Brandon Inchauriga threatens to sue me to revealing his face and his promotion of scams

This blog normally don't get too many comments. Most TVI-ers have already moved on to some other scheme that suit their fancy. So imagine my surprise that there were two comments waiting for me in the comment moderation inbox. One's from Mr. Ferren, who was polite. The other one was from "Brandon", who was clearly angry:

So what was he referring to? This is the entry he was so mad about:

Moron Claims Scams are Not Scams, Despite Ample Proof  (29-AUG-2011)

And what was his picture that he was so mad about? Here:

Anything posted to Facebook and set to public is public information. There's no law against disseminating that.

If you visit his website, you'll find that he called no less than THREE PROVEN SCAMS (FHTM, Zamzuu, TVI Express) great opportunities. So I called him out on that.

Also note the dates: his face was on Facebook as of late July 2011. By August 2011 his face was no longer there. What are you supposed to make from that? I don't know.

But the facts are simple: Brandon Promoted Scams, and Brandon deleted his face from his Facebook page.

And he wants to sue me to revealing these facts? Based on what?

What is "Bento Erotis" and what does it have to do with TVI Express?

I have no idea what is "BENTO EROTIS", or its relation to TVI Express, but there's a Facebook group on it:

Of course, it has nobody in it, and no information about it.

Spam?

Tracking Down TVI Express Supporter Alamin

About 4 months ago (that would make it... October 2011), a certain "Alamin94" showed up at one of my hubs, and is quiet friendly, claims to be "international diamond" of TVI Express, is from Bangladesh, have gotten paid (so he claimed), and basically quite enjoyed his "success" at TVI Express.

Needless to say, I reminded him that none of that indicates that TVI Express is legal.

It is interesting that he registered a Hubpages account just to post comments, and it was only used ONCE, to post ONE comment on my hub. Subsequent comments were posted NOT using the account, but simply through e-mail address. He never published any hub, so his Hubpages profile is completely blank.

Any way, so I wondered, how is he doing now? So I did a search, and found his full name and contact info on Facebook:

Wow, he's putting EVERYTHING online... name, mailing address, phone number e-mail, and his TVI Express affiliate link.

He even put up a "fan of the week", except he doesn't have one every week. Just read his wall.

And his profile pix? Made with FREE tool, says so right on his page:

"Created with Free version of Pagemodo"

Guess he's saving his money he earned with TVI Express for something else.

Or perhaps he didn't really get paid, and his claimed "earnings" was just his "e-Wallet" figures?

Since TVI Express is not a bank, is eWallet even legal? But he doesn't care. He thinks he got paid.

His wall claims that TVI Express Bangladesh was about to launch back in August 2011. So where is it now?

Tarun Trikha on Facebook, ignores complaints on wall

Someone posted updates about the TVI Express broken promises on Tarun Trikha's Facebook wall. It was ignored. Tarun Trikha wants to launch his own booking portal (bookmytrip.com, in cooperation with someone who was involved with the YTBI scam), his own airline (which is not his own at all), and the hotel reservations have HUGE hidden surcharges.

TVI Express Indonesia on Facebook? Nope, some OTHER venture instead

Apparently whoever registered "TVI Express Indonesia" on Facebook is NOT PT TVI EXPRESS INDONESIA, but some individual who had since decided to move on to some other venture! See for yourself:

This is pretty much proof that "Gladius" is full of ****, as he assumed that "Pacific Royale Airways" on Facebook *must* be registered by the airline itself.

Here's one example that disproves his theory, and the subject is rather... ironic, isn't it?

Another TVI Express Shill can only cite TVI Express info to "debate" me

A Filipino TVI Express promoter who goes by name "Gladius" (and probably various other names, including "kschangscam", "Ann Verde", and "Abu Sayyef", as they all post from the same IP address or very close to it) tried to "debate" me on Hubpages by posting TVI Express propaganda. When I pointed out those are lies and half-truths, he got offended.

And guess what was Gladius' reply? Tarun Trikha posted it, so it must be true.

(The reply to Ann was in response to her remark that liars goes to hell. Except I'm not the one lying... )

Then Gladius responds by posting under an insulting handle. It's still him because the IP address is nearly the same. And he didn't deny it either. Furthermore, he confirms that all of his information came from Tarun Trikha, or TVI Express. There is NO third-party confirmation. Apparently the idea that Tarun Trikha may be a liar did not even enter his mind. He was completely brainwashed, as his comment proved:

See the assumption? He ASSUMED that the Facebook account for Pacific Royale Airways *must* be legit. But anybody can start anything online nowadays. There's bazillion impersonators, fake profiles, and whatnot out there. Until there's proof, you should not assume anything. Remember, "assume" makes an "ass" out of "u" and "me". And "Gladius" have "assumed" a lot of things:

1) That Tarun Trikha speaks the truth (reality indicates otherwise)
2) That TVI Express speaks the truth (ditto)
3) TVI Express is legitimate (ditto)
4) Tarun Trikha owns Pacific Royale Airways (ditto)

Any proof that supported those four statements? Came from Tarun Trikha or TVI Express themselves. It's circular logic.

But wait, there's more. Then Gladius claims he didn't really prove anything!

So he did NOT insist that his post was the truth? Did he just admit he lied? And why is demanding that he provide evidence of what he posted "over-reacting"? "Gladius" is now posting gibberish as he has no proper comeback. And yes, it's still Gladius as it's virtually the same IP address. They all belong to the same ISP in the Philippines. Yet, he persists in posting even MORE gibberish, under yet ANOTHER name, but the SAME IP address as before:

This is basically a copy of TVI Express "announcement", and it's clearly bogus, because TVI Express was declared illegal scam by South African authorities back in 2010! So I posted the various links I have to actual South African News Articles. And "Gladius" abandoned the "Abu Sayyaf" alias and posted "continuation" under a different name, proving they are indeed the same person.

But "Gladius" or "Abu Sayyaf", which is probably his real name, claims that this announcement proves that TVI Express is LEGITIMATE! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Of course, I'll have to point out this bogusity...

I then posted a few more links to South Africa news detailing the TVI Express scam and the police investigations.

Most people would have realized they are losing and quit. However, "Gladius" here must be a masochist, because he desperately tries to find ANY sort of evidence to "support" his own side. His answer? A Facebook account allegedly belongs to "TVI Express South Africa". As if that proves ANYTHING!

I had earlier pointed out that if you actually believe every word TVI Express puts out (as I have pretty much conclusively proved that TVI Express posts bull**** based on the articles I linked to), the believers would have lost at least 20 IQ points. Gladius' response? Roughly "Double Dumb*** on you!"  That's really smart dude (sarcasm intended).

My evidence, newspaper articles, and publicly viewable links, AND TVI Express member behavior conclusively proves that TVI Express is a scam, and thus far NO TVI EXPRESS MEMBER HAS YET TO PROVIDE ANY EVIDENCE TO THE CONTRARY.

At the end, they are always reduced to name-calling, such as "why don't you show your face", "sour grapes", "envious", and so on.

And here's promise fulfilled: Gladius, this documented exchange of comments conclusively proves that you are stupid, supporting a scam, and can't argue worth ****.

Is profile of Samudra Sukardi on LinkedIn a fake?

It is interesting that Samudra Sukardi, who had been named CEO of Pacific Royale Airways, appeared on LinkedIn not too long ago. Why is this important? TVI Express / Tarun Trikha is rumored to own this airline (but each of the alleged "proof" turned out to be a lie or exaggeration and misinterpretation)

This profile of Mr. Samudra Sukardi fits SEVERAL of the warning signs I previously identified as "fake profile".

1) Improperly capitalized name

2) Bad picture, in this case, right person, but MANIPULATED PICTURE. You can tell from the "halo" when you zoom the picture in, that the picture did NOT have a blue background before, but was "flood filled". What was being concealed?

3) No details on education, prior jobs, and so on. See for yourself.

Okay, there is ONE item, about "West Coast University". There is a West Coast University in Los Angeles, CA, but this item is probably copied from the Google Profile of Samudra Sukardi (which is properly spelled, BTW) but no picture. Also note that the Facebook profile is also properly spelled name.

Furthermore, Mr. Samudra Sukardi had worked extensively in the airline industry, as consultant, as head of IT for Garuda, as head of Riau Airlines, and almost got the director general job for Garuda. Somehow none of this was in his LinkedIn Profile.

This profile is very likely a fake created by Tarun Trikha and his V2 compadres. And guess who we found in the "also seen" box? Tarun Trikha and one other person at V2. Admiring their own work, no doubt.

More Pacific Royale announcement? Hah!

TVI Express morons are treating the appearance of "Pacific Royal Airways" on Facebook as another "proof" that the airline is legitimate, and it is owned by TVI Express. Here's one sample post:

Gladius 3 days ago
Finally, TVI Express's Pacific Royale Airways is set to fly soon. Congratulations!!!!
FLY WITH US.... you may now "LIKE" and share this official Fan page of Pacific Royal Airways..
Go to this link and LIKE , then SHARE... LET's GO!!!

So what's wrong with this picture?

First of all, there is ZERO PROOF that Tarun Trikha or TVI Express is involved in this airline. The ONLY thing that came close? There's a post in TempoInteractiv (Indonesia newspaper) that says one of the Indonesia owners is Gunarni Gunawan, and there's an Indian investor called Mr. T. TVI Express followers IMMEDIATELY claimed this is Goernani Goenawan, president of PT TVI Express Indonesia, and Mr. T *must* be Tarun Trikha, without further confirmation or proof.

Tarun Trikha, of course, fed the rumor from his Twitter account seeking "suggestions for new slogan". He never said he owned it, just that he wants your suggestions. However, given that 1) PT TVI Express Indonesia no longer has a business license (revoked August 3, 2011 by BKPM), 2) and owning a part share in an airline (which has yet to purchase a single plane) would require a HUGE bankroll, does 3) noted liar Goernani Goenawan, who had previously claimed that TVI Express is NOT MLM despite TVI Express website stating so, actually own a piece of this upcoming airline? If you actually think so, I have some beachfront property in Arizona that you may be interested in...

Second, the website that they claim to be at? If you go to the Facebook page, it says they are at PacificRoyale.com. It was started on 10-SEP-2011. There is no other info, and thus, NO proof that this is actually the company that started this Facebook ID.

If you actually go to the website, you get:

That doesn't say much about the company, does it?

If you check who owns PacificRoyale.com... you'll find that "private registration" was turned on, there is NO ownership info visible. Clearly, they do NOT want people to know who actually owns this domain. However, we can take a reasonable guess...

If you do reverse IP search on PacificRoyale.com, you'll find that it's hosted on the same server as TVI Express website:

Some of these domains have hidden reg, some don't. And guess who owns Bookmytrip.com? V2 Global / Tarun Trikha.

And the registrar, NameCheap? Tarun Trikha subscribes to their feed. Says so on his own Twitter page.

Further note: NameCheap is in the US, and the server is physically in... Ukraine.

Thus, PacificRoyale.com and the Facebook profile is just a smokescreen started by Tarun Trikha.

And one last item Tarun Trikha fans fail to realize... that airline is NOT getting off the ground any time soon. They obviously don't keep up with the news, since the Indonesia Transportation Ministry have NOT approved the business plan of the airline as of 8-SEP-2011. The airline originally planned to start flying in November, but that is unlikely to happen. Try 2012 instead.

And even when it DOES fly, there is STILL NO LINK between it and Tarun Trikha other than what Tarun Trikha manufactured.

TVI Express Philippines continues cult style denial on Facebook

Actual screen capture from their "wall" (with my comments)

They ignore the reality that multiple governments have declared TVI Express illegal, and instead claim those are just "negativity".

Who's not dealing with reality here?

One person even posted my blog's URL on their wall. What is their response? You saw it multiple times here: We don't want negative people.

Thank you for admitting your mental blindness in public!

TVI Express Philippines continues to lie on Facebook

Apparently, their favorite lie is "it pays so it's not scam"

TVI is not a scam,We already have more than 100persons who joined and earned and exit the EXpress board & received a 10,000Dollars and more than 500persons received 500Dollars just here in the Philippines, if it is a scam why this people is receiving that such money, the only person telling bad things about TVI is the one who didn't understand its marketing plan.STUDY IT AND YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TVI Express REALLY IS!
(TVI Express Philippines)
Problem with the above statements:

First, 100 people received $10000 means 20000+ people joined TVI Express, since TWO separate "boards" must be filled, each of them paid $250. Besides, it is in eWallet, not real money. Since TVI Express does not sell anything, (go ahead, tell me, what does TVI Express sell, and have you sold any?) the ONLY income is membership fees, and that makes it a PONZI SCHEME. Later member's money are going to earlier members.

Second, 500 people receiving 500? Nope. That is a lie. It is $250 in eWallet (which is NOT real money), and a voucher code valid for 1 TVI Express membership, with value of $250. You *have* to sell that voucher to someone else, basically recruiting that person, to get $250. In other words, that new member just paid an older member DIRECTLY, PROVING IT IS FRAUD.

Third, in a pyramid scheme and Ponzi scheme, SOME people will get the money, and the rest will all lose money. It is the VERY DEFINITION of pyramid scheme. Thus, claiming that "some people have gotten money" actually PROVES it is a scam, not disprove it. If ALL people have gotten money, then you may have disproved it. But that is not the case here.

Fourth, dismissal of critics as "do not understand marketing plan", that is just idiotic, blanket dismissal of "they don't understand us". They claim they have superior knowledge, but they are clearly not willing to share such knowledge. WHAT ARE THEY AFRAID OF? They don't know the answer, so they tell you to look at the sales pitch. THEY ARE COWARDS WHO ARE UNWILLING TO FACE THE TRUTH.

Who is Marcus Grooms and is he still in TVI Express?

On the TVI Express website, there's a testimonial from Marcus Grooms

This picture is indeed of Marcus Grooms, who has a Facebook page. That name somehow looks familiar, and then I realized that this is the guy that fake "MLM Techer" Andie "interviewed".

http://www.andiepetoskey.com/tvi-express-scam/

And my review of her review is here

http://kschang.blogspot.com/2011/02/tvi-express-weasel-coaches-suppsed.html

If Andie here posted a TOTALLY bogus review, and claim it's great, then this Marcus Grooms can't be that good either. After all, he claims he has 23 years in financial industry, and he can't even spot a pyramid scheme, then what good is he?

Any way, let's search Mr. Groom's website, which is here:

http://www.marcusgrooms.com/

Same guy, yes? Yet there is NOT A SINGLE WORD about TVI Express on his entire website.

Yet other references to him, AND the testimonial, means he definitely was involved, and was pushing it rather heavily.

The logical inferences is that TVI Express is a scam, and Mr. Grooms was duped, joined, then quit immediately.

I sent Mr. Groom an email requesting comment through his website, and thus far there is no reply.

Exposing TVI Express potty mouth: Joel Dela Torre Roasa

With opening of TVI Express "Philippines" branch, some Filipinos are finding my articles revealing some facts about TVI Express they didn't know about and want some answers.  Suddenly one of my hubs got like 200+ views a day for several days (when it usually gets about 2-5 views a day). Then some potty mouth posted a comment about I need to be committed to a mental hospital, but didn't say why. Apparently, I had insulted his favorite scam.  As today is June 27, 11 days about would make it... June 16, 2011.

The IP address tracks to a UMobile, an operator in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.

So what does Facebook actually say?   On June 16, this was posted...

Exact same words. While not conclusive proof, it appears that Antonio Pasaporte is not his real name.

This guy's awfully brave behind an alias. So who is this Joel Dela Torre Roasa? This is his facebook profile (which is public)

Not only does Joel here have a potty mouth, he appears to be addicted to gambling and scams, according to his own profile.

(I was joking about the addiction, but at least I joke based on reality, unlike Joel there who apparently pulled that insult out of his ***hole, which only proves he's full of **** .)

UPDATE (August 27, 2011)

Apparently Mr Roasa read my blogpost, he had removed the offending logo AND his gambling reference. Who's feeling guilty now?

Why don't you remove the reference to Poker AND TVI Express while you're at it too?

TVI Express web hosts, and alleged new office in Kazahkstan

Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest cityAlmaty, Kazahkstan, Image via WikipediaTVI Express recently moved their webhost all the way to Kiev, Ukraine

But they are "supposedly" based in UK, yes? They said they are headquartered in UK, did they not? Even though in their own terms of service they said any disputes must be settled with the laws of Cyprus or India?

They said they are opening an office in Kazahkstan back in December 2010.

So where do you think that website is located at?  It is located in UK.

Oh, what irony!

Oh, maybe there's another TVI Express website in Kazahkstan? Sure, but this one is hosted in Germany! At least this guy is based in Almaty, where supposedly TVI Express LLP of Kazahkstan is supposedly registered (but no corp records can be found).

How about Facebook? Here's one, but that's someone else altogether! And the third website they linked to, tvities.com? That goes to a THAI travel website completely unrelated to TVI Express.

Do you think they'll last very long when Tajikstan and Georgia are already going after TVI Express?

Funny Indonesia TVI Express "slogan"

Cover of "Screw It, Let's Do It (Expanded...Cover via AmazonTVI Express Indonesia have a member who opened a Facebook presense called "TVI Express Celebrity". So what sort of slogan do they have?
Bertindak tanpa terlalu banyak
berpikir. Bertindak dengan insting dan intuisi.
Jangan percaya kepada akuntan anda kalau mau memulai bisnis.
Lakukan saja.

And the English translation is...
Acting without too much thinking.
Acting by instinct and intuition.
Do not trust your accountant if you want to start a business.
Just do it.
And who did they claim the quotes came from? Sir Richard Branson.  However, ALL FOUR QUOTES HAVE PROBLEMS.

Sir Richard Branson has a book called "Screw it, let's do it!" Inside, the first chapter is called "Just Do it", but the quote was taken out of context. The chapter in the book actually says if you want to do it, then figure out a way to do it. Learn how to do it. Find a legal way to do it. And so on. Sir Richard Branson never said to jump in blindly and ignore any "due diligence".

Furthermore, all of the other quotes are either wrongful attributions or misquotes. The quote about the accountants? it's actually

I never get the accountants in before I start up a business. It's done on gut feeling, especially if I can see that they are taking the mickey out of the consumer.
There are no quotes by Sir Richard Branson that I can find on the remaining two alleged quotes. Yet they sound a lot like the bull**** I found earlier on TVI Express Indonesia websites where the various TVI Express leaders tell members (who read concerns on websites such as this blog here) to ignore all criticisms and just jump right in when "momentum is good".

Conclusion: TVI Express Indonesia are using celebrity quotes, chopping them, and wrongfully attributing them in order to promote a scam.  Just like TVI Express itself. That's why you don't find Sir Richard Branson mentioned on TVI Express website any more.

Someone Did Not Get the Message In Australia Either

Back in May 2010 Australia's ACCC consumer protection agency went after TVI Team Oz, 3 fraudsters who went after folks in Australia and New Zealand, by advertising on Facebook and other places. It's old news, and most Aussie TVI Express participants have long since moved on.

So it's rather amusing to find someone who didn't get the news... and decided to reprint a "TVI Express Opportunity" article for Australians, in January 2011

It's also tied into this TVI Express link spamming thing... Idiots who copy old TVI Express "cheerleading" articles that are out of date, misleading, and often complete lies, and republish them to pump up TVI Express's Alexa ratings.

TVI Express: Who is Robert Schroy?

When I looked up information on Pat Dejour, a name appeared next to him: Robert Schroy. Who was that, I wonder? So I searched a bit. Found this list on an Indonesia TVI Express website. It's a list of all terminated TVI Express members, allegedly. It was published in September 2010. Other than a generic "illegal practices" there was no detail on why, or eve the date they were terminated.

What is really interesting is there was no English announcement, except a single post on Facebook (which was mentioned before). The list was kept VERY private. Frankly the only reason to keep the list only to members is to convince the members that it cannot be TVI Express's fault, but that is my opinion.

Any way... So who is Robert Schroy? Mr. Schroy was definitely one of the earlier members of TVI Express. According to some marketing calls he was referred to as the 200K man in late 2009, and 300K earner in Jan 2010. However, it was stated he's based in California, unlike the TVI Express announcement (posted by Facebook) that said he's Florida.

So he definitely was a high-flier in TVI Express. However, he seem to have made no blogs or websites that can be found though Google. There also appears to be no photo of him.

Coincidentally, a "Robert Schroy" of Illinois was charged in both New Jersey and Federal courts for defrauding a church. As there are no photos, proper ID cannot be made.

So what is the conclusion? Insufficient information, other than TVI Express is as secretive as ever. Why keep the list of terminated members "secret"? The whole idea of terminating members is to make it a public spectacle so nobody will try to do whatever it was they did. Keeping the list secret only proves TVI Express does NOT care about its public image at all.

TVI Express Keeps Their "Terminated" Member List a Secret

Previously I had criticize EmJay07 who had claimed that TVI Express *does* terminate members for one reason or another. I said if they did, it's impossible to prove, since the list is not public, and there is no publicly available "code of ethics" for TVI Express any way. This started on June 18, 2010.

Guess what was added to TVI Express in July 2010? "Terminated Member List". According to Kaspi and Jackson's website, TVI Express's July Newsletter says...

Terminated TVI Express Members Section

We found it difficult to underestimate the mention of the names of ex-TVI Express members or those who have been terminated by our organization. Although, such information is confidential to an organization and organization has the authority to make declarations or not in this regard; however, we feel that you all must be aware of the common termination reasons and the names which have been blacklisted in our system which we believe could help you in avoiding unknown/unintentional indulgence into practices which are considered unethical with/without the blacklisted members.

Against the name of each blacklisted person, this section would show you the location and the reason(s) based on which, the act of termination was undertaken by us.

FYI, given below are the steps to get to the Terminated Members section in your member back-office:

Backoffice Home Page > Click Miscellaneous on the left

And this list is ONLY visible to members, as it's not on the main website. By keeping it unavailable to the outside, they can revise it at will, with no date or time, and thus, retroactively add people's name to it.

More TVI Express Problems in Europe

Facebook complaints of TVI Express shows that TVI Express have apparently abandoned Europe due to mounting legal pressure in multiple countries (Hungary, Kazahkstan, Georgia, Spain, Germany...) and is concentrating on Africa and Southeast Asia which apparently had not gotten the message.

See this message:
Komlósi
Dear Citizens of India! Can anyone provide information as to the operation of tviexpress india? Here in Europe is close to 1 year of not working. We can not access the money. Access has been eliminated. Abolished the company's travel portal. Not be able to travel. Anywhere. Several tens of thousands of country people can not do anything in Europe. The head of TVI Express stopped the European portal . What kind of news have you? We are currently connected to the Indian center, but they do not want to deal with us. Anyone. Neither Germans nor Netherlands nor Hungarians, Romanians do not, no French ... Anyone. Its a big-big problem.
