Another TVI Express Dance Party in Serbia

Do Serbians speak Spanish? If not, why is the title, "Vamos a Bailar", in Spanish? (It means "Let's Dance")

We've noted that Serbian TVI Express folks to like to party. We've even shown their video. interesting way to recruit people. How many of them join up at all? Or do you have to fill them with alcohol first so they are impaired, THEN you hit them with the recruiting speech?
