Well, maybe not TVI Express itself, but a couple Saudi TVI Express members with delusions of grandeur certainly think so:
First of all, MLM is haram in Saudi Arabia. Indeed, all forms of MLM is haram. So these guys just admitted they are not true Muslims, basically, by participating in haram business.
Second, "freedom fighters" is usually a fancy term for rebels... planning rebellion. (If you win, you're called freedom fighters. If you lose, you're called rebels). So what are these guys trying to do? Promoting a scam, or planning to overthrow the Wahhabi government of Saudi Arabia?
(Yes, I am joking. These folks can't even write a "pun" about "financial freedom" properly.)
TVI Express scam exposed, lies busted, truth revealed. What TVI Express and members do NOT want you to know. No marketing, no recruiting, just information, analysis, and commentary.

Moron Claims Scams are Not Scams, Despite Ample Proof
I was search for stuff when I came across this article on "MLM Big Brother" that is STILL defending TVI Express, working on clearly outdated information, but somehow was posted only a few days ago.
I'll get to the text of the article later. I was intrigued. Who the heck is this "Brandon", and why haven't he kept up with the news? So I looked to the right, and there he is:
Brandon Inchauriga, strangely, chose NOT to reveal his picture in his Facebook account. See for yourself:
However, Google Images has kept archive of his stuff... It's as of July 2011.
So he deletes his own face out of his profile. What does THAT tell you about Brandon? He clearly wasn't camera shy. Search for his name turned up his profile on bazillion places... MLM coaches, Article Spam Farms, and more.
So what else is on his website "MLM Big Brother"? Turns out, it is ALL about scams, according to his own sitemap.
But is any of the reviews valid and true? You already know from reading this blog that TVI Express is a scam, and this was proven by several countries declaring it such. So what was Brandon's conclusion about TVI Express?
What a joke. He can't recognize a pyramid scheme, and he claimed it's not a scam because you do get a trip out of it (which you may not), and you can get money from it (but it could be a pyramid scheme). That's it?
Brandon is full of ****.
Do any of the other reviews ring true? Let's pick Zamzuu (i.e. YTBI), as well as Fortune High Tech Marketing, both of which have been accused by several states to be scams.
So what's MLM BigBrother's advice on FHTM?
However, FHTM has been kicked out of Montana for being a pyramid scheme

http://www.mlm-thewholetruth.com/network-marketing-news/montana-says-fortune-hi-tech-marketing-fhtm-is-a-pyramid-scheme/
Montana has banned a prominent Lexington network marketing company from the state after a five-month investigation found that the company is an illegal pyramid scheme.
Former Danville basketball coach Paul Orberson is the founder and owner of Fortune, which has received as much $1.9 million from Montana residents. The company is prohibited from doing business there until there is a hearing or settlement, said Jackie Boyle, spokeswoman for the Montana Auditor’s office.
What does that tell you about Brandon's judgement? Did he spend five months investigating the company? Clearly not.
Let's try something else. Zamzuu, a company that was sued out of California by then attorney general Jerry Brown (now Governor Brown). Here's the actual press release:
Brown Sues To Topple Online Pyramid SchemeWhat does Brandon say about Zamzuu / YTB?
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Contact: Gareth Lacy (916) 324-5500
Brown Sues To Topple Online Pyramid Scheme
LOS ANGELES--California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced a lawsuit against YourTravelBiz.com for operating a "gigantic pyramid scheme" that recruited tens of thousands of members with deceptive claims that members could earn huge sums of money through its online travel agencies.
Wait a minute... this is the EXACT SAME PARAGRAPH written for FHTM, albeit phrased a little differently, and subject changed to Zamzuu! In fact, this is the SAME conclusion drawn for TVI Express as well!
The pattern is clear... Brandon claims EVERY "scam" he came across is NOT a scam, despite governments declaring that it is.
I wouldn't bother reading the rest of his reviews. It's obvious he's going to proclaim they are not scams either.
Brandon, you are full of ****.

TVIExpressDollar.com author Rudy Phan calls TVIExpress.com a liar AGAIN
Now he had came up with yet another bull**** lie defaming tviexpress.com: He claims TVI Expres lied about "no limit income", that income is actually limited. He then cited some bull**** reasons and bull**** math to prove his own case.
Again, I don't read Indonesian, so I am following this through Google Translate.
As for how many IDs that allowed it is not restricted. Because there is no restriction, then potentially, the income can be obtained by a member is also "no limits". But actually, or in fact, the income earned by a member is limited as well.So what is the limit?
My point is this: someone who has dozens or even hundreds of ID that is a member TVI Express Business running count by the conventional trade, which means he put the final advantage in a single round of $ 10,000 that he can how. Originally profit "5 to 16 vouchers" (or 13 million to 33.8 million) alone, he will take. So, he did not expect to get $ 10,000 intact.
So his explanation is that because the guy must take some vouchers, he does NOT actually get $10000? Did he just admit that the vouchers are worthless?
But let's skip ahead... he then claims that in order to really succeed in TVI Express, you must have multiple ID's because one ID will only cycle out once or twice, but if you have multiple ID's, EACH will cycle out multiple times, thus you will earn more.
If we hear that a member TVI Express could get "$ 10,000 over and over again, continuously, without stopping", that's true. But, we need to realize that to achieve that "without stopping" were required of a true networker or multi ID a lot. Do not dream to get a "non-stop" only from 1 ID only.Did he have any PROOF of this theory? Nope. In fact, this explanation is completely against logic and against the way the TVI Express system is documented to work!
To cycle out of express board, you need 14 other people to cycle you out. Each ID is considered separately.
So to cycle out 2 separate IDs, you need 28 people. To cycle 3 ID's you need 42. And so on and so forth.
So the MORE IDs you have, the MORE difficult it is to cycle out! If you fit ALL your recruits under a single ID you'll cycle faster than if you split them under multiple IDs!
In fact, the only reason to buy multiple ID's is to cycle your UPLINE out faster! That way he doesn't need to recruit so many people!
Think about it... If the business is this easy, why don't you just cycle yourself out? Let's work out the math:
But if you buy 15 memberships, yourself, then 14 downlines, you'd have spent 15*$250, or $3750.
But you only get back $250 in eWallet plus $250 in eVoucher code you can use for ANOTHER membership. So you have LOST $3250.
But your upline will love you. Because you had cycled him out to express board (he's just above you).
Can you cycle yourself out of the express board too? Nope. You've cycled only 1 ID out to express board. TO cycle out the other 14, you need to spend another 14*3250, or 45500, to get $10000 back.
And again, your upline will love you, because you had cycled HIM out for his $10000 too. And he only had to buy his own $250 membership.
So you lost $35500. The only way to MAKE money in TVI Express is you convince some OTHER people to join, so you can keep $10000 without spending more than $250.
So in other words, the math proves that TVI Express is a pyramid scheme: you are getting rich off SOMEONE ELSE'S MONEY.

Another South African Did NOT Get the News
Someone from South Africa left me a comment claiming I have "south grapes" and I am not marketing correctly.
If people want to spread my word, that is up to them. Why should I be distressed over it?
And that "sour grapes" comment... another use of dishonest debate tactic: attribute motives to the opponent.
It is right out of the standard TVI Express scam tactics manual: Attack the Critic.
Not to mention TVI Express has been declared "belly up" two weeks ago in South Africa!

Sounds like someone is having denial issues. :D
Well, I never was "marketing the network marketing concept". I was out busting a scam. Who is Adrian Beale and how was he related to TVI Express?
Adrian Beale was once a TVI Express member. On his website, marketingwithadrian.com, he had a page about TVI Express called "TVI Express Power Line". However, he has removed the video (from Youtube) AND mostly removed references on his own website except a few entries here and there.
He is now a Bon Voyage 1000 member. However, he definitely was hot about TVI Express. On another fan site, he was quoted as saying:
The fact that he abandoned his lucrative position in TVI Express and moved onto BV1K should tell you how TVI Express is NOT sustainable (or perhaps, not even legal).

The Power Line team stretches to all Four Corners of the Globe and we have access to all the Support Offices from UK (London) India (Bangalore) and Now Jakarta Indonesia. We all look forward to our Next $10,000There were more references of his "team" from many locations.

TVI Express Lies from around the World: Here's tviexpress.be
I admit I don't read French, so I will generally comment on the meaning, and not pick on grammar or diction.
The actual FAQ in French is here, and Google translation is here.
1. What is really my business in TVI EXPRESS?
Your goal is simple. You just talk to your entourage ITV EXPRESS concept, its benefits but also its system of remuneration that is winning ....So I get paid just by talking? Mua-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. I'll jump ahead to one of their other questions, as it's related...
5. What should I do to increase (cycle) in the table (Traveller Board)?
The first thing you need to do is sponsor two (2) people who join ITV Opportunity Express under you. Secondly, you need to encourage and teach those two downline (people you have referred) to sponsor more people and duplicate the process. After these two simple steps you will make money even while you sleep!
And what do you GET when you cycle? You get PAID!
10. What do I receive when I cycle?
This club provides compensation in the form of commissions on the accession of new members, and the benefits they buy at the travel agency. You get the following committees, after exiting the respective tables:
1) You go out in Table 1 (Traveller Board): You receive $ 500 cash ($ 250 + a eVoucher a $ 250 value).
2) You go out in Table 2 (Express Board): You receive 10,000 dollars and re-entry in Table 2 (Express Board).
So you don't get paid for just talking. You get paid by RECRUITING other people. This website is already a liar. But is it legal? They claim it is!
18. By joining TVI EXPRESS, which is exactly the product I receive?
TVI Express is a private-club trips. Membership provides therefore entitled to access, unlimited in time, the travel agency Travel Express, which offers excellent prices on flights, holidays, cruises, car rentals, etc. ....
It is this product that is used to classify TVI Express in the category of network marketing, in full accordance with French and European laws.
Ah, here's an admission that TVI Express is "network marketing". Isn't it interesting that a bunch of TVI Express presidential associates, including Ms. Goernawan in Indonesia, actually told local media that TVI Express is NOT MLM? And what about Rudy Phan claims TVI Express is not only NOT MLM, it is BETTER than MLM, or network marketing?
You can infer two facts: 1) TVI Express allows their members to post bull**** lies anywhere, and 2) not even the TVI Express members actually understand their system
However, they claim they are fully compliant with E.U laws. WHAT *does* E.U. say about pyramid scheme? It is outlawed under Fair Business Practices: Black List. (Link to PDF file). Here's the relevant excerpt:
pg 20, Chapter 4, "The Black List"
The commercial practices on the Black List are unfair in all circumstances and no case-by-case assessment against other provisions of the Directive is required. The list may only be modified at EU level, by revision of the Directive with the involvement of the European ParliamentMember States). and the Council (representatives from
• Pyramid schemes
“Establishing, operating or promoting a pyramid promotional scheme where a consumer gives consideration for the opportunity to receive compensation that is derived primarily from the introduction of other consumers into the scheme rather than from the sale or consumption of products.”
So if you substitute "TVI Express into the definition itself, you get:
Pyramid scheme: establishing, operating, or promoting a pyramid promotional scheme where a TVI Express distributor gives consideration (pay $250+fees) for the opportunity to receive compensation (the $250+$250, then $10000+whatever) that is derived primarily from the introduction of other consumers into the scheme (recruit at least two people, and teach them each to recruit two more), rather than from the sale or consumption of products ("you do not need to sell any products").
Is there anything that doesn't fit? Nope. TVI Express is INDEED a pyramid scheme under European Union law. Thus, full compliance with law is yet ANOTHER LIE.
Indeed, they compounded it later with yet another Q&A
23. How can I sum up my work for TVI EXPRESS?
Advertising by word of mouth ITV EXPRESS and get only 2 godchildren is the assurance of winning at least double your investment and opening up a premium of $ 10 000.
Or reworded, "Talk about TVI Express, recruit two people, and get a chance to double your investment and get a chance to get up to $10000".
That's a pyramid scheme all right, since it sells nothing and recruits people. Yet they STILL claim they are compliant, because they claim to be selling travel. How do they explain their own FAQ item then?
3. I need to sell?
TVI Express is a unique e-commerce that allows you to build businesses around the world and it sits quietly in front of your computer. You just have to talk ITV EXPRESS and its benefits around.
What's even more hilarious, this question was colored in GRAY instead of black, almost as if they don't want people to really see this question and answer.
And finally, they have to audacity to link to a general internet scam explanation website, that explains various types of Internet scam (Nigerian, fake certified check, fake mystery shopper, Western Union pay, and so on), implying that TVI Express itself is not a scam!

Interesting: Solid Trust Pay is a Script-Kiddie Site? (UPDATED: not quite, no longer associated with TVI Express)
I compared the "user agreement" and they are virtually identical. Here are the comparisons
From the "demo" site on plxwebdev
And from the SolidTrustPay.com website...
Buyer Beware - ePAY Online assumes absolutely no responsibility for any purchases made through the ePAY Online system. At any time you join any Income Opportunity or MLM program, or Matrix Website or purchase a product or service you are doing so at your own risk and that by signing up and joining ePAY Online you do hearby agree in FULL that you release ePAY Online and all its affiliates and officers, employees, members and owners from ANY loss you may incur either by using this service...
Buyer Beware - SolidTrust Pay assumes absolutely no responsibility for any purchases made or received through the system. At any time you join, or offer, any Income Opportunity or MLM program, or Matrix Website, purchase or offer a product or service, you are doing so at your own risk and that by signing up and joining you do hearby agree in FULL that you release SolidTrust Pay and all its affiliates and officers, employees, members and owners from ANY loss you may incur either by using this service ...Even the misspelled "hearby" is there, still misspelled. (It should be "hereby")
Conclusion: SolidTrust Pay is not any more trustworthy than your average PHP website. It has no reputation, nor even a real support team behind it. In fact, does it even have a banking license to hold people's money? Guess that's why STP is based in CANADA instead of the US. However, is that even legal? A "real" payment processor such as VersaPay is partnered with Chase Bank and is certified with Visa/Mastercard. STP displays Visa/Mastercard logo, but it's not linked, and apparently has no actual relationship with any real bank or VISA and Mastercard.
Before you ask, Yes, Paypal *does* have a Banking License in Europe, and is licensed for banking in 28 of the 50 states in the US, and the other states either don't need one or is satisfied with out-of-state banking license.
Even TVI Express' payment processor is shady...
UPDATE 15-JAN-2011 -- unconfirmed comment stated that "Solid Trust Pay" has disassociated with TVI Express since April 2009, and the script was indeed "founded" on plxWebDev scripts. You can see the actual comments below.
UPDATE 01-FEB-2011 -- authenticity of comment was confirmed by STP Support. See 01-FEB-2011 blog entry.

More Pathetic TVI Express Lies, This Time out of Bangladesh
Bangladesh is next to India, home of TVI Express, so it's no wonder it would fall under TVI Express spell sooner or later. Bangladesh has a relatively high poverty rate, but GDP is climbing rapid, creating a lot of lower middle class that is vulnerable to the sort of pitch that TVI Express and its scamming members are putting out.
Alexa says TVI Express is ranked 158th in Bangladeshi Internet traffic should tell you it's "red hot" in that country, esp. when TVI Express global ranking 3-month average dropped below 10000. (Click on Traffic Stats / Traffic Rank)
So what's a typical Bangladshi TVI Express ad? Here's one example, from a guy named Yakub, which basically posted spam all over:
A search for yakubstvi shows that he had spammed dozens of forums starting in December 2010. All the forums are about money, work at home, high-yield investment, MLM, and such subjects. If there's restriction he spam the newbie "intro" forum. If there's no restriction he spams multiple forums. He's been censored for spamming on multiple forums already.
And what does he have on his own website? He has a Gmail "receipt" send from TVI Express that says he has cycled out of the traveler board. Clearly he didn't read the FAQ... the money goes into his eWallet, then he had to pay $$$ to get it out.
And he clearly lied on many of his posts. Here's one he posted on HYIP forum...
He claims that in TVI, you do NOT refer member for money. Didn't he read the TVI Express FAQ, where it says "to earn money, you have to recruit two people, and teach each of your to recruit two more people"?
And is that where Rudy Phan got the idea that TVI Express is "better" than MLM? Probably not. More like he got the idea from Rudy Phan and Goernawan. But that's perpetuating a lie, nonetheless.

TVI Express Keeps Their "Terminated" Member List a Secret
Previously I had criticize EmJay07 who had claimed that TVI Express *does* terminate members for one reason or another. I said if they did, it's impossible to prove, since the list is not public, and there is no publicly available "code of ethics" for TVI Express any way. This started on June 18, 2010.
Guess what was added to TVI Express in July 2010? "Terminated Member List". According to Kaspi and Jackson's website, TVI Express's July Newsletter says...
And this list is ONLY visible to members, as it's not on the main website. By keeping it unavailable to the outside, they can revise it at will, with no date or time, and thus, retroactively add people's name to it.

We found it difficult to underestimate the mention of the names of ex-TVI Express members or those who have been terminated by our organization. Although, such information is confidential to an organization and organization has the authority to make declarations or not in this regard; however, we feel that you all must be aware of the common termination reasons and the names which have been blacklisted in our system which we believe could help you in avoiding unknown/unintentional indulgence into practices which are considered unethical with/without the blacklisted members.
Against the name of each blacklisted person, this section would show you the location and the reason(s) based on which, the act of termination was undertaken by us.
FYI, given below are the steps to get to the Terminated Members section in your member back-office:

TVI Express Indonesia DOES NOT SELL TRAVEL
According to their business license, which was supplied by Rudy Phan's TVIExpressDollar.com website, TVI Express Indonesia actually sells... wait for it:
"electronic goods, computers, telecommunications equipment, and consulting services."
As explained before, TVI Express Indonesia does NOT have a direct sales license, because they claim they don't need it, because they claim they are NOT MLM! (Though TVIExpress.com says it is)
And they claim they don't sell travel.

TVI Express: fails the 11 question test of a legitimate MLM
Consumerfraudreporting.org have a list of 11 questions you need to ask about a MLM opportunity. How does TVI Express score on this test? VERY badly. A real MLM should score no more than 2 out of 11. TVI Express scored 6 out of 11, indicating a HIGH probability of fraud. If you throw in the various falsehoods the TVI Express distributors are spreading, the score climbs to 7 out of 11.
Here is a detailed analysis of each question, answer, and the score given.

TVI Express shills post bogus claims of legitimacy
Here is a typical "article" claiming that TVI Express is not a scam.
Except where is the "proof" that TVI Express has, or have ever had such relationships with those companies? Is there a press-release somewhere by any of these supposed 'associates'? Nope. An unverifiable claim was made. I guess I could say I am related to the famous author Amy Tan, and how are you going to prove me otherwise? (Incidentally, I really am)
And please note the term "third-party relationships". That means TVI Express doesn't actually do business with any of them directly, but through a third-party.
Gee, I guess because I own a PC with Intel CPU inside, I am "associated" with Intel! I have an HP fax on my desk and a LG cell phone and use Verizon. So I must be associated with Hewlett-Packard, LG, and Verizon as well!
If that proves that TVI Express is legitimate, I guess any Al Qaeda goon who owns any sort of name-brand electronics is legitimized by owning such electronics! "Me no terrorist! Me iPhone here!"
Then the "author" brings out the "If they pay, they must be legit" excuse, despite the fact that Bernie Madoff haven't faded from the headlines completely yet.
With no other excuse left, the "author" resort to making an unsupported statement:
"... They [TVI Express] have third-party relationships with some of the leading businesses in the travel industry. This should tell anyone that it’s not a scam. Carnival, Hilton, and Hertz are just a few of the businesses that TVI has associated themselves with."

TVI Express is operating illegally in China
What's more, Shangtong's Gongshangbu (Ministry of Labor and Commerce) is also investigating TVI Express, in addition to previously reported investigation by Zhejiang authorities, according to this Chinese journalist's report.
This journalist posed as a potential member and chatted up an existing TVI Express member online, and gotten an inside look on how TVI Express works. It's nothing new, but it's just as damning otherwise.
In Wuxi, another part of China, police are also after the scammers using TVI Express to fleece people out of over 300000 RMB.
In Wuhua, Yunnan Province, yet another part of China, police raided a hotel room where TVI Express boosters are trying to spread the word and fleece more victims.
In Xiapu, Fujian Province, police have, with help of Shanghai police, arrested a TVI Express recruiter who has taken over 4.7 MILLION RMB from various victims.
I can go on and on, but I won't. The point is China says TVI Express is illegal. And if one country says it is, perhaps... other countries may follow.
