The Cheerful TVI Express Denial-ist

Recently a certain "Bilyonaryo" started posting comments on my TVI Express expose hubs. His IP address traces back to a Korean ISP. He's all nice and positive, "you write good stuff", he goes, but it's clear he didn't read any of them, because he posted this:

Mind you, I already gave him links to my "News Your TVI Express Upline will never tell you", where TVI Express members were arrested, TVI Express denounced as pyramid scheme, and so on and so forth.

Yet he says that only individual members of TVI Express was prosecuted as criminals, not TVI Express itself.

For a moment, I was going to retort "What is the difference?!"  Then I realized he's trying to use the "few bad apples" argument, that a few individuals can abuse the system, but the system itself, he will claim, is innocent. Fortunately, I do have references pointing the other way:

The Australia Federal Court says TVI Express is a pyramid scheme:

...But Justice Nicholas found there was "no evidence" that any member had "obtained the ... vacation or a companion flight". In his judgment he said: "I am satisfied that the TVI Express System was a pyramid-selling scheme".

It's amazing what sort of contrived excuses will TVI Express supporters come up with to "debate" whether TVI Express is a scam... However, this is one of the 13 tricks I've identified earlier: "It's the individual's fault, because it cannot be the system's fault". Seen it before, albeit not to this extent. Usually it's used as post-facto justification, like: blame all my downlines for the failure. However, this one use it to DENY that TVI Express was a scam at all. Hah!

If it's not a scam, then it wouldn't have been banned in China, Namibia, Lesotho, USA, and so on.

Why Would a Chicago Hotel Website have TVI Express Spam?

Why would a website allegedly about hotels in Chicago have a spam video about the "TVI Express Opportunity"? And what does it have to do with "Change is coming to America", a phrase used by President Obama of US?

If you go to Youtube itself to find the video, you'll find that it's posted by a Opp4Wealth on 29-DEC-2009. Which tells you this video is severely out of date and revived by zombie.

In this video, he even used president Obama's words "Change has come to America" to claim that TVI Express will change American income. Just like TVI Express stole Alex Ross's "Obamaman" picture for their "I am TVI" event.

But who is this Opp4Wealth guy any way? Well, his Youtube Channel gives you a big clue:

Apparently he gets a cut if you sign up at Internet casino using his referral code. But who is this Jungllut guy?

If you do Google search, you'll find a guy in Germany who's a very good programmer, but that's not this guy. This spammer Jungblut actually hails from Peru (that's in South America)

Would you trust a guy who's trying to bull**** as your "coach"? What sort of ethics will you pick up from this guy? Granted, Obama is not HIS president, but still, this attempt to borrow credibility is hilarious.

Who is Jill Sanders and why was she pushing TVI Express scam?

Yesterday, we profiled a spamticle site that claims to be about "Color Men's Wear" but in reality posts spam articles and videos from all over, and one of them was this TVI Express video from "traveltviexpress". Her Youtube Channel still exists:

Either she only owns one shirt (or all identical shirts, like Steve Job's two dozen black turtlenecks) or she recorded all these videos in one take, which means she was reading from a script. Lighting suggests it was all done in one take.

According to the youtube profile, she joined on 30-JAN-2010, uploaded these videos, and NEVER updated them ever again. Last activity date is same as join date. Clearly, this is a spam channel.

The TinyURL forwarder is still active, and sends you to a free Weebly site, which only contains a capture page that wants your contact info, nothing else.

However, her name, according to the video, is "Stephanie Bower", not Jill Sanders. Why is Jill Sanders posting a video by Stephanie Bower?

We will research this "Stephanie Bower" later. For now, we'll concentrate on Jill Sanders.

Search on Twitter revealed that last tweet was in December 2009, even BEFORE the videos.

The URL mentioned in the Tweet, TVIExpressPass.com, has expired domain as of August 2010, over a year ago.

Unfortunately, "Jill Sanders" is a pretty common name and without further information further ID is not possible. All the searches for Jill Sanders and South Lake Tahoe brought up information on a real estate agent. She looks completely different from the girl in the video. Before I noticed the girl in the video is a Stephanie Bower, NOT Jill Sanders, that threw me off completely. So who is Jill Sanders? The real estate agent is white and has short but face-framing blond hair.

Then I found ANOTHER Twitter account, which belongs to the real estate agent, as "TahoeHomeLink.com" is the home page of the real estate agent.

Then why was she tweeting about TVI Express? These tweets are identical to the one in that TVI Express Jill Sanders account.

Apparently Jill had strayed into scams and had since picked up real estate and abandoned her scamming ways.

Bravo, Jill, bravo. All the power to you, and a lesson to TVI Express members: you *can* go legit if you want to.

TVI Express Picture Pirate Part 11 of ???

Turns out that "Warren Buffett" picture was stolen too, off CNBC website. The background was painted out, similar to the way "3 Keys" was painted out.

This is the page in question...

The Warren Buffet Picture is clearly identical to the picture that follows, except the green background was replaced with white.

TVI Express announced partnership with ex-pyramid member

TVI Express just announced a website "bookmytrip.com" as some sort of marketing partnership.

However, bookmytrip.com, according to WhoIS records, is powered by VacationCentral.com

VacationCentral.com is headed by... Derek Brent, who used to own RezConnect.com

And guess who's RezConnect? Part of YTB / Zamzuu, a pyramid scheme sued by Attorney Generals of California and Illinois.

In other words, TVI Express, proven pyramid scheme, just announced that they are partnering with an ex-pyramid scheme member.

And you still think this company is legitimate?!?!?!

RELATED: YTB / Zamzuu about to go under, settled lawsuit

Your Travel Biz, i.e. YTB, was a pyramid scheme that actually predates TVI Express. Unlike TVI Express, it actually tries to sell things by making the individual associates BUY an online travel biz in order to really sell travel. However, it paid out too much for recruiting, and first California then Illinois sued it (and other states as well) as a pyramid scheme. This was when Jerry Brown was still attorney general of California (now he's governor.)

It reorganized and renamed itself into Zamzuu. However, its troubles did not end. Now, Zamzuu finally settled with Illinois Attorney General, and may be soon out of business.

Zamzuu at least APPEAR to be trying to be legit (and failing). TVI Express, on the other hand... is a scam through and through.

Yet Another dead TVI Express website

Here's TVI Express Spam in an ARABIC forum...

http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=fa&tl=en&u=http://www.rolclub.com/fa/benefactor-cashback-and-co-op-offers/index2.html&anno=2

And the website it was pointing to, i.e. 10ktravelgroup.com? Dead, of course. Try it yourself.

But the site seem to be dead a bit before this... WHOIS records show that the site belonged to

Inmoblia Marketing Group
3391 South Kirkman Road1214Orlando, Florida 32811United States
Registered through: GoDaddy.com, Inc. (http://www.godaddy.com)Domain Name: 10KTRAVELGROUP.COMCreated on: 03-Mar-10Expires on: 03-Mar-11Last Updated on: 03-Mar-10
Administrative Contact:Young, James jim.young@inmoblia.com
However, both sites are dead. There is no inmoblia.com or 10ktravelgroup.com

Guess Mr. Young ain't that much of a "marketing group", eh?

Kelly Williams, Ex-TVI, went on to start his own... Scam?

Kelly Williams was one of the biggest members in TVI Express, at least in the US. For the longest time he was defending TVI Express, bemoaning that its leaders (i.e. Tarun Trikha) were not answering concerns, while trying to keep his team together. He even sent letters to Troy Dooley's MLMHelpDesk with information.

http://www.mlmhelpdesk.com/2009/10/05/tvi-express-leader-kelly-williams-reaches-out-to-mlm-help-desk/
(October 2009)

And here's a claim that he and his brother Jake loved the idea of TVI Express

http://arenda-avto.org/online-travel-sales/the-williams-family-9-week-tvi-express-experience-unbelieveable
(November 2009)

And according to this "agreement" (DOC file), he lives in 553 East Mutton Hollow, Kaysville, Utah.

In 2010 he suddenly quit TVI Express. And guess what? He started a clone of TVI Express called "Club Sea Breeze". The WHOIS of clubseabreeze.net shows...

Registrant:Kelly Williams553 East Mutton Hollow RdKaysville, Utah 84037United States
Registered through: GoDaddy.com, Inc. (http://www.godaddy.com)Domain Name: CLUBSEABREEZE.NETCreated on: 06-Jan-10Expires on: 06-Jan-12Last Updated on: 03-Feb-10
Yep, same guy. Same address and everything. And if you examine Club Sea Breeze website, you'll find it to be a virtual CLONE of TVI Express, albeit one more fleshed out, that addresses various concerns such as transparency, ownership, and more. However, that's not good enough.

In 2011, Club Sea Breeze made the "Daily Pyramid (scheme)" from Linkvaark.

Dissecting the "Expert Watch" of TVI Express -- no relevancy at all

TVI Express have a webpage called "Expert Watch", where they cite various "experts" praising Network Marketing. Among the people named are Bill Clinton, Warren Buffet, and so on.

Did you wonder where they came from? Did they really talk about Network Marketing? Or are they talking about a particular firm? And was the quote accurate or misquoted?

And the biggest question... Is TVI Express really network marketing? Let us examine the page. I've highlighted the 9 quotes on the page, and see if they are in any way accurate. (See the screenshot on the right... It's a large file.

First thing you need to note is NONE of these quotes were properly cited. It is as if TVI Express themselves don't know where these quotes came from.

Well, let's find out.

Q1) Did Success magazine actually publish the words "Network Marketers are creating FORTUNES at breakneck speeds!” ?

Search of their website at successmagazine.com shows NO SUCH QUOTE archived on their website.

Please note that this does not mean they did not say it. It's just that it's not archived on their site.

VERDICT: Undetermined.

Q2) Did Robert Kiyosaki wrote in Rich Dad Poor Dad "Network Marketing is The Perfect Business for the average person to create wealth." ?

No. Network Marketing was not mentioned in the book at all. That quote is actually with the one below.

He did have a video that's archived on Youtube posted by NeefDavidson that explains the mindset to convert from E to B/S and why he recommends network marketing. He cited low cost, and how the company gives you time to learn business skills at your own pace. He did not recommend any company.

VERDICT:  Sort of

Q3) Did Robert Kiyosaki or Donald Trump said or wrote "Network Marketing: the industry for people who want to change their lives” ?

The quote is actually out of an article from "Success at Home" magazine called "Why We Recommend Network Marketing"

However, what they don't tell you is "Success at Home" is a "custom" magazine published to various Network Marketing companies. Every month, they highlight one company, print 200000 copies, and mainly sell it to various members.

That particular issue was published in April 2007. And it's a rewrite of this article:

VERDICT: Yes, but not the way you think.

Q4) Was Warren Buffett referring to a MLM when he said "the Best Investment I ever made…"?

Yes, but it's not the way you think. The full quote was actually:
In fact, Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway holding company now owns three direct sales companies. And Buffett said, "Dollar for dollar, it's the best investment I've ever made".
The quote is from a book called "Why you're dumb, sick, & broke-- and how to get smart, healthy, & rich!" by Randy Gage. You can read that page here courtesy of Google Books.  It was published in 2006.

Wait, what did TVI Express write? "Warren owns 51 Businesses today, 3 of which are Network Marketing Companies."  We know that "3 businesses" thing wasn't true in 2009, 2010, or 2011. So THAT is where they copied it from, 2005 or 2006!

In fact, TVI Express copied more than that, I'll show you later.

Verdict: Yes, but it was OLD information

Q5) Did Bill Clinton praise the MLM Industry with the quote, "“Your industry promotes core values all around the globe and gives people the chance to make the most of their lives and, to me that is the heart of the American dream" ?

Here's the FULL video...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_eGbfTPbGY

He was talking to Direct Selling Association, or dsa.org, the organization that enforces ethics on MLM / Direct Selling companies, of which TVI Express is NOT a part of.

Verdict: Yes, but he was NOT referring to TVI Express in any way, shape, or form.

Q6) Did Robert Kiyosaki wrote or said "If you really want to learn how to be rich, you must begin to know and understand the power found in networks. The Richest People in the world Build Networks."?

It can be roughly paraphrased from the stuff above. See Q3.

Please keep in mind that Kiyosaki's advice are pithy, not real practical advice. It's motivational.

Verdict: Probably

Q7) Did Donald Trump say "If I lost everything and had to start again, I would find myself a great network marketing company and get to work!"?

Apparently he did say so on the "David Letterman Show". However, you have to keep in mind that David Letterman Show is a "late show" where nothing is treated seriously. It, like the Jay Leno show, usually makes fun of the guest stars. So is it serious advice? Probably not.

Verdict: Yes, but in a joking manner

Q8) Did Fortune Magazine wrote "The Best kept secret in the Business world... Network Marketing!"?

That also came out of the aforementioned book. The exact quote was
Fortune Magazine called the industry "the best kept secret in the business world".
VERDICT: Yes, but it's OLD information, and the source is uncited, making TVI Express a plagiarist

Q9) Did Paul Zane Pilzer wrote "From 2006 to 2016, there will be 10 Million new Millionaires in the U.S. alone, more than double the last decade...many will be from the Direct Selling Industry!” ?

Guess what, that's ALSO plagiarized from the aforementioned book!

The exact quote is
Fame economist Paul Zane Pilzer also speaks up for the industry in his latest book The Next Millionaires. He forecasts that 10 million new millionaires will be created in the United States over the next decade and predicts that many of them will be created through Network Marketing.
The book was published 2006. So that's where they got the "2006 to 2016"... That's sort of but not quite what he wrote!   Here's the REAL link:  http://www.paulzanepilzer.com/tnm.htm

VERDICT: Yes, but the quote was mangled by TVI Express

So what's the verdict? Out of nine quotes:

Undetermined: 1
Sort of: 6
True but with caveat: 2, 3, 5
True but a joke: 7
True but mangled:  9
True but old information: 4, 8

As you can see, TVI Express will mangle quotes, cite old information, and such to make their point. What they cite is NOT the complete truth at all. When they do cite it, it's either old information or mangled quotes.

Furthermore, they plagiarized the book several times to make up their "expert watch", with no attribution, making them a plagiarist.

Rudy Phan makes another TVIExpressdollar.com lie, about jurisdiction of disputes

Orthographic map of IndonesiaImage via WikipediaTVIExpressdollar.com, a website by Indonesian TVI Express distributor "Rudy Phan", continue to post bull**** on his website, adding more and more lies hoping to recruit more participants to make himself rich, even though local businesses, governments, and even the Islamic Council have declared TVI Express a "money game" (i.e. SCAM). Rudy Phan, of course, has a comeback for each and every one of those news of "doom"... Everybody else must be mistaken. Only he can be right.

Just recently he posted a blog entry about how TVI Express is not really subject to Indonesia law.

In the entry "Rules of the Game" he posted that...
"And all disputes governed by the laws of Cyprus and India. Platform or online business systems TVI Express builds upon the laws of Cyprus and India, therefore in case of dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and India. It's not that Indonesian law does not apply. The problems that occurred in Indonesia and it will be completed nationwide by the laws of Indonesia. However, because businesses are global TVI Express (you can have many members in your network who are in the world), if there are problems that are global as well, then the law is the law used Cyprus and India."
First, is Rudy Phan a lawyer? Does he even explain just WHAT laws apply in cases regarding international disputes? No! He simply issues declarations, but he has no evidence that his declaration is true!

Second, can he explain just exactly WHAT is considered national or International? No. It's a generic "problems that occur in Indonesia is governed by laws of Indonesia". However, he quickly followed with "because the TVI Express is global, if problems are global then you must use Cyprus and India law".

But what exactly constitutes a "global problem"? Does he mean problems with other members residing in other countries? Or with TVI Express itself? Or something else entirely? I assure you it is NOT covered anywhere in the blog, and in any case he has NO authority to make such an interpretation at all (neither do I, but then I recognize my ignorance when it comes to law, and Rudy Phan does not!)

Third, Rudy Phan claims that if you register with eBay, you are subject to the laws of California, USA. However, there a couple problems with this comparison. Here's the policy in question:
"By using eBay (including eBay.com and its related sites, services and tools), you agree to the following terms with eBay Inc. and the general principles for the websites of our subsidiaries and international affiliates. If you reside outside of the United States, you are contracting with one of our international eBay companies: In countries within the European Union, your contract is with eBay Europe S.à r.l.; in all other countries, your contract is with eBay International AG. If you have any questions, please refer to our help section."
Noticed anything? eBay has at least three offices, and it was very clear on WHICH one you are doing business with. If you are in the US, you are doing business with eBay (USA). If you are in E.U, you are doing busienss with eBay Europe, and in other countries, eBay Intl AG.

So what this really say is if you sue eBay and you're in the US, THEN you are subject to California law.

If you are in UK, you are subject to BRITISH COURT JURISDICTION, according to ebay.co.uk  "Any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales. You and eBay both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts." But your contract is still with eBay International AG (based in Switzerland)

Furthermore, Rudy Phan claims that eBay Indonesia makes you subject to laws of Singapore. So TVI Express can make you be subject to laws of Cyprus and India. That is a false comparison.

If you actually click on the website, id.ebay.com user agreements, it actually takes you to http://pages.ebay.com.sg/help/policies/user-agreement.html?_trksid=m40  (the Singaporean site, which is where eBay has the closest office)

So this basically proves that Rudy Phan has no f**king clue what he's talking about. If you do business locally, you follow local business laws. You can't just say I do business here but if there's a problem you have to sue me somewhere else.

Furthermore, the bull**** about "disputes subject to India or Cyprus law is just that, bull****.

This is the same sort of bull**** TVI Express distributes claimed in Africa. They claim they have "global license", and local regulators are NOT amused, and it is charged as illegal scams in multiple countries in Africa.

Ros Kaspi was more of a plagiarist and thief than I thought

Remember I called Ros Kaspi and her partner a bunch of dimwits who can't even lie properly? A reader named Stefan pointed me to another blog that called out Kaspi as having stolen more images from an office designer!

Instead of stealing his thunder I'll just let you read his entry (which refers back to some of mine)

Rehash: Why TVI Express is NOT a business but a scam

Buy&SellImage via WikipediaEvery business is about adding VALUE to something. The short version is the old adage "buy low sell high".

A restaurant take raw ingredients, cook them, and create dishes which it then sells to customers. Buy low (prep) sell high. It adds value to making the food cooked and edible.

A supermarket selects produce and other products from various vendors, ships them to the market and presents them to customers by giving them convenience by offering everything they need in one place with vast selection and good prices. It buys low and sells (somewhat) higher. It adds value to the merchandise it sells by providing convenience of selection and location.

You get the idea.

Business need labor. They need workers to perform functions. Restaurants need cooks, waiters, dishwashers, busboys, and more. Supermarket needs cashiers, stockers, managers, and so on. But it doesn't change their fundamentals: buy low, sell high.

Even MLMs like Amway Nu Skin, and so on do "buy low sell high". You buy stuff cheap from Amway, and sell them at a profit to other people (who are NOT Amway members). Added value is in having a local rep that essentially sends stuff to your house and visits you to talk about new products and usage tips and whatnot.

TVI Express sells a bunch of empty promises to members for $250, and when there's enough $250 gathered, they pay out a small portion ($10000) to one guy and claim this is a business. What it really is: a pyramid scheme

Interesting: Solid Trust Pay is a Script-Kiddie Site? (UPDATED: not quite, no longer associated with TVI Express)

Category:WikiProject Cryptography participantsImage via WikipediaAccording to a post on Web of Trust (WOT), Solid Trust Pay, one of the processors used by TVI Express, is actually a packaged script offered by PlxWebDev / PayArk

I compared the "user agreement" and they are virtually identical. Here are the comparisons

From the "demo" site on plxwebdev

Buyer Beware - ePAY Online assumes absolutely no responsibility for any purchases made through the ePAY Online system. At any time you join any Income Opportunity or MLM program, or Matrix Website or purchase a product or service you are doing so at your own risk and that by signing up and joining ePAY Online you do hearby agree in FULL that you release ePAY Online and all its affiliates and officers, employees, members and owners from ANY loss you may incur either by using this service...
And from the SolidTrustPay.com website...
Buyer Beware - SolidTrust Pay assumes absolutely no responsibility for any purchases made or received through the system. At any time you join, or offer, any Income Opportunity or MLM program, or Matrix Website, purchase or offer a product or service, you are doing so at your own risk and that by signing up and joining you do hearby agree in FULL that you release SolidTrust Pay and all its affiliates and officers, employees, members and owners from ANY loss you may incur either by using this service ...
Even the misspelled "hearby" is there, still misspelled.  (It should be "hereby")

Conclusion: SolidTrust Pay is not any more trustworthy than your average PHP website. It has no reputation, nor even a real support team behind it. In fact, does it even have a banking license to hold people's money? Guess that's why STP is based in CANADA instead of the US. However, is that even legal? A "real" payment processor such as VersaPay is partnered with Chase Bank and is certified with Visa/Mastercard. STP displays Visa/Mastercard logo, but it's not linked, and apparently has no actual relationship with any real bank or VISA and Mastercard.

Before you ask, Yes, Paypal *does* have a Banking License in Europe, and is licensed for banking in 28 of the 50 states in the US, and the other states either don't need one or is satisfied with out-of-state banking license.

Even TVI Express' payment processor is shady...

UPDATE 15-JAN-2011 -- unconfirmed comment stated that "Solid Trust Pay" has disassociated with TVI Express since April 2009, and the script was indeed "founded" on plxWebDev scripts. You can see the actual comments below.

UPDATE 01-FEB-2011 -- authenticity of comment was confirmed by STP Support.  See 01-FEB-2011 blog entry.

TVI Express: Who is Robert Schroy?

When I looked up information on Pat Dejour, a name appeared next to him: Robert Schroy. Who was that, I wonder? So I searched a bit. Found this list on an Indonesia TVI Express website. It's a list of all terminated TVI Express members, allegedly. It was published in September 2010. Other than a generic "illegal practices" there was no detail on why, or eve the date they were terminated.

What is really interesting is there was no English announcement, except a single post on Facebook (which was mentioned before). The list was kept VERY private. Frankly the only reason to keep the list only to members is to convince the members that it cannot be TVI Express's fault, but that is my opinion.

Any way... So who is Robert Schroy? Mr. Schroy was definitely one of the earlier members of TVI Express. According to some marketing calls he was referred to as the 200K man in late 2009, and 300K earner in Jan 2010. However, it was stated he's based in California, unlike the TVI Express announcement (posted by Facebook) that said he's Florida.

So he definitely was a high-flier in TVI Express. However, he seem to have made no blogs or websites that can be found though Google. There also appears to be no photo of him.

Coincidentally, a "Robert Schroy" of Illinois was charged in both New Jersey and Federal courts for defrauding a church. As there are no photos, proper ID cannot be made.

So what is the conclusion? Insufficient information, other than TVI Express is as secretive as ever. Why keep the list of terminated members "secret"? The whole idea of terminating members is to make it a public spectacle so nobody will try to do whatever it was they did. Keeping the list secret only proves TVI Express does NOT care about its public image at all.

More Idiotic TVI Express Spam Linking by Stale Info Recycling

Ever wonder why a scam such as TVI Express kept their Alexa rating about 10000? Here's one explanation: people either knowingly or unknowinly recycling old outdated "happy" reviews of TVI Express, usually months or even a year out of date.

Here is another example: Some thing was posted on BestHotelDeals.biz about TVI Express just the other day.

If you read the link, it's basically copy-and-paste from one of those online article archives. At least the poster was nice enough to keep the author's name. The article, on page 2, says it was written in September 2009. As it is now 2011, it is OVER A YEAR OUT OF DATE. Search through Google confirms the article first appeared in September 2009.

Search through Google also shows Danhart.info  and marketingmasterdan.blogspot.com (i.e. danhartblog.info).

So does Dan mention TVI Express in his blog or on his website? Exactly ONCE: March 2009, and merely reposted the "intro" video in his blog. AND his blog had not been updated since April 2010. Same with his info website, which is just a "capture page" that wants you to give him your email so he can send you information.

Both domains are registered in late 2009 (one in September, one in December), during the US TVI Frenzy.

Conclusion: Dan had quit the business, despite being a "successful entrepreneur". It appears that Mr. Hart also runs a charity, good luck to that.

Back to TVI Express: their Alexa ratings remain high because idiots keep reposting outdated **** even after the original poster had long since quit and moved on. Whether those idiots knowingly do so is not important.

TVI Express Keeps Their "Terminated" Member List a Secret

Previously I had criticize EmJay07 who had claimed that TVI Express *does* terminate members for one reason or another. I said if they did, it's impossible to prove, since the list is not public, and there is no publicly available "code of ethics" for TVI Express any way. This started on June 18, 2010.

Guess what was added to TVI Express in July 2010? "Terminated Member List". According to Kaspi and Jackson's website, TVI Express's July Newsletter says...

Terminated TVI Express Members Section

We found it difficult to underestimate the mention of the names of ex-TVI Express members or those who have been terminated by our organization. Although, such information is confidential to an organization and organization has the authority to make declarations or not in this regard; however, we feel that you all must be aware of the common termination reasons and the names which have been blacklisted in our system which we believe could help you in avoiding unknown/unintentional indulgence into practices which are considered unethical with/without the blacklisted members.

Against the name of each blacklisted person, this section would show you the location and the reason(s) based on which, the act of termination was undertaken by us.

FYI, given below are the steps to get to the Terminated Members section in your member back-office:

Backoffice Home Page > Click Miscellaneous on the left

And this list is ONLY visible to members, as it's not on the main website. By keeping it unavailable to the outside, they can revise it at will, with no date or time, and thus, retroactively add people's name to it.

Dismantling yet ANOTHER Rudy Phan's Tviexpressdollar.com lie: TVI Express and Ponzi scheme

Crane Paper Company in Dalton produces the pap...Image via WikipediaRudy Phan loves to redefine truth in order to somehow prop up TVI Express. Previously he had redefined borders of London, left out a largest expense in TVI Express and use that as evidence to "prove" TVI Express can pay lots of money, claim TVI Express is halal even though he has no qualifications, claim TVI Express is NOT MLM directly against tviexpress.com wordings, claim it only takes 8 people to cycle out when it takes 14, and much more. Today, we will bust ANOTHER one of his lies: he claims TVI Express is NOT a Ponzi scheme. His article can be found here.

So what are his reasons supporting his hypothesis that TVI Express is NOT a Ponzi Scheme?
First of all, we need to realize that this ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment scheme. While TVI Express is not an investment, but business network. Therefore, there are no guarantees and certainty the time when a person or when a turnover to $ 10,000.
What Rudy Phan have done here is narrowed in on the words "fraudulent investment scheme", and claim "TVI Express is not investment!". Rudy Phan fails to notice that TVI Express operating model is later members funding earlier members, and that is the fundamental nature of a Ponzi scheme. Rudy Phan cannot disprove this, so he plays "word game" instead.

Furthermore, in a business transaction, you do work, you get paid. That is nature of business. You can suffer losses, fail to collect debt, bad customers, product shrinkage, and other costs, but those can be anticipated. However, what Rudy Phan said here is when you join TVI Express, you may not actually make $10000 (even if you do everything they ask of you). Is he describing a lottery or a business?

Rehash: Why is TVI Express a Pyramid Scheme / Money Game?

8-ball pyramid scheme model.Image via WikipediaSome people who enjoyed weasel explanations from their weasel uplines are somehow convinced that TVI Express is NOT a pyramid scheme or money game, as it's known in Asia. Here's explanation why TVI Express IS indeed a pyramid scheme.

First, what is a pyramid scheme? Instead of wiki definition, let's use an actual legal criteria, a court case against a pyramid scheme:
The Federal Trade Commission has established a test for determining what constitutes a pyramid scheme. Such contrivances are characterized by the payment by participants of money to the company in return for which they receive (1) the right to sell a product and (2) the right to receive in return for recruiting other participants into the program rewards which are unrelated to
sale of the product to ultimate users
--US vs. Gold Unlimited, US 6th Circuit Court (1999), as cited from http://openjurist.org/177/f3d/472/united-states-v-gold-unlimited-inc
This definition will be worded different in different countries, but even in Indonesia the meaning is virtually identical:

Top Ten Lies on Tviexpressdollar.com

Schematic description of the expasion of the e...Image via WikipediaRight on front page of Rudy Phan's TVIExpress Dollar are "Top Ten Reasons To Join". However, here are proof that all ten are lies or half truths

LIE #1a:  TVI Express is a company that is growing very rapidly throughout the world and become debt-free multinational companies

FACT: TVI Express is a company being INVESTIGATED AND PROSECUTED in multiple countries, which includes Hungary (charged as pyramid scheme), Australia (members charged operating pyramid scheme), China (members arrested and sentenced to prison for disturbing economic order by operating pyramid scheme), Tajikstan (local member defrauded locals), Georgia (local general violated ethics, recruited subordinates into pyramid scheme), United States (issued cease and desist by state of Georgia), Namibia (national bank issued fraud alert, declared TVI Express illegal banking), Indonesia (declared haram under sharia law by Islamic Council of Aceh) and many more.

For links and excerpts to actual news articles, see this link.

Lie #1b: (members pay in cash)

TVI Express FAQ #19 was very clear that payout was into eWallet, NOT CASH.
19. How do I receive my commissions?

All commissions are instantly transferred to your secure eWallet, which is protected by our double check secure system. Funds can be withdrawn to your bank accounts, or can be received in forms of other ecurrencies from your backoffice. You can also choose to load the funds onto your very own TVI Express prepaid card, which is accepted at tens of thousands of ATM’s & POS terminals worldwide.
What they don't tell you is that the "prepaid card" is only available in certain locations (probably not yours), and all transfers must be applied and approved by TVI Express, and unspecified taxes and fees will be levied without explanation, and the process takes several days or weeks, and can be denied without explanation.

TVI Express ran out of victims, goes after minorities

Recently a lot of TVI Express related posts started appearing on "Blackplanet.com", a website dedicated to African-Americans (apparently). A search through Google shows 39 different posts (including member profiles) with "TVI Express" searchable.

So what was posted? Rehash of announcements from Kaspi and Jackson's website, such as "TVI Compliancy full UNITED STATESS"  (link to entry) (link to original Kaspi and Jackson blog

However, the original post from K&J site was in September 2010, but the copy was posted in November 2010.  Also note at the end of the copy: " Photo courtesy of: vitasamb2001 Popular search terms for these TVI articles:"

What's more, he changed the title. The original title was "

Grimes and Reese Working to Make TVI Express Full United States MLM Compliancy" However, the user, TROYSHELL changed the title to "TVI Compliancy full UNITED STATESS". If you don't read the article you'd think the article says "TVI compliant with US law fully". Instead, the article actually says "TVI Express hires lawyers to make itself compliant with US law", which basically is an admission that TVI Express is non-compliant with US law.

The title is a lie.

Furthermore, there was NEVER any proof that such a conversation occured between Don Traurig and any one at the lawfirm. There wasn't even any announcement from TVI Express itself that they are trying to make themselves legal in the US, much less hiring any lawyers.

So what you got here is a lie (by TROYSHELL) to "improve" a lie (by Kaspi and Jackson), about yet another lie, about a company that was founded on lies.

What a pathetic mess.
