About 4 months ago (that would make it... October 2011), a certain "Alamin94" showed up at one of my hubs, and is quiet friendly, claims to be "international diamond" of TVI Express, is from Bangladesh, have gotten paid (so he claimed), and basically quite enjoyed his "success" at TVI Express.
Needless to say, I reminded him that none of that indicates that TVI Express is legal.
It is interesting that he registered a Hubpages account just to post comments, and it was only used ONCE, to post ONE comment on my hub. Subsequent comments were posted NOT using the account, but simply through e-mail address. He never published any hub, so his Hubpages profile is completely blank.
Any way, so I wondered, how is he doing now? So I did a search, and found his full name and contact info on Facebook:
Wow, he's putting EVERYTHING online... name, mailing address, phone number e-mail, and his TVI Express affiliate link.
He even put up a "fan of the week", except he doesn't have one every week. Just read his wall.
And his profile pix? Made with FREE tool, says so right on his page:
"Created with Free version of Pagemodo"
Guess he's saving his money he earned with TVI Express for something else.
Or perhaps he didn't really get paid, and his claimed "earnings" was just his "e-Wallet" figures?
Since TVI Express is not a bank, is eWallet even legal? But he doesn't care. He thinks he got paid.
His wall claims that TVI Express Bangladesh was about to launch back in August 2011. So where is it now?
TVI Express scam exposed, lies busted, truth revealed. What TVI Express and members do NOT want you to know. No marketing, no recruiting, just information, analysis, and commentary.

Alamin from Bangladesh is back with more sorry excuses
Previously, Alamin from Bangladesh admitted to be running a pyramid scheme, did not see anything wrong with it, and have NO reply to ANY of my rebuttals of his assertions claiming that TVI Express is good. Instead of reply with refutations of my explanations, he's back with MORE sorry excuses. Again, my comments will be in red and in brackets.

dear friend
[Hi there.]
one thing i forgot to remember u that tvi didn't said that warren buffet has owned this company .. they only said that a expert watch .. please go through the presentation deeply..
[They didn't? Let's pull up the screenshot:]
[While TVI Express didn't outright say so, they sure the heck implied it. Not to mention Warren Buffett is the THIRD richest person in the world!]
[ What's more, I have plenty of proof that PLENTY of TVI Express members wrote articles claiming that Warren Buffett (and Sir Richard Branson) owns or is involved in TVI Express. You really think they invented that lie by themselves? Here are some examples when someone ELSE used the SAME EXCUSE: ]http://kschang.blogspot.com/2010/12/rudy-phan-continue-to-spread-lies-about.html
again as u r not a member u don't have the members backoffice where the list of hotels are included ..
[ Do you know what a "shrinkwrapped contract" is? It's a form of fraud, where you open this package, where you found this contract inside that says "if you opened this package, you agree to everything in this contract." As you could not have examined the contract, and have a chance to opt out, without opening the package, one must accept the contract BEFORE having a chance to examine the contract. THAT IS ILLEGAL. ]
[ TVI Express, by hiding the actual list of hotels to be "members only", but telling members they can choose from thousands of hotels around the world, has an illegal shrinkwrapped contract. You cannot actually see the list until AFTER you join. Furthermore, the ONLY hotels they actually ANNOUNCED to be available for booking to redeem those 7-day 6-night trips? Less than a hundred, EVER.
Still don't see the relevance? Try this example:
A: TVI Express offers a free 7-day 6-night trips to 100,000 hotels worldwide when you join?
B: Which hotels?
A: All the ones you would want to go to!
B: Come on, give me some names.
A: Uh, the list is members only.
B: So I have to join first THEN I can learn what hotels are available?
A: .... ]
[ Instead of proving TVI Express is legitimate, Alamin, you've actually proven that TVI Express committed fraud. Thanks for your help. ]

Bangladeshi TVI Express Rep confess to pyramid scheme in public
Following comment appeared in my hub, and my reply will be highlighted in RED. Apparently, this Alamin guy joined Hubpages just to post comments on my hub (3 hours ago, which is just before midnight here on Pacific Daylight Savings Time.
Hi, I am alamin . a member of tvi express .I am from Bangladesh.
Welcome
I have joined here 17 dec 2010 & have become international diamond & being president .so far Company is giving all the money in right time .
Good for you. Many other people can't say the same about getting paid.
i see u have passed a lots of time in proving tvi scam .
Since end of 2009
After reading ur hub i want to know if u r too much sure about tvi scam then why u r not coming in day light .
Because, again, my identity is not relevant to the issue. My information and analysis stands on their own. I am not using my reputation and expertise to justify my position.
u r only supplying true information about being scam of tvi .. but u answer me if u r trying to make people careful about tvi then u need to clearify u first .
Why should I clarify "myself" in order to make people more careful about TVI? What does it add to the argument?
tvi has launched in 2009& still continuing .
And this is relevant how? Bernard Madoff's ponzi scheme lasted over a decade. Age means nothing.
it's true that they didn't keep promise in due time but keep though in late . thinkn about opening office in phillipines + south africa .. now they are saying they will open office here (bangladesh ) since feb 2011. & till now they r saying . but they will open in upcoming 2 or 3 weeks . because their work is slow. that does not mean they will not open ..
I never did say they won't open their office in Bangladesh. I said they would be STUPID to open an office in South Africa after local government already declared it ILLEGAL back in December 2010! Thus either the announcement is bogus, or TVI Express is completely out of touch with reality. Which is more likely?
as per as other mlm companies in bangladesh did not offer a good compensation plan like tvi ...
And why is this relevant?
and as i have said i have broken 8 Eb Boards of my own By only referring 516 people by all team members ....the money i have got from Tvi totally changed my life .though its a pyramid scheme but it has been divided by 7 people so its easy .
So you admit to participating in a pyramid scheme, which is illegal, and it changed your life. Congratulations, your confession to being a criminal is now public.
& i also want to say that a lots of members of my team has gone to a lots of hotel & enjoy their hotel packages by giving only the Vat ..
So your people did NOT pay the extra $150USD as per announcement of TVI Express per June 2010? The announcement was very clear that you need to deposit additional funds into a separate 'redemption eWallet', and existing eWallet funds cannot be used. Perhaps TVI Express need to explain why it did not charge you when it says it should. Why ask me? I only quoted from TVI Express announcement.
So tell me . if i can get all the promises things from Tvi then why sould u say it extra charges.
Again, it was a TVI Express announcement dated June 2010. If it had been rescinded since, show me the announcement. Your "personal" experience counts somewhat, but unless you find me an official announcement per TVI Express that says "previously announced charges no longer applies" or something similar, I have to assume the charges still exist (or TVI Express is a liar).
Furthermore, having some promises fulfilled does NOT make TVI Express any less of a pyramid scheme, which you already confessed to.
a lots of points u have added in u r hub .... if i want to give all answer than it will take a lots of time .. yeah some points are true ,,,,,, but want to say that the sun itself has dark side that does not mean the whole sun is dark .......
You, Alamin, failed to recognize that 1) pyramid scheme is fraud, and thus illegal 2) you just confessed to it 3) having additional benefits does NOT excuse the fraud or somehow turn fraud into legitimate business.
Your entire message can be summed up in one sentence: yes, TVI Express is a fraud, but look at the bright side: I got a trip out of it, and so much cash that it changed my life!
That's not a refutation, but a confession and plea for clemency.
so friend hope that it will be taken friendly
I am friendly unless people are hostile toward me. Thus far, you have not yet insulted me outright. And your confession to a crime counts for a lot.

Bangledeshi MLM Veteran Calls TVI Express a Scam on Newspaper
Image by ALL CHROME via FlickrBangledeshi newspaper "The Daily Star" did a report on illegal scams that disguised themselves as MLMs. Many of them also took on the role of "banks" by storing member's money. And among the scams named: TVI Express. But a section of unscrupulous gang is cheating people by offering big returns, Hossen claimed.Government of Bangladesh is working on regulations for the MLM industry. In 2009, an anti-money laundering law was passed, which prevents any non-bank from banking activities. Furthermore, Central Bank of Bangladesh has issued warning against ANY MLM that promise excessive profits.
He points fingers at unipay2u, TVI Express, Visa Ray, Speak Asia, Legend Venture, Unigateway, Goldtrend, Neway and Destiny-2000 Ltd.
Many companies have already folded up, he said.
Which brings up a couple interesting points...
1) TVI Express is already in trouble in Africa, namely, South Africa, Namibia, and Swaziland. It is declared pyramid scheme in South Africa, and was under investigation in Namibia and Swaziland for pyramid scheme and illegal banking. Thus, the chance of it getting into trouble in Bangladesh regarding "banking", should be "very high".
2) Almost 90% of Bangladeshis are Muslims. You think the fact that Indonesian Islamic Council's declaration that TVI Express is a "money game" would have effect on the Bangladeshi Muslims?

The Bangladeshi TVI Express Spammer Yakub is not letting up
He's averaging at least two forums per day, and the message doesn't vary much... Cut and paste. Here's a PARTIAL list of forums he spammed, just in the last week:
treasuretrove.com
tinyfarmblog.com
elitefundteam.com
entrepreneur-univ.com
monetarywealth.com
honestworkfromhomesuccess.com
signupandmakemoney.com
And if you want to go back a bit further, the Google results expands into HUNDREDS (though those would also include his blogs and his websites).
Since TVI Express has an anti-spam policy... Well, supposedly... Hmmm...

Bangaladeshi TVI Express Spammer is back with a blog
Apparently he's not satisfied with a website, he's back with a Wordpress blog that says even less.
He's in such a hurry, the "about me" page is still using the standard template words.
And all this does is "call me".
And here he specifically says "refer two people", even though earlier he wrote that you do NOT refer any people in TVI Express.
TVI Express: where liars can't even keep their lies consistent!

Funny TVI Express 2011 announcements: clearly it doesn't read the news
...the fresh and bright 2011 is looking forward to unfold its conventional legacy with 4 international launches in its first quarter itself in Philippines, South Africa, Bangladesh and Kazakhstan respectively. However, keep in mind that
1) TVI Express is already "belly up" in South Africa when Tarun Trikha apparently abandoned all local members to their fate with the authorities, as reported by "New Age" of South Africa.
2) All Bangladeshi members seem to do is spam the Internet.
3) So-called Kazakhstan launch is in the middle of nowhere, not to mention TVI Express is already under investigation in Tajikstan and Georgia, two of its neighbors. Besides, the launch was supposed to have happened back in December 2010. Based on the history of delays from TVI Express (its Indian HQ was delayed almost a year) this may not happen at all.
Guess that leaves the Phillipines. However, given that TVI Express is already illegal in China since July 2009, investigated in India, and so on, how long do you think they will last in the Phillipines?
More Pathetic TVI Express Lies, This Time out of Bangladesh
Bangladesh is next to India, home of TVI Express, so it's no wonder it would fall under TVI Express spell sooner or later. Bangladesh has a relatively high poverty rate, but GDP is climbing rapid, creating a lot of lower middle class that is vulnerable to the sort of pitch that TVI Express and its scamming members are putting out.
Alexa says TVI Express is ranked 158th in Bangladeshi Internet traffic should tell you it's "red hot" in that country, esp. when TVI Express global ranking 3-month average dropped below 10000. (Click on Traffic Stats / Traffic Rank)
So what's a typical Bangladshi TVI Express ad? Here's one example, from a guy named Yakub, which basically posted spam all over:
A search for yakubstvi shows that he had spammed dozens of forums starting in December 2010. All the forums are about money, work at home, high-yield investment, MLM, and such subjects. If there's restriction he spam the newbie "intro" forum. If there's no restriction he spams multiple forums. He's been censored for spamming on multiple forums already.
And what does he have on his own website? He has a Gmail "receipt" send from TVI Express that says he has cycled out of the traveler board. Clearly he didn't read the FAQ... the money goes into his eWallet, then he had to pay $$$ to get it out.
And he clearly lied on many of his posts. Here's one he posted on HYIP forum...
He claims that in TVI, you do NOT refer member for money. Didn't he read the TVI Express FAQ, where it says "to earn money, you have to recruit two people, and teach each of your to recruit two more people"?
And is that where Rudy Phan got the idea that TVI Express is "better" than MLM? Probably not. More like he got the idea from Rudy Phan and Goernawan. But that's perpetuating a lie, nonetheless.

Yakubs tvi can guide you To win tvi express board matrix of $10,000.WHOIS lookup on the domain shows the registrar is a Pronab Saha out of Dhaka, Bangladesh, registered at end of November, 2010. However, in some posts he wrote his name is Yakub Chowdhury. He claims to be actually living in Belgium.
Tvi express board is infact a millionaire matrix. No other business
can offer such a great opportunity to be millionaire except tvi.
Investing tk.21,500 you can earn tk.43,000 within 1-2 months and
8,60,000 within 6 months. It is such an opportunity that many people
do not believe. If you also do not believe then you miss the
opportunity to be millionaire. If you believe you Win. If not, you
lose. To know more please visit ______ or call _______

In traditional TVI business you need to refer new members to get money. But in Yakubs TVI you do not need to refer member for money.
