Some very interesting caveats.
- There is no mention of any such thing as "processing charges" (#1). It does mention taxes, but hotel taxes should paid to the hotel, not TVI Express. Yet it seems that taxes are being collected by TVI Express, and you don't get a refund for the taxes should you cancel. (#12)
- Booking are only accepted MORE than 30 days ahead, but you must start a trip LESS THAN 60 days within booking. (#2 and #8).
- If you cancel, you lose the package altogether (#6)
- You only have 1 year to redeem the offer, else you lose it. (#7)
- TVI Express disavow anything our distributors may have said or implied. (#17)
- TVI Express can change all of this at any time, without even telling you (#22)
- TVI Express comply with a certain UK law as a disclaimer, even though on the same website, TVI Express claim it is only subjected to India and Cyprus laws. The UK law being the 1998 Data Protection Act (#24)
This is interesting, since this is a slight relaxation of the terms I found earlier on an even older Chinese website, that had said cancellation charges are 250 British pounds.

Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Additional Charges: Though the accommodation package is completely free but the member has to pay hotel room taxes. Also, we reserve the right to levy some additional charges in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any accommodation increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs.
2. Not Included: Personal expenses, such as passport, visas, room service, phone calls, laundry, alcoholic beverages and optional activities.
3. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to travel : Bookings made less than 30 days prior to travelling will not be accepted by the booking system during the pre-booking phase.
4. Card Fees : Please note that a card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts: 2% - MasterCard, Visa.
5. Peak Season: All accommodation is strictly subject to promotional availability. Availability will be very limited during school and public holidays which are considered peak seasons.
6. Nullification of the Offer: If under any circumstances a booking is cancelled, we will consider the package used.
7. Package Validity: The package validity period of one year will start today onwards for all the old members and will start from the date of joining for new enrollments.
8. Adherence to Package Validity: The accommodation must be booked before the validity end date of the package and package holders will be required to travel within 60 days of making a booking.
9. Usage Condition: One membership package can just be used once within the validity period of one year and is just applicable for two people.
10. Utility Charges: The accommodation provided is fully furnished and equipped. Meals, transport (including flights, transfers, airport tax) and personal expenses are not included. A limited number of resorts may require a contribution to utility charges for electricity, telephone and/or water. All inclusive fees may be mandatory at some resorts. You will be informed of these charges prior to confirming your booking.
11. Damage charges if any: You are responsible for any damage to the apartment during your stay and the resort may ask you for a breakage deposit upon arrival.
12. Cancellation Charges: There are no cancellation charges as such, however the taxes charged at the time of pre-booking will not be refunded if you cancel/ miss the booking.
13. Minimum Age Requirement: Some resorts may impose a minimum age requirement. You will be informed at the time of booking.
14. Monetary Value: The voucher has no monetary value, cannot be resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
15. Internal Changes: Due to circumstances beyond their control, there may be changes to the organisation of participating resorts or their owners. If this occurs you will be contacted prior to departure.
16. Check In / Check Out Times: These vary according to operator. Generally your accommodation check in is 2pm and check out 10am. Please note that most properties will require a credit card authorization on check-in and may need to see photo identification. In the instance that you don't have a credit card usually a cash bond will be required.
17. Offer Misinterpretation Clause: TVI is not responsible for any offer misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone / group other than TVI.
18. Pre-booking form: The pre-booking form is the part of these terms and conditions.
19. Service Guarantee: TVI, the promoter and its Authorised Agents have no responsibility for the administration of the resorts and will not accept any complaints regarding the quality or performance thereof. And also, TVI does not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the resorts and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
20. Force Majeure : TVI reserve the right to withdraw this offer without advance notice in the event of force majeure such as war, earthquakes, disasters, calamities or similar circumstances, in which travel to such destinations is not advisable.
21. Term Adherence: Any persons taking advantage of this promotion can do so, on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. Term Flexibility: TVI reserves the right to vary these terms without notice.
23. Clause for the promoters: The promoter shall also be bound by these terms and conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.
24. The 1998 Data Protection Act: Information you provide will be held on the Group's computers (and in other ways) for use by us for the following purposes:
o Booking Information: Information about you and the travelling party may be passed to our suppliers and may include things such as religious beliefs, dietary requirements, you or your travelling party's physical or mental health. This information may also be transferred abroad.
o Statistical Analysis/Market Research .
o Fraud Prevention/Debt Collection.
o Contacting you: We may contact you via e-mail, post or phone with details of the Group or selected suppliers' products and services which may be of interest to you. We may also monitor and/or record your telephone conversations with the Group for security purposes and staff training.
