Filipino National Bureau of Investigation reports on TVI Express scam

Filipino National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)  repeated the report from ACCC of Australia that TVI Express is a scam.

http://www.nbi.gov.ph/news/tvi_express.html

This is the first time TVI Express was mentioned in OFFICIAL Filipino government communique (except for the "company registration").

Wonder what's next? (Get out while you can)

More TVI Express Spam Domains from Czech Republic

Previously we've highlighted tviexpress.tw, which is supposedly TVI Express for Taiwan, except it has not a SINGLE WORD IN CHINESE, not is it owned by by Chinese, but rather, a Czech TVI Express member, which makes it a completely UNofficial site! Furthermore, he had registered 303 different domains.

Here's another one: tviexpress.ph, which is Philippines. The problem is, there is an official (well, official for a scam) TVI Express office in the Philippines. And this domain ain't owned by them .

The WHOIS server for Philippines shows:

Domaintviexpress.ph
OrganizationJosef Pavlicek
Expiry Date2012-07-28
Primary Contact
Secondary Contact
sobank...@...
callbac...@...
AddressV Zatisi 917
Kunovice, 68604 CZ
NameServersns1.regzone.cz
ns1.regzone.info
ns1.regzone.de

There's another way... if you do a server stat on that domain name, you get:

Server Type:
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian)
ASN:
AS39392
IP Location:
Czech Republic - Czech Republic - Supernetwork S.r.o
Response Code:
200
Domain Status:
Registered And Active Website

Yep, it's our Czech domain spammer Joe Pavlicek. Furthermore, at the bottom of the page, you find a section in Czech, not English or Tagalog (the Filipino language). Which proves that this domain is pretty bogus.

Is this the sort of people TVI Express is attracting in Philippines?

A certain Ms. Rondolo put up the following profile on LinkedIn:

Instead of showing off her experience as a trainer (she said her specialty is training a coaching), the whole profile is a recruiting speech. Furthermore, the blog URL is invalid, facebook URL is not found, and remaining link is a TVIExpress.com referral link. That's hardly sign of competence, is it?

Furthermore, by her own admission, she has had either NO job, or no job worth mentioning after graduating from Polytechnic University back in 1991, which is 20 YEARS AGO, other than MLM sales (and now, part of TVI Express scam).

Is this the sort of people TVI Express is attracting in the Philippines?

Filipino TVI Express members, see your American predecessors use the same stupid tactics

Recently, I've highlighted a lot of Filipino TVI Express supporters blindingly offer up bogus defense of TVI Express either here on this blog, or at my "Hubpages" hubs. I have dissected such sorry excuses. [Here] , [here], [ here ], [ here ], [ here ],  [ here ],  and [ here ]

And you foolish Filipino TVI Express defenders are repeating history by being stupid. What you morons are doing is repeating the same things American TVI Express members have claimed against critics. Troy Dooly, who had been on MLM scene for a while, called TVI Express a scam back in 2009, and some guy named John Piro claimed Troy Dooly is full of ****. Here's Troy Dooly's response.

http://mlmhelpdesk.com/mlm-scam-update-john-piro-exposes-troy-doolys-hidden-agenda-at-mlm-help-desk/

Actually, I've highlighted John Piro before. He eventually changed his mind about TVI Express... after almost a year. However, his previous zombie spamticles and zombie spamideos are still getting recycled / revivified by various "SEO" morons out there.

What you say now on the Internet will live on forever, proving you were once a moron, supported a scam.

Imagine your future EMPLOYER finding this out.

More Desperate Filipino TVI Express Members Playing the Moron

The following comment was posted at my collection of real news articles about TVI Express: and it's a fraud around the world. So what did this guy comment on?

First of all, it's NOT a review, but a collection of real news articles from around the world, all of them stating that TVI Express is an illegal pyramid scheme. Go ahead and click thru and see his comment at the bottom.

Second, the only counterpoint he got is "some people got paid", which is what pyramid schemes do.

Thus, it's clear that it is this "CRIS" who came from planet of no brains and no understanding.

Toto from Philippines: it's not illegal yet!

Got ANOTHER comment from the Philippines... which doesn't even try to refute the evidence presented at all:

Again, "toto" ignores the fact that it is not he who loses, but ALL THE PEOPLE HE RECRUITED that will lose. For every person who "gained" $10000, 200+ people put in $250 EACH into the system. The vacation is difficult to redeem, cost additional money to redeem, and you need to recruit 14 other people to "make your money back".

Toto doesn't care if the operation is illegal and can be shut down by the government at any time. He only cares that it's not illegal yet (nobody's been convicted in the Philippines), and he needs every recruit he can get (before then).

Toto is very good in telling ONE SIDE of the story and making in sound good.

I'm here telling you THE OTHER SIDE, the side they don't want you to know.

Alex from Philippines can't tell what's legitimate vs. what's legal

Take a look at the following comment posted by a "alex of philippines"

The problem with this post is fallacy of equivocation: saying one thing when it really means something else. In this case, "alex" basically claims that if a business did its proper registration for paying taxes and such, it must be a legitimate company, and CANNOT be illegal.

A business can have all its paperwork in order, but if it operates as a pyramid scheme, it surely IS illegal. It is legitimate in the sense that it has all the paperwork in order, but NOT in the sense that it is operating as a non-fraud. Yet alex seem to think they are the same: paperwork = not fraud, when it's illogical.

As for having presidents and other leaders in town, so what? Indonesian branch of TVI Express got its license revoked. They had presidents and other officers too.

The rest is just "I made money so it can't be scam". That's equivocation too. They are defining scam as "took my money can didn't give me anything", when scam covers a lot more than that, such as a pyramid scheme (which is pretty much proven conclusively several times over, based on TVI Express's own info).

All three parts of the argument / evidence are bogus.

So "alex", I hope God bless you and you don't get arrested for promoting a fraud, but I feel wrath from your friends and family coming soon...

Ed from Phillipines enjoys being deceived, admits so

Ed from Philippines wrote back after I pointed out flaws in his thinking.

The problem here is he doesn't care about the people who are under the people who are under him. According to him, it's just "other people's money", who cares about them?

That's the problem with a pyramid scheme: when it gets to be a couple layers removed, you no longer care about defrauding other people. You don't know them (except they're friend of a friend or relative of a relative) and thus, you don't give a **** about what happens to their money. All you care is that YOU benefited from this scam, and those immediately under you (who also "cycled out").

PYRAMID SCHEME IS ILLEGAL, and "ed" here basically admitted he doesn't give a **** as long as he got the money.

Is this sort of behavior that you want to join?

Ed from Phillipines tries the bogus "TVI is a club" argument

A certain guy who used the handle "ed" decided to recycle the "TVI Express is a buyer's club" argument in hopes of convincing me (and my readers) that TVI Express is legitimate.

His argument has multiple parts

1) TVI Express is a club (therefore it is legitimate)

2) Uplines hellp people who are under them to cycle them out

3) If you are against TVI Express, you are ruining people's lives

Let's examine them one at a time.

1) Is TVI Express a "club"? (or a "gym", which is a fitness club)

The answer is NO, because the "service" that it offers, i.e. selection of hotels, airfare, and so on, can be had for FREE on Travelocity and other Internet travel giants.

Besides, what exactly *do* you sell in TVI Express? Do you actually sell trips, airfare, hotel, and so on? No! You sell MEMBERSHIP! (Which allegedly gives you discounts on trips, but we've already explained that same discounts can be had elsewhere for FREE)

Thus, TVI Express is NOT a club. This is a BOGUS argument, and it's one I had busted BEFORE.

2) Do Uplines help their own downlines to cycle out?

Frankly, this makes NO SENSE whatsoever, because the mathematics do NOT support it.

Simply answer this question: if it's so lucrative, why don't the upline cycle himself out by buying as many memberships as he can?

Because it can't be done. To cycle out and make that alleged $10000, you need to pay TVI Express $56250, that's assuming 15x15x$250  (15 people per "board", 2 boards, $250 each person). Even if you count the first $500 (which is not really $500, but $250 in eWallet, with membership voucher "worth" $250)

Clearly, a lot of that 200+ $250 memberships must be paid by somebody ELSE. In fact VAST MAJORITY must be paid by someone else. A LOT of someone else's.

Thus, "your upline will pay for a few memberships to cycle you out" only PROVES that it's a pyramid scheme, not disprove it at all. They are willing to sacrifice some of their potential gain just to make you feel better about putting your money in.

3) Does speaking out against TVI Express ruin lives?

This is a fundamental lie. If a person does not join TVI Express, his or her circumstance does NOT change. Thus, it is NOT RUINED.

Joining TVI Express has tremendous risks. Not only can you lose the money you put in, and every person you recruit can hate you for life, including friends and family. Furthermore, you can be arrested for fraud by the government, as many people around the world have found out.

Sure, there's the POTENTIAL of getting that $10000, but is the risk worth it? Ed seem to think so, but his claim that NOT joining TVI Express ruins lives, is totally bogus.

CONCLUSION: EVERY ONE OF ED'S ARGUMENTS IS BOGUS.

More TVI Express Spam from Filipino TVI Express member

Does TVI Express have anything to do with airline? Sort of. it was SUED by at least one airline for falsely using their logo. So why would a website allegedly about airline tickets have an article on TVI Express? It was video by a TVI Express spammer, of course.

The ten reasons? Already busted before. This guy made "fresh" zombie spam by repeating the lies.

Another Filipino TVI Express supporter demonstrates lack of brain

A certain "Cris" posted two identical comments under two TVI Express related hubs:
The IP address given is traced to Cavite, which is next to Manila, Philippines.

The problem is, NEITHER comment was posted in response of a review of TVI Express.

The first comment (with CRIS) was posted under "Real News Articles about TVI Express that Your Upline Would Not Dare to Show You". It was not a review, but links and excerpts from around the world, a dozen different countries, all saying TVI Express is a scam.

The second comment (with cris) was posetd under "TVI Express Weasel Review Volume 7", where I reviewed someone else's review, showing the readers that this reviewer is extremely biased, only talk about the good stuff, with distorted information, and none of the bad stuff.

Neither of which is a review of TVI Express. Yet "Cris" certain thinks they are. Yet "he" accuses me of "without brain or understanding"? Clearly, "Cris" flunked "reading comprehension" in school. He can't even post the comments under a proper hub, but must resort to posting irrelevant SPAM to get his point across.

And the part about changing lives in Indonesia? What a joke. PT TVI Express Indonesia has had their license revoked and members ARRESTED for fraud. Furthermore, we have proven time and time again "it pays therefore it is legit" is a fallacy.

Cris here is a parrot who can only do what his (her?) upline told him to do: go defend TVI Express. As a result, it proves TVI Express members are gullible, and easily mislead.

More TVI Express Filipinos in denial

Yet ANOTHER Filipino came to 'defend' TVI Express, except he has nothing new to say, except trot out the fallacy: "if it pays, it must be legit."

First of all, to disprove the falsehood "if it pays, it must be legit", one only needs to give a simple counter-example where this is NOT true: Bernard Madoff's Decade-long Ponzi Scheme that involved BILLIIONS of dollars.

But let's rehash a bit on how TVI Express pyramid scheme works...

In a 1-2-4-8 pyramid, i.e. 2x3 forced matrix, if each person paid $250 into the system, then 15 people would have paid $3750 into the system.

And TVI Express pay you back a lousy $500, and none of that is real money. It's $250 in eWallet, and $250 in a "membership voucher code" which you must sell to a new member. In other words, TVI Express turned you into an accomplice of its scam. You are DIRECTLY PAID, NEW MEMBER PAYING OLD MEMBER. This PROVES it is a pyramid scheme.

So how do you get the $10000? We've done the math before, but let's do it again. Every person that moved to "Express Board" must have "cycled out" of the Traveler board, which is that 15-person pyramid shown earlier. So total people in the scam is 15x15, or 225, and amount of money in system is $56250. ($250*225)

From that, you subtract $10000 for the payout, plus 15x500 (let's assume those are cash, instead of stupid eWallet for the money), total payout is $17500. TVI Express profit is $38750.

From which, they can easily put $10000 to 20000 to pay for a FEW trips (not 225 trips, maybe 50 to 100) and pocket the rest as their "profit", without having sold ANYTHING (other than the right to participate in this scam, i.e. "membership"). Those who got the trips will be talking up TVI Express and entice more people to join. Then when money starts getting tight, they'll start giving people the run-around, and when the government started to crack down (like in Indonesia) they now have legitimate reason not to give out ANY TRIPS, more money they can keep in their pockets!

Remember, in a pyramid scheme, even if you manage to get a big payout, you did it on the backs of the people you recruited. THEY PAID INTO the system so you can take money OUT. For them to take money out, even MORE VICTIMS must pay into the system. The more disparate the ratio of payout (put in $250, get $10000), the more victims you must recruit.

Furthermore, a business can be registered to pay taxes and registered as a corporation, but still operate illegally with an illegal business model. In the US, you can register a corporation for $100, and get a Federal Tax ID for free. It doesn't mean your business MODEL is legal. It just means it is "legally registered".

Yet TVI Express believers want you to think that if TVI Express provided proper documentation to the government (legally registered), they must be operating legally. The problem here is, legally means two separate things. Operating legally here actually means they did all the company is supposed to do when they operate: get tax ID and establish corporation if needed. However, that TVI Express want you to think is "legally" in the sense that "it is not fraudulent".

Or to give you a different example: let's say I was driving and was stopped by police. They check my ID. My ID is valid.

So my ID is legal.

They give me a speeding ticket for driving too fast.

My ID is still legal. However, I was not driving legally.

See the difference?

TVI Express wants you to think that because they have IDed themselves to the government, they must be operating legally.

In reality, allt hat proves is they have followed THAT ONE provision of the law that requries company to operate to do certaint hings, such as register with the government. It does NOT MEAN that the company's business model is legal or legitimate.

Yet that is what TVI Express promoters, such as Jaboangga here, want you to think: just because TVI Express registered with Filipino government, it must be operating legally, except "legally" here means "complied with requirements to registere company", but Jaboangga want you to think legally means "not fraudulent".

THAT intentional misinterpretation is yet ANOTHER fraud.

More Desperate Filipino TVI Express Members Defending the Scam

Apparently Filipino TVI Express Members can't lie or invent ****, so they resort to "show your face!" and "you must be bitter / distressed" excuses, or "ad hominem" attacks. Here are more comments posted by such individuals (IP address traces to Philippines)

Defense by "Jane" is logically absurd, and that makes it extremely dangerous. Basically, her statement is that she doesn't CARE if it is a scam or not. She refused to examine the evidence at all, but instead, claim TVI Express helps people achieve financial freedom, and I am stopping a GOOD thing. It's known as "reality inversion", where white is black, and black is white. It usually happen in cults, and it is happening here. And her opposition to me is entirely based on that inverted reality instead of on any sort of logic or fact.

Think about it: If a murderer gave money to charity, does it make him any less guilty of murder? In a pyramid scheme, is it okay to allow the scheme to continue just because it improved the lives of a few people on top, while the rest lose their money? According to Jane's logic, it's YES to both answer.

That is just crazy talk.

Furthermore, it's circular logic. She started from the supposition: TVI Express is good, and all her argument is sourced from that. You can't use an unproven opinion / statement to prove something else. That's just bogus.

I've remarked before that people who believe in scams have lost like 20 IQ points. I meant that in jest, but I am starting to wonder if it's real.

"Jane" from Philippines demonstrates her ignorance about the Internet and life in general

A certain "Jane" from Manila, Philippines posted multiple derogatory comments on my TVI Express scam busting hubs, exposing her own ignorance about scam, Internet, life, and all that.

On "TVI Express Exposed" hub, Jane declared:
this site is very much full of negative and unprofessional aura..are you a fagget or what?(you sound like one).plus, the ironic part is you criticize TVI but what i can see in your ads here are airfare, hotel accom.and travels..tsk tsk quiet disturbing and suspicious. if you'll not post my comments, plainly i could say that this site is bias and is very much manipulated by what your itching ears just want to see and hear..hhhmmnn.
Well, "Jane", if that is indeed your name...

"Negative and unprofessional aura"? Are you one of those psychics who believe in such stuff? No wonder you got taken in by scam!

"Fagget"? You can't even spell correctly. Can you learn how to use a spell checker? Name-calling is so lame.

My ads are presented by Google Ads and other ads who simply pick relevant ads based on keywords. I don't control them. Thus, "Jane" just demonstrated her TOTAL ignorance of how Internet ads work.

Then Jane also posted on a different hub, somewhat more civil... as that was posted first:

kschang, why are you doing this? what's your purpose/objective? or Did you have bad experiences with TVI? you seemed to be very well versed with all those information..
do you feel happy whenever you had stopped someone from joining to TVI? and in return, were you able to help anyone attain financial freedom? or even offered an alternative/option for those people who has no food on their tables..just earning enough from their hand to mouth consumption..
What can you say to those people who indeed enjoy the compensations they got from TVI? like they were able to buy their houses, cars and have gone to their dream family vacations...should they be put to jail for getting that reward from TVI,if they're indeed operating illegally?
Thanks and all the best to your endeavours!

Apparently the first thing any TVI Express members think of when they see criticism is "sour grapes". Yet, not a single refutation. The best "Jane" can do is "enjoy compensations they got from TVI Express", which is proof that it IS scam, as it was paid by all the OTHER people who joined. Yet she treats that as if it somehow DISPROVES all the facts laid out.

Then she pulls out the victim card: should participants in TVI Express be put in jail for promoting TVI Express if it is illegal? The answer is yes, and people HAVE BEEN PUT IN JAIL FOR DOING SO!

Every one of Jane's "points" are idiotic, stupid, and appeal to emotion instead of logic.

TVI Express Philippines continues cult style denial on Facebook

Actual screen capture from their "wall" (with my comments)

They ignore the reality that multiple governments have declared TVI Express illegal, and instead claim those are just "negativity".

Who's not dealing with reality here?

One person even posted my blog's URL on their wall. What is their response? You saw it multiple times here: We don't want negative people.

Thank you for admitting your mental blindness in public!

TVI Express continues to infect Filipino minds with their drivel

Following comment was left at one of my Hubpages hub (references to the left)
ellen  (links to "bedofmoney.com") posted 05-AUG-2011 from IP address 121.54.25.14In TVI express, you have to work if you want to earn money. Build up your team and workout with your board through referral. I guess that's the essence of MLM business. People will earn through network of people.. Those people who think negatively regarding about network marketing, you need to undergo mindsetting for you will never attract people to join and absolutely you will not attract money.. TVI express is earning $1.3 million per day. The company is an affiliate of other online business companies. In fact, TVI express has an airlines itself called royal pacific airways. You need to understand the business and do not wish to join if you dont understand it.
Let's analyze the sentences one by one
In TVI express, you have to work if you want to earn money. Build up your team and workout with your board through referral.
Because TVI Express doesn't sell anything (indeed, their own FAQ until recently specifically said you don't need to sell anything, and even now it doesn't actually say what you need to sell), "ellen" just described a pyramid scheme: refer people to get paid.
I guess that's the essence of MLM business. People will earn through network of people..
Wrong. That's the essence of a PYRAMID SCHEME (i.e. money game / Ponzi scheme, etc.) The essence of MLM business is selling things (cosmetics, nutritional supplements, cookware, etc.) through a network of sales people and recruiting sales people to add to the sales.

By now, one realizes that Ellen had been spoon fed and is now totally addicted to the pseudo-MLM scam, and actually believed it's MLM, which is confirmed by her next statement
Those people who think negatively regarding about network marketing, you need to undergo mindsetting for you will never attract people to join and absolutely you will not attract money..
She had described a pyramid scheme, not MLM, and she claims I am negative on MLM. Wrong! I am negative on SCAMS AND FRAUDS that PRETENDS to be MLM.
TVI express is earning $1.3 million per day.
And this is documented where? Since it doesn't sell anything except membership, that actually proves it is a FRAUD... much like that OTHER scam in India that had its COO arrested.
The company is an affiliate of other online business companies
And I am an affiliate of eBay, Google, and Amazon through a few links to ads and books. So what? This proves nothing.
TVI express has an airlines itself called royal pacific airways.
No it doesn't. There's some phantom claim by TVI Express, and was NEVER confirmed by any newspaper or by the airline itself (which has yet to purchase a plane). Also, it's called "Pacific Royale", not Royal Pacific.
You need to understand the business and do not wish to join if you dont understand it.
It is you who do not understand the business, Ellen. It is NOT MLM. MLM is legal and sells things. TVI Express is not legal, and sells membership to itself.

War against Potty Mouth Roasa continues

Previously, I had highlighted a Mr. Joel de la Torre Roasa as a potty mouth who somehow came to the conclusion that because I insulted his favorite scam, I should be in a mental hospital instead of him.

Guess what, he wrote back.

Isn't that interesting... the first thing that came to his mind when I accuse him is not "I didn't do it", but instead is "he is guilty of insulting TVI Express".

Are you aware of signs of a cult, Mr. Roasa? And that you are acting like a cult member who had been brainwashed? Of course not.
The aura of Sacred Silence - Prohibiting any questioning of the basic dogma, the cult’s laws, regulations and rules are absolute and must be followed.
--
http://www.cultclinic.org/qa1.html
I questioned the validity of TVI Express cult. Therefore, in Mr. Roasa's eyes, I am automatically "guilty".

I would suggest a cult deprogrammer in your future, Mr. Roasa. The sooner the better.

Furthermore, Mr. Roasa persisted in this "it paid therefore it's not a scam" definition, DELIBERATELY IGNORING DEFINITION OF A PYRAMID SCHEME, where some of the people do get paid.

I checked myself, I feel just fine.

YOU, Mr. Roasa, on the other hand, needs to take your own advice: visit a mental hospital. It's clear you can't even open a dictionary and understand the definition of "scam". I wonder how joining this scam has affected your intelligence. Perhaps some scientists can start a project on how a scam affects IQ of its victims.

TVI Express Philippines continues to lie on Facebook

Apparently, their favorite lie is "it pays so it's not scam"

TVI is not a scam,We already have more than 100persons who joined and earned and exit the EXpress board & received a 10,000Dollars and more than 500persons received 500Dollars just here in the Philippines, if it is a scam why this people is receiving that such money, the only person telling bad things about TVI is the one who didn't understand its marketing plan.STUDY IT AND YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TVI Express REALLY IS!
(TVI Express Philippines)
Problem with the above statements:

First, 100 people received $10000 means 20000+ people joined TVI Express, since TWO separate "boards" must be filled, each of them paid $250. Besides, it is in eWallet, not real money. Since TVI Express does not sell anything, (go ahead, tell me, what does TVI Express sell, and have you sold any?) the ONLY income is membership fees, and that makes it a PONZI SCHEME. Later member's money are going to earlier members.

Second, 500 people receiving 500? Nope. That is a lie. It is $250 in eWallet (which is NOT real money), and a voucher code valid for 1 TVI Express membership, with value of $250. You *have* to sell that voucher to someone else, basically recruiting that person, to get $250. In other words, that new member just paid an older member DIRECTLY, PROVING IT IS FRAUD.

Third, in a pyramid scheme and Ponzi scheme, SOME people will get the money, and the rest will all lose money. It is the VERY DEFINITION of pyramid scheme. Thus, claiming that "some people have gotten money" actually PROVES it is a scam, not disprove it. If ALL people have gotten money, then you may have disproved it. But that is not the case here.

Fourth, dismissal of critics as "do not understand marketing plan", that is just idiotic, blanket dismissal of "they don't understand us". They claim they have superior knowledge, but they are clearly not willing to share such knowledge. WHAT ARE THEY AFRAID OF? They don't know the answer, so they tell you to look at the sales pitch. THEY ARE COWARDS WHO ARE UNWILLING TO FACE THE TRUTH.

Exposing TVI Express potty mouth: Joel Dela Torre Roasa

With opening of TVI Express "Philippines" branch, some Filipinos are finding my articles revealing some facts about TVI Express they didn't know about and want some answers.  Suddenly one of my hubs got like 200+ views a day for several days (when it usually gets about 2-5 views a day). Then some potty mouth posted a comment about I need to be committed to a mental hospital, but didn't say why. Apparently, I had insulted his favorite scam.  As today is June 27, 11 days about would make it... June 16, 2011.

The IP address tracks to a UMobile, an operator in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.

So what does Facebook actually say?   On June 16, this was posted...

Exact same words. While not conclusive proof, it appears that Antonio Pasaporte is not his real name.

This guy's awfully brave behind an alias. So who is this Joel Dela Torre Roasa? This is his facebook profile (which is public)

Not only does Joel here have a potty mouth, he appears to be addicted to gambling and scams, according to his own profile.

(I was joking about the addiction, but at least I joke based on reality, unlike Joel there who apparently pulled that insult out of his ***hole, which only proves he's full of **** .)

UPDATE (August 27, 2011)

Apparently Mr Roasa read my blogpost, he had removed the offending logo AND his gambling reference. Who's feeling guilty now?

Why don't you remove the reference to Poker AND TVI Express while you're at it too?

More Hilarious Filipino TVI Express Ads

It's amazing how TVI Express followings ignore the blindingly obvious... The following ad appeared on a Filipino website: http://www.pinoyadsonline.com/item/11191

However, there are many problems with this ad.

First, wrong category!

This ad is posted in Marketing & Sales // WANTED

So what's typically posted in marketing & sales? Office for rent, position available, that sort of stuff.

So why is this ad posted under WANTED? Shouldn't it be OFFERED? After all, this guy is OFFERING something, right?

That's a lie already.

Second, $250 is not $250

It says is get a trip for $250 USD anywhere in the world.

It sure does NOT say "Pay another $150 in taxes and processing fees" or "have your trip half-sized" or "ALL of the named hotels and resorts are in India". Yet ALL THREE were documented to be true.

Yet another lie.

Third, funny exchange rate

At the end it says the fee is $11500 Filipino Peso. However, if you use the exchange rate on 17-APR-2011, you will see that it comes out to be $267 USD, not $250 as he stated.

Fourth, what unlimited income?

At the end there is something about "unlimited income of your dreams". Sure did not mention how you get it.

But the TVI Express FAQ is very clear: recruit two people and teach each to recruit two more. In other words, a pyramid scheme... illegal in Philippines and everywhere else in the world.

Fifth, that's spam...

Clearly, this entire ad is a complete misrepresentation of TVI Express, by withholding all relevant information. It's spam, and it's particularly EVIL spam.
