Another "Coach" out to help you succeed in... TVI Express scam?!?!

Do these "coaches" even read that they post? Clearly not, as this "Lloyd Dobson" clearly demonstrated:

If he wants to sell his "lead generation system", he should at least pick a LEGAL business, instead of this illegal scam already kicked out of the USA a whole YEAR ago! Not to mention he can't cite information, even the lies released by the scam itself, properly!

So who is this Lloyd Dobson guy? This is his LinkedIn Profile:

The rest of his description I snipped.

Strangely, I have ran into Lloyd Dobson online before. (see below, under related articles). Back in October someone was reviving his zombie TVI Express videos. Now, he decided to revivify zombie himself.

Why don't you leave a scam DEAD AND BURIED, Lloyd Dobson? Why would you want to help people succeed in a SCAM, Lloyd?

You should have left well enough alone!

Alamin from Bangladesh is back with more sorry excuses

Previously, Alamin from Bangladesh admitted to be running a pyramid scheme, did not see anything wrong with it, and have NO reply to ANY of my rebuttals of his assertions claiming that TVI Express is good. Instead of reply with refutations of my explanations, he's back with MORE sorry excuses. Again, my comments will be in red and in brackets.

dear friend
[Hi there.]
one thing i forgot to remember u that tvi didn't said that warren buffet has owned this company .. they only said that a expert watch .. please go through the presentation deeply..
[They didn't? Let's pull up the screenshot:]

[While TVI Express didn't outright say so, they sure the heck implied it. Not to mention Warren Buffett is the THIRD richest person in the world!]
[ What's more, I have plenty of proof that PLENTY of TVI Express members wrote articles claiming that Warren Buffett (and Sir Richard Branson) owns or is involved in TVI Express. You really think they invented that lie by themselves? Here are some examples when someone ELSE used the SAME EXCUSE: ]
http://kschang.blogspot.com/2010/12/rudy-phan-continue-to-spread-lies-about.html
again as u r not a member u don't have the members backoffice where the list of hotels are included ..
[ Do you know what a "shrinkwrapped contract" is? It's a form of fraud, where you open this package, where you found this contract inside that says "if you opened this package, you agree to everything in this contract." As you could not have examined the contract, and have a chance to opt out, without opening the package, one must accept the contract BEFORE having a chance to examine the contract. THAT IS ILLEGAL. ]

[ TVI Express, by hiding the actual list of hotels to be "members only", but telling members they can choose from thousands of hotels around the world, has an illegal shrinkwrapped contract. You cannot actually see the list until AFTER you join. Furthermore, the ONLY hotels they actually ANNOUNCED to be available for booking to redeem those 7-day 6-night trips? Less than a hundred, EVER.
Still don't see the relevance? Try this example:
A: TVI Express offers a free 7-day 6-night trips to 100,000 hotels worldwide when you join?
B: Which hotels?
A: All the ones you would want to go to!
B: Come on, give me some names.
A: Uh, the list is members only.
B: So I have to join first THEN I can learn what hotels are available?
A: .... ]
[ Instead of proving TVI Express is legitimate, Alamin, you've actually proven that TVI Express committed fraud. Thanks for your help. ]

"Gladius" seem to be personally offended by my scambusting...

Wonder if he actually works for TVI Express, instead of just being a distributor?

After our previous encounter, he came back multiple times to spam the comments with more TVI Express announcements. Blah blah blah.

There's a bit longer about supposedly ATM cards and whatnot. So I denied it as spam,

and he's really pissed off now because I won't let him be a TVI Express parrot. Apparently he enjoys doing so, and boasts about it.
Clearly, he wasn't aware that TVI Express had been promising these ATM cards ever since the company got started! It had NEVER materialized. Thus it is a THREE-YEAR LIE. if it comes true now, it'd STILL be a 3-year lie.

In a previous comment he called me "King of Cut and Paste", yet he had cut and paste far more than I did. I just paste URLs. He pastes entire articles. So he's the one who's cut and paste.

But does Gladius care? Nope. He haven't even seen the card yet, or used it, yet he's sure it'll "make me a liar" in a few months.
As this is just an insult, I denied it as spam as well.

Did I ever say TVI Express will NOT have an office in Philippines? I don't recall ever stating so.

Nor does the existence of such an office somehow make TVI Express scam legitimate. There was an office in Indonesia too. BKPM have yanked their license AND their foreign investment permit.

Thus, Gladius' misguided attempt at justification has gone nowhere.

Another TVI Express Shill can only cite TVI Express info to "debate" me

A Filipino TVI Express promoter who goes by name "Gladius" (and probably various other names, including "kschangscam", "Ann Verde", and "Abu Sayyef", as they all post from the same IP address or very close to it) tried to "debate" me on Hubpages by posting TVI Express propaganda. When I pointed out those are lies and half-truths, he got offended.

And guess what was Gladius' reply? Tarun Trikha posted it, so it must be true.

(The reply to Ann was in response to her remark that liars goes to hell. Except I'm not the one lying... )

Then Gladius responds by posting under an insulting handle. It's still him because the IP address is nearly the same. And he didn't deny it either. Furthermore, he confirms that all of his information came from Tarun Trikha, or TVI Express. There is NO third-party confirmation. Apparently the idea that Tarun Trikha may be a liar did not even enter his mind. He was completely brainwashed, as his comment proved:

See the assumption? He ASSUMED that the Facebook account for Pacific Royale Airways *must* be legit. But anybody can start anything online nowadays. There's bazillion impersonators, fake profiles, and whatnot out there. Until there's proof, you should not assume anything. Remember, "assume" makes an "ass" out of "u" and "me". And "Gladius" have "assumed" a lot of things:

1) That Tarun Trikha speaks the truth (reality indicates otherwise)
2) That TVI Express speaks the truth (ditto)
3) TVI Express is legitimate (ditto)
4) Tarun Trikha owns Pacific Royale Airways (ditto)

Any proof that supported those four statements? Came from Tarun Trikha or TVI Express themselves. It's circular logic.

But wait, there's more. Then Gladius claims he didn't really prove anything!

So he did NOT insist that his post was the truth? Did he just admit he lied? And why is demanding that he provide evidence of what he posted "over-reacting"? "Gladius" is now posting gibberish as he has no proper comeback. And yes, it's still Gladius as it's virtually the same IP address. They all belong to the same ISP in the Philippines. Yet, he persists in posting even MORE gibberish, under yet ANOTHER name, but the SAME IP address as before:

This is basically a copy of TVI Express "announcement", and it's clearly bogus, because TVI Express was declared illegal scam by South African authorities back in 2010! So I posted the various links I have to actual South African News Articles. And "Gladius" abandoned the "Abu Sayyaf" alias and posted "continuation" under a different name, proving they are indeed the same person.

But "Gladius" or "Abu Sayyaf", which is probably his real name, claims that this announcement proves that TVI Express is LEGITIMATE! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Of course, I'll have to point out this bogusity...

I then posted a few more links to South Africa news detailing the TVI Express scam and the police investigations.

Most people would have realized they are losing and quit. However, "Gladius" here must be a masochist, because he desperately tries to find ANY sort of evidence to "support" his own side. His answer? A Facebook account allegedly belongs to "TVI Express South Africa". As if that proves ANYTHING!

I had earlier pointed out that if you actually believe every word TVI Express puts out (as I have pretty much conclusively proved that TVI Express posts bull**** based on the articles I linked to), the believers would have lost at least 20 IQ points. Gladius' response? Roughly "Double Dumb*** on you!"  That's really smart dude (sarcasm intended).

My evidence, newspaper articles, and publicly viewable links, AND TVI Express member behavior conclusively proves that TVI Express is a scam, and thus far NO TVI EXPRESS MEMBER HAS YET TO PROVIDE ANY EVIDENCE TO THE CONTRARY.

At the end, they are always reduced to name-calling, such as "why don't you show your face", "sour grapes", "envious", and so on.

And here's promise fulfilled: Gladius, this documented exchange of comments conclusively proves that you are stupid, supporting a scam, and can't argue worth ****.

More Pacific Royale announcement? Hah!

TVI Express morons are treating the appearance of "Pacific Royal Airways" on Facebook as another "proof" that the airline is legitimate, and it is owned by TVI Express. Here's one sample post:

Gladius 3 days ago
Finally, TVI Express's Pacific Royale Airways is set to fly soon. Congratulations!!!!
FLY WITH US.... you may now "LIKE" and share this official Fan page of Pacific Royal Airways..
Go to this link and LIKE , then SHARE... LET's GO!!!

So what's wrong with this picture?

First of all, there is ZERO PROOF that Tarun Trikha or TVI Express is involved in this airline. The ONLY thing that came close? There's a post in TempoInteractiv (Indonesia newspaper) that says one of the Indonesia owners is Gunarni Gunawan, and there's an Indian investor called Mr. T. TVI Express followers IMMEDIATELY claimed this is Goernani Goenawan, president of PT TVI Express Indonesia, and Mr. T *must* be Tarun Trikha, without further confirmation or proof.

Tarun Trikha, of course, fed the rumor from his Twitter account seeking "suggestions for new slogan". He never said he owned it, just that he wants your suggestions. However, given that 1) PT TVI Express Indonesia no longer has a business license (revoked August 3, 2011 by BKPM), 2) and owning a part share in an airline (which has yet to purchase a single plane) would require a HUGE bankroll, does 3) noted liar Goernani Goenawan, who had previously claimed that TVI Express is NOT MLM despite TVI Express website stating so, actually own a piece of this upcoming airline? If you actually think so, I have some beachfront property in Arizona that you may be interested in...

Second, the website that they claim to be at? If you go to the Facebook page, it says they are at PacificRoyale.com. It was started on 10-SEP-2011. There is no other info, and thus, NO proof that this is actually the company that started this Facebook ID.

If you actually go to the website, you get:

That doesn't say much about the company, does it?

If you check who owns PacificRoyale.com... you'll find that "private registration" was turned on, there is NO ownership info visible. Clearly, they do NOT want people to know who actually owns this domain. However, we can take a reasonable guess...

If you do reverse IP search on PacificRoyale.com, you'll find that it's hosted on the same server as TVI Express website:

Some of these domains have hidden reg, some don't. And guess who owns Bookmytrip.com? V2 Global / Tarun Trikha.

And the registrar, NameCheap? Tarun Trikha subscribes to their feed. Says so on his own Twitter page.

Further note: NameCheap is in the US, and the server is physically in... Ukraine.

Thus, PacificRoyale.com and the Facebook profile is just a smokescreen started by Tarun Trikha.

And one last item Tarun Trikha fans fail to realize... that airline is NOT getting off the ground any time soon. They obviously don't keep up with the news, since the Indonesia Transportation Ministry have NOT approved the business plan of the airline as of 8-SEP-2011. The airline originally planned to start flying in November, but that is unlikely to happen. Try 2012 instead.

And even when it DOES fly, there is STILL NO LINK between it and Tarun Trikha other than what Tarun Trikha manufactured.

"Jane" from Philippines demonstrates her ignorance about the Internet and life in general

A certain "Jane" from Manila, Philippines posted multiple derogatory comments on my TVI Express scam busting hubs, exposing her own ignorance about scam, Internet, life, and all that.

On "TVI Express Exposed" hub, Jane declared:
this site is very much full of negative and unprofessional aura..are you a fagget or what?(you sound like one).plus, the ironic part is you criticize TVI but what i can see in your ads here are airfare, hotel accom.and travels..tsk tsk quiet disturbing and suspicious. if you'll not post my comments, plainly i could say that this site is bias and is very much manipulated by what your itching ears just want to see and hear..hhhmmnn.
Well, "Jane", if that is indeed your name...

"Negative and unprofessional aura"? Are you one of those psychics who believe in such stuff? No wonder you got taken in by scam!

"Fagget"? You can't even spell correctly. Can you learn how to use a spell checker? Name-calling is so lame.

My ads are presented by Google Ads and other ads who simply pick relevant ads based on keywords. I don't control them. Thus, "Jane" just demonstrated her TOTAL ignorance of how Internet ads work.

Then Jane also posted on a different hub, somewhat more civil... as that was posted first:

kschang, why are you doing this? what's your purpose/objective? or Did you have bad experiences with TVI? you seemed to be very well versed with all those information..
do you feel happy whenever you had stopped someone from joining to TVI? and in return, were you able to help anyone attain financial freedom? or even offered an alternative/option for those people who has no food on their tables..just earning enough from their hand to mouth consumption..
What can you say to those people who indeed enjoy the compensations they got from TVI? like they were able to buy their houses, cars and have gone to their dream family vacations...should they be put to jail for getting that reward from TVI,if they're indeed operating illegally?
Thanks and all the best to your endeavours!

Apparently the first thing any TVI Express members think of when they see criticism is "sour grapes". Yet, not a single refutation. The best "Jane" can do is "enjoy compensations they got from TVI Express", which is proof that it IS scam, as it was paid by all the OTHER people who joined. Yet she treats that as if it somehow DISPROVES all the facts laid out.

Then she pulls out the victim card: should participants in TVI Express be put in jail for promoting TVI Express if it is illegal? The answer is yes, and people HAVE BEEN PUT IN JAIL FOR DOING SO!

Every one of Jane's "points" are idiotic, stupid, and appeal to emotion instead of logic.

Indonesia TVI Express Supporter Avoided the News, and Made a Fool of Himself

Yesterday, a comment, "YesIndo" posted the following comment on my Hubpages Hub
yesindo 29 hours ago
Honestly, I do not really know the TVI Express situation in other countries.
However, TVI Express in Indonesia is booming and even got International Good Company award from Coordinating Minister of People Welfare & also from Minister of Culture & Tourism of Republic Indonesia. This event published in an Indonesian monthly magazine "Global Invest" 7th edition. You should buy it so you can probably waste another time to make good insult of it.
It is also mentioned in the magazine that TVI Express listed legally and already have license from Indonesian Govenment.
This is a proof that your comment about legal issue in Indonesia do not updated or maybe you have not done your researches well enough. This make me think twice about your other comments. Are they all true or maybe just 10% true? Can we call kschang a scam too?.. by making wrong comment regarding TVI Express legal issue in Indonesia ...
As YesIndo simply accepted the award at its value, it's clear that he wasn't aware of the fact that Indonesian newspaper consider the award to be scam, as one only needs to pay to "win". The award itself is worthless, as it was explained clearly on this very blog (and on Kaskus forum)
There's no doubt that the award ceremony took place. However, simple investigation would tell you that nobody CARES about this award, as it's a common scam to issue such awards and earn "processing fees" around the world. In Botswana they have such a thing as "Bizz Awards" that local companies can "win"... by contributing a significant sum of money. When Botswana TVI Express proponents tried to claim legitimacy of this award on a radio show, I sent a link to the radio show's host, and he's the one who saw the similarity to his local scam.

As for "license from Indonesia government", that was REVOKED on August 3rd, 2011.

Thus, I updated my information quite correctly, and it is YesIndo who did not update his information properly.

And he thought he was correcting me, hah! People are getting ARRESTED for being in TVI Express in Indonesia! Get that through your thick head, YesIndo! Before it's too late!

Hilarious: Filipino TVI Supporter tries to shoot down MLM lawyer's qualifications!

Folks, when an attorney says something's legal (or illegal), he is putting his reputation on the line. If he's wrong, he can be disbarred (lose his law license) depending on the severity of the mistake. His mistakes can be spread all over the internet nowadays, further damaging his reputation.

Thus, I had an article citing Mr. Gerald Nehra, one of the few attorneys in the US who specialize in MLMs (thus, automatically puts him among the top, yes?)   He previously worked for Amway as their head counsel for 9 years. The only other MLM attornies that readily comes to mind would be Grimes and Reese, and Kevin Thompson.

Any way, the article explains that under Mr. Gerald Nehra's explanation on what makes MLM legal, TVI Express is illegal as per US law.  The article had been published for well over a year, and nobody had tried to attack its validity. So I am very surprised today to find a comment on it.

frankcow10 9 hours ago
You seem to be an expert in twisting facts here and there to serve your purpose.
FACT is : Mr. Gerald Nehra is NOT A TOP MLM Attorney. He wouldn't claim it himself. Instead, his claim states that "He is one of a very few attorneys nationwide whose practice is devoted exclusively to direct selling and multi-level marketing issues."(http://mlmatty.com/09/mlm_attorney_bio.php#nehra)NOT A TOP MLM ATTORNEY.
No, not at all. Ronald J Riley, President and Founder of the Professional Investors Alliance (www.piausa.org) called Gerald Nehra and his office mlmatty.com a "one lawyer operations, with one assistant".
Ronald J Riley has this to say about your said "top MPM attorney" : "It seems we have another attorney from a small Michigan town who may be eking out a living sending cease and desist letters to anyone who dares to criticize his client's MLM business models." (http://www.interesting-people.org/archives/interesIn closing, I have two questions for you MR. Chang. One, If you have clean motives in your crusade against TVI Express -- something that you have been doing for the past 18 months at least -- why don't you reveal your true identity, address and contact number. And two, why all the hate against TVI Express that you will resort to twisting truths just to discredit the company? I am hoping for answers to this two questions.

Then I noticed the name: frankcow10.

I know a frankcow10... he posts various defenses of TVI Express, esp. on expertmlmreviews.org  He also goes by "frankcow10 caudillo" on the same place. However, his last post on that website was July 2011. The interesting thing is, he NEVER defends TVI Express by refuting the facts posted with his own facts or analysis. Instead, he always goes for attacking the credibility of the facts, even when the credibility is pretty much unassailable, such as a top MLM attorney! Also notice that he did not attack the analysis in article, only on Mr. Nehra's reputation, and his basis is that ONE comment!

I could dismiss this as an "ad hominem" attack, but out of curiosity, what is the SOURCE of the comment?

So I studied that issue, and did some research, and found out that Mr. Nehra had threatened to sue a few websites (run by MLM critics) that published unfavorable views of an MLM he is shepherding. The net folks did not like that and there was a surge of support for those sites fighting this "censorship", and this is one of those comments. It is hardly "neutral commentary".

Clearly, "Frankcow10" did no research.

Frankcow also revealed his true origins... His IP address traced to Makati City, Philippines, where TVI Express is busy recruiting more people. There is was even a "convention" last month with celebrities, dances, and even a sort of fashion show where they paraded "I heart TVI" bags (probably made in China for 49 cents) in 4 colors.

Given that Filipino law is similar to US law, and TVI Express already outlawed in Vietnam, China, and Indonesia, what are the chances TVI Express will last long?

But it didn't have to last long. It just needs to last long enough for Frankcow and the rest of the fraudsters to get in early and get their $10000 USD.

24-year MLM veteran Marc Barrett claimed TVI Express is legal and profitable, what a joke

I am surprised that I have not mentioned Marc Barrett here before.

Marc Barrett is another self-proclaimed expert "with 24 years of experience in MLM". He claims he had been on top tier distributor levels on multiple MLMs, as well as cited in multiple books about MLM. That makes him an expert on MLMs. I didn't say so. HE said it:

Nationally "punished" books. LOL.

So does Marc Barrett in fact know what he is talking about? Let's apply a very simple test...  What was his view on TVI Express?

TVI Express is PROVEN to be an illegal pyramid scheme, here in the US, and was kicked out by State of Georgia with a "Cease and Desist" order in 2010. Thus, if Marc said it's a pyramid scheme, he may in fact know what he's talking about. If he doesn't, then he has no clue.

This is his review on TVI Express:

Definitely the same guy, yes? But what's his CONCLUSION on TVI Express? Let's scroll to the end... I've added some highlights, but the content remain undisturbed.

In other words, he does NOT recognize the structure to be illegal pyramid scheme. His anecdote about being declared illegal certainly is meant to imply that TVI Express is legal, and he repeatedly said "they pay their commissions". He even wrote "TVI Express has a real product with value".

A 24-year veteran in MLM that can't distinguish a legal MLM from a pyramid scheme, hmmm...

I guess it makes him an expert in bull****, not MLM.

Exposing TVI Express potty mouth: Joel Dela Torre Roasa

With opening of TVI Express "Philippines" branch, some Filipinos are finding my articles revealing some facts about TVI Express they didn't know about and want some answers.  Suddenly one of my hubs got like 200+ views a day for several days (when it usually gets about 2-5 views a day). Then some potty mouth posted a comment about I need to be committed to a mental hospital, but didn't say why. Apparently, I had insulted his favorite scam.  As today is June 27, 11 days about would make it... June 16, 2011.

The IP address tracks to a UMobile, an operator in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.

So what does Facebook actually say?   On June 16, this was posted...

Exact same words. While not conclusive proof, it appears that Antonio Pasaporte is not his real name.

This guy's awfully brave behind an alias. So who is this Joel Dela Torre Roasa? This is his facebook profile (which is public)

Not only does Joel here have a potty mouth, he appears to be addicted to gambling and scams, according to his own profile.

(I was joking about the addiction, but at least I joke based on reality, unlike Joel there who apparently pulled that insult out of his ***hole, which only proves he's full of **** .)

UPDATE (August 27, 2011)

Apparently Mr Roasa read my blogpost, he had removed the offending logo AND his gambling reference. Who's feeling guilty now?

Why don't you remove the reference to Poker AND TVI Express while you're at it too?

Some Old Spam from TVI Express Spammer Jeffrey Sousa

Digging through Google and my old comments, and I found an old spam hub on Hubpages from "AsiaTVIExpress"  at this url:   http://hubpages.com/hub/TVI-Express-Indonesia

I thought that picture looked similar, and indeed that is Jeffrey Souza, whom I had highlighted before, mainly doing keyword spamming nutritional supplements. (See Related Articles below)

What's worse, the wording is stolen off another Hubber, Matthew Neer, whose words have been revealed to be... without substance. Mr. Neer later even admitted that TVI Express is a scam.

What's really funny is on the original hub written by Mr. Neer, there's a comment from Jeffrey Souza (posting as Jeffrey Allan) that thanked Mr. Neer for the hub.  Note he gave link to TVI Express Powerboard, so there's no doubt it's him.

So he thanked the guy for writing a great hub so he can steal it.

WTF, man... WTF.

More Hilarious Filipino TVI Express Ads

It's amazing how TVI Express followings ignore the blindingly obvious... The following ad appeared on a Filipino website: http://www.pinoyadsonline.com/item/11191

However, there are many problems with this ad.

First, wrong category!

This ad is posted in Marketing & Sales // WANTED

So what's typically posted in marketing & sales? Office for rent, position available, that sort of stuff.

So why is this ad posted under WANTED? Shouldn't it be OFFERED? After all, this guy is OFFERING something, right?

That's a lie already.

Second, $250 is not $250

It says is get a trip for $250 USD anywhere in the world.

It sure does NOT say "Pay another $150 in taxes and processing fees" or "have your trip half-sized" or "ALL of the named hotels and resorts are in India". Yet ALL THREE were documented to be true.

Yet another lie.

Third, funny exchange rate

At the end it says the fee is $11500 Filipino Peso. However, if you use the exchange rate on 17-APR-2011, you will see that it comes out to be $267 USD, not $250 as he stated.

Fourth, what unlimited income?

At the end there is something about "unlimited income of your dreams". Sure did not mention how you get it.

But the TVI Express FAQ is very clear: recruit two people and teach each to recruit two more. In other words, a pyramid scheme... illegal in Philippines and everywhere else in the world.

Fifth, that's spam...

Clearly, this entire ad is a complete misrepresentation of TVI Express, by withholding all relevant information. It's spam, and it's particularly EVIL spam.

JC Campbell's OLD TVI Express Review is a Parrot

By parrot, I mean that JC Campbell only knows how to repeat company material without ANY attempt to verify or clarify any of the information given. He can only regurgitate what TVI Express provided, and try to spin it slightly so it sounds better.

http://www.helium.com/items/1605444-tvi-expressbusiness-opportunitywork-from-homecompanytravelinternet

(BTW, Helium is a content farm for bigots, and that's IMHO, as I've been there and done that)

The entire article consist of a summary of the selling points in the TVI Express "presentation". The conclusion is: look at the selling points again:
TVI Express has already proved to be a genuine source of income as many of the testimonials on the company website prove. For anyone thinking of joining TVI Express, they should first visit the company website and take a tour to understand the company and the compensation plan.
Testimonials... That's so funny. The testimonials are so outdated and fake it's hilarious to think that testimonials are worth ANYTHING. I've personally documented same guy giving two virtually identical testimonials. You got people who gave glowing testimonials quit, denounce TVI Express, or even go on to found a competing business. It's clear that the few hundred testimonials are clearly inflated, and with supposedly hundreds of thousands of members, the testimonials page have not been updated in MONTHS, so they are clearly fakes. (Tsairong Chang? Saw that testimonial back in early 2010, a whole YEAR ago!)

And what is JC Campbell's qualifications for reviewing TVI Express? His most recent 10 articles are, according to his own Helium profile:

  1. An overview on good posture for golf
  2. Health benefits of playing golf
  3. Retailing: How to transform consumers into customers
  4. Dry skin tips for men
  5. Essential shaving equipment all men need
  6. Body shaving tips for men
  7. Time saving grooming tips for men
  8. Golf tips for enhancing tee shot distance
  9. Ways to improve sales on eBay
  10. Hair care tips for winter
It appears that his expertise is in golf, sales, and men's grooming. So what does he know about pyramid scheme or multi-level marketing

What utter poppycock.

"Real True Review" of TVI Express is neither true nor real

When you look for "TVI Express Review", a guy named Manuel seems to pop up quite often. Here's one such link:

http://tviexpresss.com/travel-business-marketing/what-is-tvi-express-real-true-review

This has an honest date on it: March 2010, OVER A YEAR OLD. A lot has changed since. So first of all, this review is neither real or true. It's actually old and inaccurate.

Let us go through it sentence by sentence and see what's in here that may be of use.
To know the truth nobody told you about TVI Express, get the innercircle report simply click here… http://www.thetviexpressinsider.com/
That "truth" at that website turns out to be a capture page of the same guy hawking the same stuff AGAIN.
To Know What TVI Express actually is and also whether or not is a TVI Express scam, we need to look for a honest and truth TVI Express review. And I dont think that most people in TVI Express explain the TVI Express Reviews good enough, so this is why I put this TIV Express and VTI Express report together to show you guys what VTI Express actually is.
THREE sentences wasted already. Where's the review?
Well Tviexpress is actually a direct marketing company which is been active in the travel industry.
Can you prove that? Or are you going strictly on what they told you? UNSUPPORTED OPINION.
TVIexpres is rather a new company when we talk about that. And now lets look into the TIV Express and whether or not you are going to make 10K. We will talk about the TVI Express information, TVI Expres information and also some tVI Express facts.
In other words, Manuel is a parrot: repeating TVI Express marketing material, with NO attempt at verification. Manuel has yet to present a single VERIFIABLE FACT.
The real TVIexpress facts is that they are not a scam at all. Let me repeat that, the TVIexpress facts is not a scam. The TVI Expres facts is not a scam at all, because there is a product involved.
Manuel never bothers to explain WHY just because it supposedly has a product means it's not a scam. Another UNSUPPORTED OPINION.

Furthermore, TVI Express FAQ says very clearly, "You do not need to sell any products." The only thing ever "sold" is from TVI Express to members. NOTHING is sold by members to public. Add to that the extra fees, the problem with redemption, the half-sizing... The product is worthless. But Manuel has somehow made the leap of faith: product = NOT scam.
Everyone who join in TVi express is going to receive a travel package and also who wants TVi express and call me, because this Tvi express business is where you want to be.
So just because members receive an alleged travel package, it's not a scam? Another leap of faith. That's like saying "Because Bernie Madoff paid me, Bernie Madoff cannot be a scam." Look up Bernie Madoff in the news... Biggest scam ever to hit the US... 30 BILLION DOLLARS WORTH.  Another UNSUPPORTED OPINION.
So lets answer this question Why should I join tvi express, are their tvi express complaints going on there and how about the tvi express presidents club. And do not forget the TVi express travel business how does all this things fit together.
And that's it, no more explaining WHY it's not a scam. From here on it's all 'join me, join me'. What about the complaints? What travel business?
The question is not whether or not you join tvi express. The question about tvi is whether or not you can make 10K. Who can help you make the 10K. TVI express and Kelly Williams. It is a simple home based business. You can work from home also, and earn income if you want.
He raised all those questions, and he skipped right over them!

So what does a home-based business (again, TVI Express claim, UNVERIFIED), and Kelly Williams (who, by the way, quit TVI Express and went on to create Club Seabreeze, a competitor) have ANYTHING to do with "can you earn 10K"?  UNEXPLAINED.
Its in fact a MLM, to be real about it. MLM is a multi-level marketing, it is network marketing. And they are active not only in America, but actually through out the world, in fact also Tvi express Australia and Australia tvi express.
Again, UNSUPPORTED assumption. How can TVI Express be multi-level marketing when it doesn't sell anything? It just recruits.

Furthermore, Australia slapped a restraining order on TVI Team Oz (3 TVI Express members) to stop them from promoting TVI Express in May 2010, and China had arrested and investigated TVI Express LONG before that.

CONCLUSION: As you can see now, Manuel is basically a parrot. There is no review of TVI Express. There are virtually no facts in the entire rant.  The title is a complete lie. Everything in this so-called "real true review" are in fact UNSUPPORTED OPINIONS, ASSUMPTIONS, and BAD LOGIC.

And Manuel is not alone with this sort of "review".

TVIme demonstrate his lack of brain matter, but mastery of English

In March 2011, a person by the name of TVIme appeared on the comment section of ExpertMLMReviews, where Shawn Cornett have already declared TVI Express a scam.

I have supplied a steady supply of additional information proving TVI Express is a scam, such as news updates, evidence of TVI Express lies, and so on.

So what does TVIme do? He claims he got a trip out of TVI Express.

I apologize for the small size of the picture, but Blogger don't like the long vertical picture and shrinks it.

You can read the original here:

http://expertmlmreview.org/mlm-company-reviews/tvi-express

Any way, TVIme claims he got a trip, 4-day 3-nights, paid only tax. Had a wonderful time.

I asked him whether he likes his trips half-sized by TVI Express, and did his downlines get any.

I get back insults: "are you really that desperate to reap all the benefits?"

I stay calm and point out flaws in his argument, that he assumed I am a member (of which I am NOT). Besides, it's illogical NOT to claim the benefits of this "travel club", right? (But we all know TVI Express is NOT a travel club, but a scam...)

I get back more insults, including defamation of my English skills.

I point out he made an assumption which was wrong.

I get back more insults.

I asked him to explain why TVI Express is legal given that it had cheated him already.

I get back a reply that essentially says "I don't feel cheated."

I asked him if he's in touch with reality.

I get back MORE insults, basically claiming that even though TVI Express promised 7-day 6-nights, and he only got 4-day 3-nights, the "only thing half-sized is your comprehension" (his words).

I say it's more like his perception... But then, some people deep into MLM are like cultists... You can't argue with them as their reality had been so distorted, it's like talking to aliens (from another planet). They no longer even have a common frame of reference with you. It's as if they are in their own reality, their personal "Matrix".

It's either denial, or cognitive dissonance.
