"Maverick" decided to join the fray, but who is he really?

A person using pseudonym "Maverick" decided to leave me some nasty comment on my hub "TVI Express: an international scam". I am reproducing the comment below in order to analyze it fully.

First, he posted from 115.240.73.208. That traces to an ISP in Bombay, India. We will assume he is from India for now.

Second, the comment is reproduced below. The only change is I am numbering each sentence, so we can analyze them one by one. Keep in mind this is his second message.

(1)  in todays time when most people are finding it diffcult to make ends meet because they are being paid so poorly by people 'WHO OWN COMPANIES' (2) ( BY THE WAY YOU HAVENT TOLD ME THE NAME OF YOUR COMPANIES IN YOUR REPLY). (3)  Anyway in these times here comes a company called TVI who clearly states what you have to do and how you would be compensated, helpss people earn money and helps them to start living life instead of just going through the process of living. (4) helps them earn more money so that they can give their family and kids a better lifestyle. (5) SO THE PEOPLE WHO OWN COMPANIES OBVIOUSLY HATE TVI CAUSE FOR THEM ONLT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO EARN MONEY. (6) HOW DARE A COMMON MAN EARN MONEY, CAUSE IF THAT HAPPENS, THEN WHO WILL WORK FOR THESE COMPANY OWNERS?????? (7) KS CHANG, WAKE UP AND OPEN YOUR EYES.  NOT THE ONES ON YOUR FACE BUT THE EYES OF YOUR HEART. (8) TRY AND DISTRIBUTE LOVE AND HARMAONY INSTEAD OF HATRED AND JEALOUSY TOWARDS ANYTHING....... (9) BUT ANYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH YOU IS A SHILL RIGHT.....(10) REMEMBER NOTHING AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THIS WORLD IS PERFECT.... (11) BY THE WAY ...YOU ARE GOING TO BE VERY DISSAPPOINTED..... (12) I AINT EVEN A MEMBER OF TVI..... BUT I KNOW SOMEONE WHO IS AND EVER SINCE HE JOINED TVI I HAVENT SEEN HIM AND HIS FAMILY HAPPIER...  (13) AND I AM HAPPY FOR THEM.... Okay? So how many facts had he presented to prove TVI Express is not a scam? Absolutely ZERO.

Why is this guy spending so much effort acting like a lunatic filling his speech with irrelevant stuff?  He even claims he's not a member. So he's just insulting me just for the heck of it... Hmmm...

And his unproven allegations can be disproved one at a time.

* Allegation: people are poor because bosses underpay them

This allegation is already ridiculous. One can be poor due to wide variety of factors... natural disaster, fraud, robbery, stupid decisions, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of opportunities...

* Allegation: TVI Express pays the masses, so it's good

This completely ignores the fact that in the double matrix setup of TVI Express, only 1 out of 225 gets paid the big bucks. So you have 200+ losers to 1 winner. Somebody get paid, sure. The rest? They are busy looking for more losers. So what about the rest of the losers?

* Allegation: "bosses" hate TVI Express because TVI Express is great opportunity

Ah, the "you must be jealous" argument again. His reasoning? TVI Express is such a great opportunity, that will decrease the pool of applicants for jobs, so bosses hate TVI Express. Clearly, he didn't think this through, because if you examine it a little closer, the entire allegation collapses:

• higher wages is a good thing, isn't it?
• boss will just raise prices to reflect the higher cost of doing business
• it is a circular argument. He assumes TVI Express is a great opportunity, then use that to argue that some people would hate TVI Express. However, he is supposed to PROVE TVI Express is a great opportunity, not assume it.

* Allegation: any one who disagrees with me, the TVI Express critic, is a shill.

Which I answered right back: shills have NO COUNTER-PROOF. If he had some proof, he'd have presented it already, right? However, he got NOTHING. Allegations, opinions, insults, and irrelevant facts are NOT proof. That's why I called him a shill. In fact, my reply was:

"I call you a shill because all you do is talk, but you don't debate. Debate is when you present YOUR SIDE of the story. You haven't presented anything except raising some irrelevant issues, and insult me. I don't care if you disagree with me. In fact, I pity your "blind faith" in TVI Express. "

* FINAL ALLEGATION: " IF TVI IS MAKING THE LIVES OF THE COMMON MAN THEN TVI IS THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN IN TODAYS WORLD."

So he wasn't even sure whether TVI Express is improving lives... Maybe it can improve lives of SOME TVI Express members... as I said before, 1 out of 225 people. That's less than 5 percent. The other 95+% of the members? Their lives have been "touched" alright... They've been SCAMMED.

And who really comes out ahead? TVI Express, and whoever's behind the scam.
