatar avatar-32 photo' height='32' width='32' /> <cite class="fn"><a href='http://www.tviexpress.com' rel='external nofollow' class='url'>K. Changa>cite> <span class="says">says:span> div>

Completely different Gravatar ID.

See what kind of unscrupulous people TVI Express seem to attract?
