Alleged Edgar Martinez claims TVI Express Works for Him, but does it really?

A Mr. Edgar Martinez posted a comment on my "TVI Express Scam Timeline", and the comment is reproduced below. It's in Spanish, so a translation is posted as well. The IP address traces back to a location in Bogota Colombia, so Mr. Martinez is likely for real, but probably mislead. Previously a Colombian Newspaper El Liberal had reported on TVI Express scam, and a rebuttal from member, then nothing else was heard ever again.

Original is in blue
Translation is in green
and my rebuttal / observation will be in black.

Today, 04-MAY-2011 I used my vacation certificate and it works. Furthermore I can compare the prices with the other travel providers such as accomodation prices, airfare prices, car rentals and so on are much more economical. TVI EXPRESS PRODUCT IS REAL
The problem here, Senor Martinez, is that you are basically arguing that HALF of TVI Express is legal and real. That, unfortunately, either proves that they are a scam that is putting on a false front, or nothing at all. It in no way proves that they are completely legitimate.
As for your claim that the prices you found are cheaper, what exactly did you compare it to? Your vague statement cannot be verified, whereas everything I wrote I can cite a source from that can be verified.
We are helping the economy, to learn about other countries, and earn money if we wish, repeat: if we wish. Else, we can simply use the platform to buy and use discounts.
So how exactly do you make money? You can only make money by recruiting other people into TVI Express, not by selling any trips. Why is TVI Express promising "earn 10000 a week" on their website's front page? Are you telling people NOT to earn money?
You have spoken ill of TVI Express in the past few months.
I documented FACTS about TVI Express that you or any other TVI Express member would not dare to tell prospective members.
I believe those who defame the good name of something helping the world should go to hell.
It doesn't matter what you believe. The truth is the truth. If you do not see the truth, that is your problem, not mine.
If you turned out to be wrong, do you believe you will go to hell for lying to everybody you recruited and spreading untruth? (And you haven't even proven anything I wrote was wrong.)
The tendency imposed by the Internet is controlled by people look at, on one hand MLM, on the other network marketing, that is TVI Express... we are not MLM.
Edgar, why then would TVI Express write the following?
"Network Marketing — also Direct Selling or Multi Level Marketing is the most powerful system of free enterprise in our modern world, and it is the business model that TVI Express chose from the beginning."
Even TVI Express themselves say they are network marketing OR multi-level marketing. It's the SAME THING. Why would you say it is not MLM? You did write "Nosotros no somos MLM", did you not?
How can I treat you seriously if you cannot even face the truth?
Are you going to hell for speaking untruth, Edgar?

Time to Rehash a Link: Colombia paper reports on TVI Express scam

For a while the link to El Liberal in Colombia was down as the site was reported as an "attack site" when it was clearly NOT an attack site. My hypothesis (unsupported, which I admit) is that supporters of TVI Express filed a false report to muffle the legitimate site. The site is back up, so here's the report... again.

Basically, the poor man signed up after a presentation at the local Chamber of Commerice (some body rented their meeting hall). Joined, booked a trip, only to be told, upon arrival, they never heard of TVI Express. Furthermore, investigation through RCI and others also shows no such relations to those companies. In conclusion:
So after this experience the disappointed investor recommended that before joining any multilevel company must conduct a rigorous investigation.

"I learned to take into account three aspects: the company is correct, that is, where is made known who are the owners and if you have enough financial backing, second, to join companies with consumer products and third party has a compensation plan that reflects reality and not create false expectations, "said Mr. Oscar Gomez.

What sort of people are writing about TVI Express now?

For grins, I did a search on "TVI Express" via Google, and set filter to "last 24 hours". What sort of results did I get?

1) 5izt.com, is TVI Legit or not, but that cited a spam, where they ran the original article through a rewriter, which substituted random words with their synonyms. So "travel" became "journey", and so on. The result is completely garbled.   SPAM

2) is a link to my report that Colombian press is reporting on TVI Express scam.

3) is "helping-people-to-make-money-quick.com" from this domain name, you can already guess this will be probably pretty spammy.  The link goes to a video link that supposedly shows you how to profit from TVI Express... Which is stolen right off TVI Express website, no doubt. SPAM.

4) someone spammed the comment at the website "moroccohotel.info" with ad for TVI Express. SPAM

5) someone posted an article about TVI Express on... "Emergency Supply and Food" website. SPAM

6) globaldust.com... supposed to be about the international band fans (i.e. groupies), so why would the admin post an article on TVI Express? SPAM

7) TVI Express article on... rcracer website in Australia? A website about radio controlled vehicles? SPAM

8) Work From Home Get Paid Today.com ... third party TVI Express review... copied from article repository, no actual content available. SPAM

9) TVI Express True Review "best network marketing company" website... repost of "Manny" bogus TVI Express video review, already debunked many times over. SPAM

10)  Website content and newsletter directory... on everlyn's blog? An article littered with random shoe ads? SPAM.

Out of first 10 posts in last 24 hours about TVI Express, 90% were SPAM and contained fake information!
