Today's website we'll highlight is http://hubpages.com/hub/TVI-Express-Scam-Is-TVI-Express-a-HUGE-Scam-To-Steal-Peoples-Money
Generally we only highlight each victim once. However, this victim here plagiarized himself (from another article he posted), and still have really nothing new to say, which is a symptom of the madness.
As you can guess by the title, he is out to convince you WHY TVI Express is not a scam. So what are the reasons he used to support his claim?
"TVI Express would be a scam if they didn't have a real product, but if you've done your research you would know that TVI Express has a product and it's travel.Let us examine each of these reasonings, and see how well the arguments hold up under close scrutiny.
TVI Express would be a scam if they used cold hard cash to sign you up. However they only accept cash in exchange for an e voucher which is like a TVI Express money.
TVI Express would be a scam if they didn't actually pay out 10K and promised that to everyone who joined but as you are reading this people are cashing out 10K over and over again."
Hypothesis 1: TVI Express would be a scam if they didn't have a real product, but if you've done your research you would know that TVI Express has a product and it's travel.
Okay, why would the company have a real product, namely travel, but in its own FAQ it states flatout that you do not need to sell anything, yet still be able to enjoy the "board payout" of $10000, merely by recruiting people? How can the product be real if the company's distributors don't need to sell any of it?
Hypothesis 2: TVI Express would be a scam if they used cold hard cash to sign you up. However they only accept cash in exchange for an e voucher which is like a TVI Express money.
What utter BS that directly contradicts what TVI Express says on their own website, under their own FAQ
"We currently accept payments via Credit Cards, Liberty Reserve, Solid Trust Pay and eWallet."
TVI Express does NOT accept cash at all. And this directly contradicts what we have learned about how the eVouchers are used. Furthermore, the hypothesis itself, has no reasoning behind it. Using cash is NOT a sign of a scam. This hypothesis is completely worthless.
Hypothesis 3: TVI Express would be a scam if they didn't actually pay out 10K and promised that to everyone who joined but as you are reading this people are cashing out 10K over and over again.
Oh, great, the old "If it pays it must be legit" excuse. Except we've already demonstrated that pyramid and Ponzi schemes, can pay for a while, and Bernie Madoff have paid for a long time, right? Past results in no way predicts future performance. The fact it pays NOW doesn't mean it will continue to pay. The evidence does not support the hypothesis at all.
So what does the rest of the article say? Absolutely nothing new. It just rehashes TVI Express marketing material, about how you have to build the pyramid to enjoy the payout.
Then at the end, the guy wants you to go to his website where he'll show you the secret to market the stuff to more people!
How's your bull**** detector working so far? Beeping quite loud? Good. We got more.
Compare this article with another article by the same author:
http://hubpages.com/hub/TVI-Express-Scam-Is-TVI-The-Biggest-Pyramid-Scam-Of-2009
You'll see that virtually 50% of the article is duplicated. he spend a whole section rehashing the TVI Express marketing material "compensation plan" again. And at the end, it sends you to the same ****ing website where he'll show you the secrets. In other words, this author plagiarized himself.
Furthermore, there are unconfirmed signs that the author simply deleted any comment that are critical of his articles, instead of answering them.
So is he convincing enough for you?
