Critique of EmJay07's blog, part 6

Or rather, continuation of Part 3, let's see what EmJay07 replied this time...
"That you cannot even redeem directly”? - What does he mean by that? He definitely hasn’t done his homework well but the fact is that once you are a TVI Express member, the only way you do it is “directly” by yourself."
That is "word twisting", folks. Because here's the original, from which I quote...
"...that you cannot even redeem directly. You have to pay extra $150 to redeem it."
EmJay07 chose to interpret "redeem directly" to suit his own purposes. That is twisting words. And he accuses me of "word twisting". Rather hilarious, wouldn't you say? Go look in a mirror, EmJay07.
"NOWHERE have TVI Express announced that “1%” but Kasey follows the numbers randomly generated by his own over-thinking mind. Oh, I know how he got it. As per his own statement in one of his blogs, he mentioned that the company TVI Express or some top leader of TVI Express had announced that already “thousands” of people have redeemed their certificates (and yes, we are talking about the development phase in the past). So, does “thousands” mean 1%? Must say his mind is fastidious enough to go with the lowest possible number which proves nothing but his over-paranoid character."
When people say "thousands", lowest possible number is 2000, and highest possible number if 9000. That is common sense. Do the math with 600000 members, and either way the number is too low to contemplate (from 1.5% to well under a percent, average to about 1%). I specifically used the HIGHEST number, 9000 in my calculations.  He said I used the "lowest". Who's twisting words? If you do the math with 1 million members, the results are 0.9% or lower.

And mind you, the note is allegedly from Tarun (Trikha), TVI Express advisory board member. So he basically called his advisory board member a liar, and nothing the advisory board said can be trusted. And the statement was issued in May 2010, so it was NOT about the past. Or he's calling the Indonesian TVI Express website a liar. Or both.
"We have been giving accommodations to thousands of people which proves we have a product."
-- Tarun (Trikha, TVI Express advisory board member, as posted on http://www.kliktviexpress.com/pengumuman )
Sorry, EmJay07, but the point that you claim does NOT exist actually does exist. So what are your options?

1) Claim the Indonesia website lied -- that TVI Express members includes liars
2) Claim Tarun Trikha lied -- that TVI Express advisory board member is a liar
3) Admit you made a mistake --
or
4) Ignore my rebuttal, hehe

But the bottomline is actually quite simple: EmJay07 cannot provide any official source of just HOW many members. had enjoyed those trips. I provided an unofficial source, best available, and EmJay07 says it doesn't count, but he can't come up with anything better. How about a TVI Express announcement? Would that be official enough?
"Hundreds of members have enjoyed their stays at our above listed 5 star properties..."
http://www.tviexpress.com/announcements1.php?id=52
This is right off their website, dated February 2010. That's even WORSE than the unofficial number I quoted earlier.

What's EmJay07 going to say next? That these numbers are made up too?

What other arguments did EmJay07 come up with?
1.  A big number of discounted deals listed through their travel engine 2.   Lifetime access to a full-fledged travel portal.  Obviously, Kasey cannot differentiate between the two for he doesn’t know, nor is he keen to know, the difference. But here it is for the ardent and irrational critic, yes, you did pick one thing right and that is the similarity between “travel engine” and “travel portal” but sadly, you missed the main point.

So what was the point? He ended up arguing against himself:
"Those who don’t know - as a complimentary service, apart from the 6 Nights and 7 Days accommodation, TVI Express gives their members lifetime access to a travel portal (which is separate from the Redemption Page)"
So the "travel portal" is the same as the "travel engine". He basically defeated his own argument. There is only ONE portal, i.e. the "back office", which he insisted on counting TWICE, but he refuse to admit he double counted. He basically mumbled that there are even MORE deals on the backoffice that are NOT part of the Travelocity provided portal, but he can't prove that it even exists, only a brush-off, that "a member would know that". Let me guess, some discount in some hotels in India and Indonesia? But that's besides the point. The fact is... he claimed something, without providing any proof. Just as he had done many times before.

EmJay07 proceeds to quote some attorney that wrote a lot of big words, which according to him, explains everything clear as crystal. Something about paying commission is probably legal under some specific circumstances. However, it doesn't say anything about how the interpretation applies to TVI Express. And besides, the lawyer is only talking about FLORIDA law, not Federal law. And Federal law preempts Florida law, making the entire quote irrelevant.

EDIT: I looked up Mr. Nehra, and he's a pro-MLM attorney, and Mr. Nehra defined what makes a MLM legal, and TVI Express has NONE of the three criteria required! I do like to thank EmJay07 for bringing him up. This is one of the most pro-MLM attorneys available, and by his own definition, TVI Express failed. And you still think TVI Express is legal?

Of course, then EmJay07 proceeds to rewrite the score, again, to his own interpretation of what happened.

It's no fun clubbing baby seals (look it up, as that is a metaphor)
