Now for some classic TVI Express rant

In May 2010, it was announced that the Australian consumer protection agency ACCC is going after Team TVI Oz, and its 3 members for promoting TVI Express in Australia, charging it as a pyramid scheme. At the time, a few Australians and New Zealanders. were "outraged" that ACCC was somehow prohibiting them from making money. Here is one such rant from "Irate Queenslander", which will be analyzed.

TVI Express is NOT a SCAM!!!

To all you negative network marketers out there. This is a cold hard fact. Most people join network marketing businesses purely to make money. It does not really matter what the product is.. it is all about the right time & right place. Admit it to yourselves, if you were in the top 50 people to see a product being released via a networking strategy you would jump on board because at the end of the day everyone is trying to get out of the rat race and the promise of easy money and financial freedom is too tempting.
This paragraph does not defend TVI Express at all. It simply made a generalization: people join MLM to make money.

After reading many review sites as ACCC no doubt did also I found out some interesting facts and correlated them to a statement written in The Daily Telegraph the day after the 1st hearing in May. The daily telegraph have obviously taken a lot of info from court and deliberately sledgehammered the Australian leaders who have been promoting TVI Express.
This paragraph does NOT defense TVI Express either. It simply made various negative references to the paper and ACCC, without any evidence to support his viewpoint.  It is merely opinion, not hypothesis.
ACCC have wasted precious taxpayers money persecuting 3 individuals. Those 3 truly inspiring individuals have sufferd and have been accused of being the leaders of a pyramid scheme. It has come to light that in fact there is an international company backing these individuals namely TVI Express. They have come out to pay and play ball in the Australian courts. What does that say about TVI Express. They have integrity and will back their distributors (leaders) and they obviously care about their business. If this was a scam or a ponzi there is no way TVI Express would pay for the best lawyers in town.
Again, there is no defense of TVI Express on why it's not a scam, except by inference: if TVI Express is a scam they would not have hired "best lawyers in town". Really, why does the Mafia hire the best lawyers, eh? That logic doesn't even make sense! People with $$$ hire the best lawyers. It doesn't prove whether they are illegal or not one way or the other!

Furthermore, TVI Express have since then abandoned their folks in the US (Georgia had NO lawyers to defend against "Cease and Desist" in September 2010) and later in South Africa (nobody tried to defend against South African authorities declaring it pyramid scheme in December 2010), despite it leaking alleged news that they are hiring some prominent MLM lawyers in the US to make themselves compliant earlier.
Other network marketers out there have also slammed TVI Express or are using TVI Express scam to get people to join similar schemes. These travel clubs are a copycat version of TVI Express. One of the leaders mentioned that an ex TVI Express leader not naming or shaming anyone made his money within 6 months )Im not talking small change either) and left to start his own travel club. Talk about greed. He personally rang all his leaders in his downlines and asked if they would jump with him to his new venture. So he should stop bagging that hand that fed him.
Again, not a defense of TVI Express, but rather a "Tu Quoque" (you too!) smear campaign, attacking the motivation of the opponents of TVI Express. It is a "dishonest debate technique".
TVI Express is truly too good to be true. Currently I am waiting on the travel vouchers redemption section to be up and running. TVI Express are 100% committed to winning in court so watch out all you negative network marketers dont bag out TVI Express, your company may be next on the hit list by the ACCC. Lets hope your company backs you up if you land in court. Watch this space. More info to come

Finally, there is still no defense why TVI Express is NOT a scam, other than his fervent faith that it's not.

Out of five paragraphs, none had presented a SINGLE shred of evidence why TVI Express is not a scam.

Furthermore, that was the ONLY entry in the ENTIRE blog. There was NOTHING ELSE.

No wonder TVI Express is a loser... it attracts losers who can't even debate.
