It's not even TVI Express, but a separate "feeder" that's a 2x2 matrix (i.e. 1-2-4 pyramid) that you pay to get in, recruit enough people, and if you make it out, they pay your $250+ fee TVI Express membership. In other words, it's a pyramid scheme that feeds you into another pyramid scheme.
