TVI Express Keeps Their "Terminated" Member List a Secret

Previously I had criticize EmJay07 who had claimed that TVI Express *does* terminate members for one reason or another. I said if they did, it's impossible to prove, since the list is not public, and there is no publicly available "code of ethics" for TVI Express any way. This started on June 18, 2010.

Guess what was added to TVI Express in July 2010? "Terminated Member List". According to Kaspi and Jackson's website, TVI Express's July Newsletter says...

Terminated TVI Express Members Section

We found it difficult to underestimate the mention of the names of ex-TVI Express members or those who have been terminated by our organization. Although, such information is confidential to an organization and organization has the authority to make declarations or not in this regard; however, we feel that you all must be aware of the common termination reasons and the names which have been blacklisted in our system which we believe could help you in avoiding unknown/unintentional indulgence into practices which are considered unethical with/without the blacklisted members.

Against the name of each blacklisted person, this section would show you the location and the reason(s) based on which, the act of termination was undertaken by us.

FYI, given below are the steps to get to the Terminated Members section in your member back-office:

Backoffice Home Page > Click Miscellaneous on the left

And this list is ONLY visible to members, as it's not on the main website. By keeping it unavailable to the outside, they can revise it at will, with no date or time, and thus, retroactively add people's name to it.

And did they do so? Absolutely. Remember Patrick Dejour and TVI North America? They're the ones who got served with a "cease and desist" back in September 2010 in Georgia, USA.

So guess whose name got added first? Mr. Patrick Dejour, right after he posted news that TVI Express is done in the US on Facebook and everywhere else. Here's GoogleCache of the Facebook post, posted by a "Jackie" who's obviously a fan of TVI Express out to discredit Pat Dejour...

JACKIE

This section is dedicated to keep you informed about the blacklisted/terminated members along with the reasons of their respective termination. Not only will this section help you in getting information about the common termination reasons but will also help you in avoiding indulgence into practices that are considered as unethical with/without these blacklisted members.

United States:

Robert Schroy, Florida Illegal Practices
Patrick Dejour, Florida Illegal Practices
What was the illegal practices? Unknown. In fact, TVI Express itself did not post any sort of ethics code until NOVEMBER 22, 2010, several months after it allegedly terminated Patrick Dejour.

The funny part is, Mr. Dejour operates out of Georgia, NOT Florida. Furthermore, Mr. Dejour had already quit TVI Express, so it makes no sense to "terminate" him, esp. for a undefined "illegal" practice.

The only thing that can be found currently on TVI Express about offense subject to termination BEFORE the publication of "ethical marketing" guidelines was "if you spam, we terminate you".
Searching through the archives shows that previously there was a comment somewhere that "if you promote another MLM to fellow members, we terminate you". However, it can no longer be found.

The only reason that seem to make sense (which I admit, is a conjecture) why terminate Pat Dejour AFTER he quit is to make Pat Dejour look bad, as if he's terminated for illegal practice first, THEN decided to hit back at TVI Express. But then, how does the "Cease and Desist" figure into this?

Then I remembered... Pat Dejour had stated in his announcement that TVI Express was informed when the notice was first filed against TVI North America. TVI Express did nothing.

Thus, what probably happened (again, merely my conjecture) is that TVI Express got the bad news, decided to fighting the court in the US would be pointless, so they declared Pat Dejour "terminated" either before the order became final or right after Pat Dejour made the public announcement. TVI Express then can spread information through their other US downlines that essentially make Pat Dejour look as if he had did things wrong, triggered the wrath of state of Georgia, so he got terminated by TVI Express. In other words, TVI Express probably hung him out to dry and left him hanging, AND blame it all on him. So if any one asks, "It's his fault."

So what's interesting is a glowing review of TVI North America on Kaspi and Jackson's website... Where Kaspi and Jackson call it "unbeatable team" and how excited they are to be a part of it. It was dated August 5, 2010, and since it referred to Atlanta Georgia, it was definitely referring to Pat Dejour's group. In September they got served with Cease and Desist.

Talk about betting on the wrong horse, and continue to post idiotic drivel after that!

So to summarize:

* EmJay07 is DEFINITELY a high-ranking TVI Express guy, possibly Tarun Trikha himself. How else would my complaint about nobody got terminated be mentioned so quickly?

* TVI Express hung Pat Dejour out to dry, in more ways than one

* Kaspi and Jackson bet on the wrong horse indeed, in more ways than one!
