FACT: TVI Express is a company being INVESTIGATED AND PROSECUTED in multiple countries, which includes Hungary (charged as pyramid scheme), Australia (members charged operating pyramid scheme), China (members arrested and sentenced to prison for disturbing economic order by operating pyramid scheme), Tajikstan (local member defrauded locals), Georgia (local general violated ethics, recruited subordinates into pyramid scheme), United States (issued cease and desist by state of Georgia), Namibia (national bank issued fraud alert, declared TVI Express illegal banking), Indonesia (declared haram under sharia law by Islamic Council of Aceh) and many more.

Lie #1b: (members pay in cash)
TVI Express FAQ #19 was very clear that payout was into eWallet, NOT CASH.
19. How do I receive my commissions?What they don't tell you is that the "prepaid card" is only available in certain locations (probably not yours), and all transfers must be applied and approved by TVI Express, and unspecified taxes and fees will be levied without explanation, and the process takes several days or weeks, and can be denied without explanation.
All commissions are instantly transferred to your secure eWallet, which is protected by our double check secure system. Funds can be withdrawn to your bank accounts, or can be received in forms of other ecurrencies from your backoffice. You can also choose to load the funds onto your very own TVI Express prepaid card, which is accepted at tens of thousands of ATM’s & POS terminals worldwide.
LIE #2. Percentage distribution of lucrative commissions: 72% for member and 28% for the company. In fact, network marketing companies generally only give 50% for members.
FACT: There is no proof of this "72% payout" other than company statement, and what the company actually wrote was "With 4 ways to earn and 72% of sales revenue paid out in distributor commissions..." However, in their own Powerpoint presentation (PPT file from TVIexpress.com), it claims to pay out 72% of every dollar earned. This discrepancy was never explained, nor how did they arrive at this 72% number. Thus, this number at best is "unconfirmed", or at worst "outright fabrication".
LIE#3. Business Member Get Member system developed by the member who performed in mutual cooperation as a TEAM in the Revolving Matrix Board. Justice into the lives of this business, "I am lucky, lucky you."
FACT: What this described is a pyramid scheme or "money game": you earn money by recruiting people who also become recruiters. You can call it anything you want, with fancy names like "revolving matrix", but is is a pyramid scheme.
LIE #4. Have unlimited income potential and can be achieved quickly, $ 10,000 many times and routinely Residual Income every month.
FACT: The population of Earth is limited, so "unlimited income potential" is a lie. You may earn $10000 into your eWallet multiple times, and possibly got credit for some "residual income", but nobody knows how the residual income is calculated, and you may have problems withdrawing your eWallet funds without paying unspecified fees and taxes. Earning $10000 requires you to recruit dozens / hundreds of people into this company of questionable nature. Are you willing to take the risk of it being illegal, haram, AND ruin your relationship with all those people?
LIE #5. The system is easily understood and applied. Bonus calculation is easy and quick disbursement of bonus money. There are no tricks of deception here.
FACT: The system was very obvious (at least to me) a thinly disguised pyramid scheme that doesn't sell anything to outside, offering "benefits" that is either nearly impossible to redeem or can be had for FREE elsewhere. Furthermore, bonus calculation is completely hidden (formula unknown, figures unknown) and bonus money is disbursed into eWallet. Deception is EVERYWHERE.
LIE#6. Products needed a lot of people. Voucher and coupon / ticket discount interest many people.
FACT: The pyramid scheme needs a lot of people, that's true. Voucher is worthless and impossible to redeem for 18 months out of 24 months TVI Express had existed, and now the "free" travel costs $150 in fees and taxes. How does *that* interest many people? Discount travel can be had for FREE on travelocity.com and other travel websites.
LIE #7. With sophisticated virtual office websites, members can develop a global business only from home or from anywhere. When running a business is up to us. And just need a bit of business development costs.
FACT: So-called virtual office is just travelocity.com. Since your business is NOT to sell tickets or travel (he said it's a discount travel membership), having a virtual office website is of no use. The only thing you sell is membership... into this business where not even the owner is known.
LIE #8. Do not spend much time. Only at the beginning of hard work, but after a passive income to be able to retire early and a lot of money. Businesses can walk alone.
FACT: Hard work to recruit a bunch of recruiters, who them somehow "supports you" by recruiting. But remember, who is above you? Your upline, probably Rudy Phan himself. LIE #9. We're on vacation, keep the money into our account. Travel can have fun with cheap (discount 80%), free even to money. There are 95,000 hotels / resorts across the World in TVI Express network.
FACT: One moment he said work hard, then he said on vacation. So which is which? The network does not create itself. Again, discount can be had on travelocity.com for free, no need to pay TVI Express $250 or whatever it is TVI Express Indonesia is charging. That 7-day trip is impossible to redeem except to hotels in or near India. Where is the list of the 95000 hotels resorts? There is no proof of this claim ANYWHERE other than company statement.
LIE #10. Lifetime membership. No need to fear fired. There is no monthly cap points and no monthly dues / annual.
FACT: Lifetime membership cost $250 for a) discounts that should be FREE, b) a trip that is nearly impossible to redeem, and c) a pyramid scheme that MAY make you $10000 in eWallet but may subject you to local law prosecution
