TVI Express operating ILLEGALLY in Indonesia

Indonesia's Detik news reported that TVI Express is busy signing up people in Indonesia. However, it is NOT registered with Government's Direct Selling Bureau, and thus far, it will NEVER be registered because it is all recruiting, no product! Here's Google Translate Link:

Here's an excerpt:

"... every MLM company in Indonesia must have direct trade business license... if you do not have [license], it [business] is considered illegal... Indonesia TVI Express leader admit they are not registered [to have license]...  only do business over Internet, thus no sales took place..."
Can you say "weasel"?

Yes, but how many of your countrymen will fall victim to line the pockets of the "leaders"? Petition your government and anti-fraud agencies to take action now! In fact, ask Detik News to cover the news more, and publicize the fact that it is now halted in Australia!

Also, notice it is always in "third-world" countries where TVI Express thrives, but not in first-world countries? It did not spread very far in Europe or America, but it did great in India, China (for a little while), and now in Southeast Asia... less education, less research, more vulnerable to fraud.

Thank you for the info.
Jakarta (Indonesia) is now flooded by TVI. Like you said, less education and less research plus we don't have 'traveling culture' like European and American do. So, TVI here doesn't get much complain about difficulties in claiming travel voucher and free tickets.
People should read your blog.

Convince Detik or other newspaper and legitimate news sources to study my information and write an editorial about TVI Express scam. It should push the government into action, like China did since June 2009. TVI Express is now virtually extinct in China, but plenty of other scams exist there.
