Another Spam Article Site Borrowed Zombie Articles

Another site pulled up a zombie article... death warmed over. Kim Willis was one of the first MLM coaches to call TVI Express a scam in the US. Who who the heck decided to revive one of his articles teaching you how to drive traffic to TVI Affiliate Site?

Also, "sample page", "just another wordpress site"... This site is clearly meant for spam, not real content. Heck, even the registrar was "protected" (i.e. secret registration). WTF, man. This is a spam blog.

Then I realized... I've seen this blog (or one just like it) before!

Clearly these spam blogs can't bother to pick unique templates.

TVI Vacation Offers Up Mixed Message

Apparently TVI Vacation wants do know if you are still suffering in TVI Express. Why?

Talk about a mixed message! What are they offering?

Yet another spam blog hits Internet with TVI Express Message

Some spam blog named "superaffiliates" decided to use an incomplete website to post some zombie TVI Express spam video articles by "Tish Washington".

So who the heck is Tish Washington? The article points to "CashPass4u.info" website, which is indeed registered by Tish Washington (and expires next month)

So what does CashPass4U.info say? It's pushes a cycler called "Infinity Downline", which is a spammer, phisher, and pushes you to join a $25 "matrix". It is already blacklisted by MyWOT (Web of Trust)

So what does Tish Washington look like? This is her Facebook profile:

What's even funnier, CashPass4U.info slogan is  ON FIRE TO RETIRE  Apparently this is what they meant:

More Spam in a domain name... leading to poor sites

A site called Albertam.com has a spam article about TVI Express

However, this article is just copied from somewhere else. And who is this susanpotts?

Exactly ONE article  (that blank space was to prove I didn't cut off the page)

So who's bestonlinemoneysystem.com ? A site with bad reputation on WOT:

Spam site with links to sites with poor reputation. Ha-ha-ha.

The spam article has a link to MyVacationLife.com

But if you go to that website, it forwards to HowiePerks.newPlanA.com, which doesn't say anything.

If you click on the disclaimer, you realize it's a WorldVentures site... a TVI Express clone.

Finally, consider the weasel conclusion the article made (I'll highlight some sentences):

From what we got from the web site it looks as though members get paid for recruiting which is what gets MLM companies into trouble. It’s is highly suggested that you scrutinize the compensation plan and how it works before deciding to join.

Having success in the TVI comp plan shall be determined by your ability to sponsor people into this company in order so that you can help them duplicate your efforts and cycle out of the board. If you want to speed up your success and cycle out of the boards quicker you will want to tap into the power of online lead generation.

Generating MLM leads online is known as a skill that when learned can enable you to recruit like-minded entrepreneurs into you network marketing company on a daily basis. 

Translation:

1) TVI Express is a scam.
2) Why? You earn by recruiting a lot of people.
3) If you want to succeed in this scam you need to learn how to recruit
4) We will help you learn how

Or in other words: We will help you succeed in this scam.

More John Piro Zombie Spam revived by... Henry Martin?

Recently a guy called "Henry Martin SEO consultant" seem to be reviving some spam from John Piro.

Previously I've exposed John Piro as a hack who show you no facts about TVI Express that can be verified that you need to make a proper decision.

So who's this Henry Martin? If you go to the main site, henrymartinseoconsultant.com , you get...

Guess this guy didn't pay his bills.

Enrique is how you say Henry in Spanish. And this guy is in Valencia, Spain (ES = Espana, or Spain)  


So is there a real Henry Martin? I doubt it. 


Why would a guy in Spain, adopt a generic "western name", claim to be SEO consultant, and have a subdomain dedicated to get-rich-fast schemes in INDIA? 


Search of Google shows there are THOUSANDS of links attributed to this website and various subdomains. 


This is so fishy it's almost hilarious.

This is the very definition of bandwagon fallacy

Consider the alternative explanation: this guy has 5000 victims, so he must have cycled like uh... 10-20 times over. So he made plenty of money off this scam. Do you really want to make him any richer than he already is?

Commentary: MLM Law In the US (and the rest of the world)

Image via WikipediaI have been pointing out that TVI Express is a scam for a long time (since end of 2009), and somehow this scam keeps running (and have actually risen in Alexa rankings since, mainly by traffic out of Russia and nearby former Soviet republics). Why?

The reason: different laws across the world, and different jurisdictions... and the nature of TVI Express scam: it is a distributed scam. The true perp, Tarun Trikha, the puppet master, never sets food in the countries where TVI Express is being prosecuted. Local "distributors" are the ones getting arrested and jailed. Problem in China? Move to Indonesia. Problem in Sikkim India? Move to different province. Problem in US and Australia? Spread some lies about defending the perps, trying to become legal, leak names of some law firms, then... nothing. Just abandon the members in those countries "no longer viable" to their own fate.

The MLM problem recently got big press in Asia when an alleged scam (I say alleged because it had not yet been convicted of any fraud yet, other than what they admitted themselves, but there is no doubt in my mind) called "SpeakAsia" was revealed to be so suspicious of being a pyramid scheme, a TV Expose triggered a multi-agency investigation, only to realize that these agencies somehow lack the power to investigate a company that does not legally reside in India!

In other words, scams can avoid prosecution by going "international" through the Internet. This is especially apparent with TVI Express, when local members incorporated "local branches" in various countries (often using completely unrelated business activities) and use THAT to claim legitimacy, when those branches are completely unrelated to the original business!

Just to use TVI Express as an example... Even today, there is no official acknowledgement on who actually runs TVI Express. There is STILL no listing of executive team on TVI Express website. Previous names like "Tom Hemmings" and "Bill Cooper" are gone and were not replaced.

What is interesting is TVI Express called Goenani Goernawan, President of PT TVI Express Indonesia (one of those "local branches"), a "Vice President".

Vice President of what, precisely? TVI Express itself? How did she get that? Where's the official promotion? If she's vice president, who is president, secretary, treasurer, and so on? And what of her position in PT TVI Express Indonesia, where she is "President"?

See the problem? TVI Express had REFUSED to answer these questions for its ENTIRE existence, yet it continues to claim legitimacy. Is this the sort of company you want to deal with?

TVI Express member falsely claimed endorsement in Indonesia

Official denies that he had joined or endorsed TVI Express, despite members having dropped his name and claimed he's a member.  In other words, TVI Express members lied!
