TVI Express booster gives bogus example of Ponzi scheme

Welcome to another episode of "TVI Express Madness", where TVI Express distributors demonstrates their symptoms by writing nonsense on their websites. In today's episode, another TVI Express booster cites FBI.gov for supposed legitimacy, then promptly ignores it when it comes to explaining why TVI Express is legal...

He supposedly cites FBI.gov information, but gave no backlink. But let's ignore that for the moment. Suffice to say the definition of a Ponzi Scheme is accurate enough. From his own quote:
Instead of investing victims' funds, the operator pays "dividends" to initial investors using the principle amounts "invested" by subsequent investors.
Or in other words, the latercomers are paying the early-birds.

So what does he say that show explains WHY TVI Express is NOT a Ponzi scheme?

If this company was to take all of the money coming in and did not invest it for future growth (like new computer network labs and offices in India, like they doing at this present time) then someone might think this was some sort of ponzi scheme.

Instead of explain how TVI Express is NOT using the latercomer's money to pay the early birds, he goes off inventing a new explanation "they are investing in their infrastructure in India". So WHY did you cite the FBI website? Huh? And where's the PROOF of this claim, that they're investing in infrastructure in India?

The attraction of the Ponzi scheme is that some people at the beginning, are getting paid. And those who had gotten the money out at the beginning keep telling other people: you join, and you'll be paid (eventually)! And the booster himself mentions the "earnings potential" later.
If people from all over the world (not just America folks) who are getting paid $10,000 per cycle were not getting paid, then this might be a scam. But, people all over the world are getting paid and they don't have to wait until the end of the month. You get paid when you cycle off the Express and Travelers boards.

The writer trots out the standard "if it pays, it is legit" excuse, completely ignoring the fact that the definition he quoted states that latercomers pay the early birds, so the early birds are getting paid. Clearly, he can't even remember what he cited.
If the company was not counting on hundreds of thousands of people worldwide (one day millions) purchasing travel through their travel portal (network tied into WTO, a division of Travelocity), then the company would not really have a product to offer its clients. But they do, they are offering people a portal to purchase travel. The gifting part is what lures the masses.
Why would we need to pay anybody anything to use Travelocity when it's right there at Travelocity.com? The $10000 payout is what lures in the masses. Nobody gives a **** about the "gifting". This guy can't convince even himself. Because in a few sentences later, he wrote:
Don't dismiss it, there are people right now in America who have made over $40,000 and $50,000 in less than 60 days.

Certainly NOT by gifting, and not by selling travel! Who has money to travel nowadays? Everybody wants to make money instead!

And what's more, WTO, everybody knows, is World Trade Organization. This guy can't even quote the right sort. What Travelocity actually offers, is the Travelocity Affiiliate program, called "World Choice Travel" or WCT. Any Joe off the street can open a website for this

And this is supposed to "prove" that TVI Express is not a Ponzi Scheme? What utter BS.
