The answer is: they don't, except on a spamticle site, such as this one:

It's called "journeyshirts.com", but there's nothing about the owner. The "about" page is left in its generic wordpress verbiage. Domain name is registered to an "Arin Peck" with no address, not even COUNTRY.

When you read the article, you realize the whole thing is completely mangled by a rewriter, which also completely screwed up the formatting, losing all the carriage returns.

Yet that's exactly what this place wants you to think:

As you can see, out of the 5 full paragraphs you can see, the paragraphs don't fit together. First is TVI Express, then Chacha, then generic, then TVI Express, then some "MLM scam", then some generic advice again.

However, two full paragraphs (and that partial at the end) are from my own articles.

This domain is registered by a guy in Berlin, Germany. No idea why it's now a spamticle site.

The domain is owned by a Mr. Kramer in Bellvue, Washington.

The article itself was written by guy who wrote that TVI Express is a scam and he wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. The author is now listed as this "Victoria Leminitzin" (clearly female) and half the words don't go together any more.

Recently a certain "Bilyonaryo" started posting comments on my TVI Express expose hubs. His IP address traces back to a Korean ISP. He's all nice and positive, "you write good stuff", he goes, but it's clear he didn't read any of them, because he posted this:

Mind you, I already gave him links to my "News Your TVI Express Upline will never tell you", where TVI Express members were arrested, TVI Express denounced as pyramid scheme, and so on and so forth.

Yet he says that only individual members of TVI Express was prosecuted as criminals, not TVI Express itself.

For a moment, I was going to retort "What is the difference?!" Then I realized he's trying to use the "few bad apples" argument, that a few individuals can abuse the system, but the system itself, he will claim, is innocent. Fortunately, I do have references pointing the other way:

However, this is one of the 13 tricks I've identified earlier: "It's the individual's fault, because it cannot be the system's fault". Seen it before, albeit not to this extent. Usually it's used as post-facto justification, like: blame all my downlines for the failure. However, this one use it to DENY that TVI Express was a scam at all. Hah!

If it's not a scam, then it wouldn't have been banned in China, Namibia, Lesotho, USA, and so on.

Previously we have revealed that the domain "Pacificroyale.com" was registered none other than Tarun Trikha and his V2 Global scam company.

Later they used generic clipart to claim the company is launching in January 2012.

It is now January 2012, so where's the airline?

According to airline news, Pacific Royale is not going to start operating until END OF FEBRUARY 2012. And even then, it will only have 4 aircraft, two of them castoff from Ethiopian Airline.

Yet the website remains unchanged (as of today). It is clearly bogus.

And just to prove that the website's bogus... this is what it looks like now. This plane is NOT EVEN THE MODEL OF AIRCRAFT THAT WILL BE OPERATED BY PACIFIC ROYALE.

If you go to Youtube itself to find the video, you'll find that it's posted by a Opp4Wealth on 29-DEC-2009. Which tells you this video is severely out of date and revived by zombie.

In this video, he even used president Obama's words "Change has come to America" to claim that TVI Express will change American income. Just like TVI Express stole Alex Ross's "Obamaman" picture for their "I am TVI" event.

But who is this Opp4Wealth guy any way? Well, his Youtube Channel gives you a big clue:

If you do Google search, you'll find a guy in Germany who's a very good programmer, but that's not this guy. This spammer Jungblut actually hails from Peru (that's in South America)

When domains are registered just to squat, the owners need to put SOMETHING on them just to get some revenue, and many of them turn to content spam by stealing articles, often went through a rewriter / mangler. Here's another example:

Just look at the random capitalization and you realize this thing went through a rewriter and emerged as jibberish. You don't even really need to read the words. It's like playing mad libs, except those make some sense, where as this makes NO sense at all.

Previously, we've highlighted "Lawrence Russell" (i.e. Larry), who is supposed to be promoting his Global Resorts business. Instead, his website apparently is in bot mode and randomly publishing zombie articles, some of which are in DIRECT COMPETITION to his GRN, and he just advertised his competitor, AGAIN. Not to mention he cited a video pushing a company that had been officially issued a "cease and desist" by a consumer protection agency of the US government!

Larry here has no brains. Clearly, he is as smart as the bot powering his site. Garbage in, garbage out.

Who is Jill Sanders and why was she pushing TVI Express scam?

Yesterday, we profiled a spamticle site that claims to be about "Color Men's Wear" but in reality posts spam articles and videos from all over, and one of them was this TVI Express video from "traveltviexpress". Her Youtube Channel still exists:

Either she only owns one shirt (or all identical shirts, like Steve Job's two dozen black turtlenecks) or she recorded all these videos in one take, which means she was reading from a script. Lighting suggests it was all done in one take.

According to the youtube profile, she joined on 30-JAN-2010, uploaded these videos, and NEVER updated them ever again. Last activity date is same as join date. Clearly, this is a spam channel.

The TinyURL forwarder is still active, and sends you to a free Weebly site, which only contains a capture page that wants your contact info, nothing else.

However, her name, according to the video, is "Stephanie Bower", not Jill Sanders. Why is Jill Sanders posting a video by Stephanie Bower?

We will research this "Stephanie Bower" later. For now, we'll concentrate on Jill Sanders.

Search on Twitter revealed that last tweet was in December 2009, even BEFORE the videos.

The URL mentioned in the Tweet, TVIExpressPass.com, has expired domain as of August 2010, over a year ago.

Unfortunately, "Jill Sanders" is a pretty common name and without further information further ID is not possible. All the searches for Jill Sanders and South Lake Tahoe brought up information on a real estate agent. She looks completely different from the girl in the video. Before I noticed the girl in the video is a Stephanie Bower, NOT Jill Sanders, that threw me off completely. So who is Jill Sanders? The real estate agent is white and has short but face-framing blond hair.

Then I found ANOTHER Twitter account, which belongs to the real estate agent, as "TahoeHomeLink.com" is the home page of the real estate agent.

Then why was she tweeting about TVI Express? These tweets are identical to the one in that TVI Express Jill Sanders account.

Apparently Jill had strayed into scams and had since picked up real estate and abandoned her scamming ways.

Bravo, Jill, bravo. All the power to you, and a lesson to TVI Express members: you *can* go legit if you want to.

Bob Howard, marketing coach, is the latest documented weasel dodging TVI Express scam question

This blog had been catching weasel marketing coaches who claims to be all about integrity and honesty, but in reality is a weasel who dodge his own question: Is TVI Express a Scam?

Bob Howard claimed to have "reviewed" TVI Express on this little video, asking whether it's a scam. However, this video is only 44 seconds, long, and thus is only to get you to visit his website. That's already like a weasel, isn't it?

So what does his website actually say? Absolutely NOTHING about whether TVI Express is a scam or not.

He managed to completely ignore the problems (no management, no clear location, "alliances" with travel are fake, getting paid on RECRUITING is illegal pyramid scheme, so on and so forth).

The rest of his article is NOT about TVI Express, but rather, some blathering about lead generation. In fact, TVI Express is mentioned only three times in the entire article, none of them as a "review". In fact, he never did say whether TVI Express is a scam or not.

Bob Howard dodged his own question.

Another Minister Pushing TVI Express, and attracting spam

Previously we found Rev Dailey pushing TVI Express. Though later he wrote back claiming that he haven't been involved in TVI Express for YEARS.

Now we found another "minister" using his religious connections to push MLM and Matrix Schemes, such as TVI Express and One24. The TVI Express link? Goes straight to his TVI referral link.

And he quotes Bible liberally to justify his works. He doesn't seem to care that most of his comments came from bots.

Well, Johnny De... Here's a couple Bible quotes right back at you:

"Be not deceived, God is not mocked, whatsoever a man sows, that he shall also reap.” (Galatians 6:7)
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” (Matthew 7:12).
“A good name is better than great riches.” (Proverbs 22:1)

There is no doubt that TVI Express is a scam, members convicted and sentenced for fraud in multiple countries. Thus, any one still promoting TVI Express is committing fraud, and will find suitable punishment either in this life or beyond. If you cheat people by recruiting them into a pyramid scheme like TVI Express, then you are indeed aiding evil in the universe.

In fact, I think somewhere in the Bible it says you need to pay back the damages, WITH INTEREST, THEN ask for God's forgiveness.

When it comes to spamticle websites (that's websites with a lot of pirated or repub'ed spam articles), they are usually so generic and setup with minimum work you can tell just by looking, without reading much of the content at all. After all, it's for search engines to pick up, not for human consumption. As a result, they often contain pathetic mistakes, and this one is no exception.

As you can see, this site just have cloned articles, with nearly identical titles, and didn't even bother updating the author (it's left unchanged from the theme author's original).

Even more hilarious, the video that goes with this posting? Was NOT from David Wood. If you click through, you'll find out that David Wood is a white surfer dude, and the video is of a black guy.

However, the domain is indeed registered by David Wood, and the registrant's address matches the address given on his own website, workwithdavidwood.com, an address in Fairbanks, Alaska. (Strangely, that website has "private registration" turned on. Why have private reg when your address is on the website itself?)

So, did Mr. Wood turn to spamticle website creation to supplement his income? And why link to a even MORE bogus video not created by him as a link?

Recently, a bunch of videos showed up on Youtube from Indonesia. Following screen shot was captured on 20-NOV-2011, only hours after the video's upload, as you can see.

Look at first video. Who is Edward Aritonang? He is the police chief of Central Java, Indonesia. So why is TVI Express naming him? It turns out, TVI Express recruited him to lend itself credibility. They are using his picture and everything at local events.

However keep in mind that TVI Express was declared "haram" (unclean) by Islamic Council of Indonesia in 2010, and declared illegally operating, with its business permit revoked in August 2011.

So which Indonesian moron is uploading video about a DEAD company? Let's find out.

The Youtube Account gave no details other than the guy's in Indonesia, but then the videos are Indonesian.

Checking the accountname tviexpress4world revealed a website, which is a co.cc, which actually means it's a domain forwarder. It was forwarded to a wordpress blog called tviexpress4world.wordpress.com

So the guy's name is Wayan Merdika. What else can we find about him? (BTW, that card is a fake. TVI Express don't issue membership cards.)

His SWOM account is inactive.

His Twitter account is inactive (only twitted ONCE, EVER, back in June 2010)

His Facebook group had no wall updates for over a year. Though he did spam the Brazil group.

There's an address that matches the phone number he gave out above:

He apparently is also head of "Balinese Carving Team" (same phone number again)

And finally, a decent picture! Which seems to match the picture in the Youtube profile. Name matches, and location (Bali, Indonesia) also matches.

This basically proves that this guy has NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING, trying something, anything, everything.

This is the sort of people especially vulnerable to the TVI Express scam, but it doesn't explain what he was doing updating his Youtube channel with OLD video (those video first appeared on Youtube back in 2010) on a company that is no longer legal in Indonesia.

They have 8 recommendations and three major questions you should ask of the people recruiting you. Let's start with the questions first, and try it on TVI Express (feel free to try it against your favorite MLM):

1. What are your annual sales of the product? How much product did you sell to distributors? What percentage of your sales were made to distributors?

In TVI Express, the only honest answer from the upline is Zero, All (however many people he recruited), All 100%.

TVI Express "distributors" doesn't sell any hotel vouchers or travel or any such thing. They sell MEMBERSHIPS to TVI Express (which supposedly gets you a voucher for travel, and alleged discounts). Or in other words, they don't sell trips to people outside the company at all, thus they are NOT a travel business. And that, is bad, because having NO PRODUCT means the whole thing is a pyramid scheme.

If you ask about this, then the upline will try to claim various things as product.

a) They will claim membership itself is a product (it's not, but it's a requirement for access to product. ).

b) They will claim the free trip that comes with the membership is the product (again, it's not, as you can't get the trip without the membership).

c) They will claim the discounts you can get for the membership is the product (again, it's not. Discount to other products is not in itself a product. )

In other words, all of the explanation are bogus, and the upline is desperately spinning bull**** hoping you won't notice the bogosity of his explanations.

How much time did you spend last year on the business? How long have you been in the business? How many people are in your downline?

Most TVI Express members, who are honest, will admit that they only just joined up for a few weeks, or perhaps a few months, and they just recruited people, and didn't advertise or anything. Then they'll glide right into "I paid only $250 USD (plus fees) to join and I am about to make ______!" They claim they have no expenses, and have dozens, hundreds, etc. in their downline.

Come on, how can a business have no expenses? Some will claim they setup websites, send out e-mails, print flyers, paid for ads, and so on, but all of them are toward RECRUITING, not selling anything. Thus, they have defeated their own explanation: they aren't selling anything. They are all recruiting.

A business that recruits and sells nothing except memberships (i.e. recruits) is a pyramid scheme, not a business.

3. What percentage of the money you made — income and bonuses minus your expenses — came from recruiting other distributors and selling them inventory or other items to get started?

In TVI Express, ALL income is from recruiting (cycle out of 2 "boards"), which guarantees that TVI Express is a pyramid scheme. There is no inventory or actual items or training. It's all recruit people, get paid. That is the very definition of pyramid scheme.

MASERU — The Central Bank of Lesotho (CBL) has again warned the public against investing their monies in a pyramid scheme operated by Travel Ventures International (TVI) Express.
TVI Express is under criminal investigations in a number of countries.
The central bank’s warning comes two months after it issued a similar warning urging the public not to invest their monies in the scheme.
In a statement last week, the CBL said TVI Express was “operating in Lesotho in violation of the law”.
“The activities of this scheme resemble those of selling and marketing pyramid schemes as defined in Section 2 of the Financial Institutions Act, 1999, in terms of receiving funds from the public,” the bank said.
“The Central Bank of Lesotho would also like to caution all promoters of TVI Express, including persons who attempt to recruit others, either by word-of-mouth or via spamming email messages to join these schemes, anywhere in Lesotho, to stop such practices immediately.”
The CBL said TVI Express business operations place substantial emphasis on recruitment of participants.
“In this respect, the scheme offers lucrative incentives to the participants, calculated primarily on the basis of the number of participants or members that have been recruited into it,” said the bank.
“It is evident that these recruitment-based incentives serve as a bait to attract potential participants into joining the scheme, with the prospect of making easy money by recruiting others.
“In the whole, selling of purported products or services is a small component of the business model in the scheme and therefore designed to defraud members of the public,” the bank added.
CBL spokesperson, Thato Mohasoa, told the Sunday Express last month that TVI Express was not registered with the central bank as required under law.
Mohasoa however said he did not wish to comment beyond what had been stated in the statement.
He was however adamant that TVI Express was operating a fraudulent scheme and was fleecing people.
“I stick by our official statement that promoters of this business and those who are recruiting others to join it are breaking the law,” Mohasoa said.
Prospective investors are required to pay M2 700 as membership fee.
Investigations by the Sunday Express have revealed that TVI Express did not have offices in Lesotho.
The company also does not appear in the register of companies at the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
It also does not appear at the registrar of sole proprietary or partnership businesses.
It also does not appear in the list of cooperative societies and register of friendly associations.

South Africa called him "leader of 1 billion Rand scam", living the big life in suburbs of India, allegedly has his own corporate jet flying all over the world promoting his scam, TVI Express, and insinuate he's part owner in a new Indonesia airline to his followers.

They didn't change a SINGLE WORD. And the link at EzineArticles.com confirms this article had been online since May 2010.

Which proves beyond a doubt that Tarun Trikha is a plagiarist, in addition to being a scammer.

But then, I've proven before that most of his "expert watch" section on TVI Express website was stolen from a book by Randy Gage. So this is not a surprise to me at all.

Pacific Royale Airline? More Generic Clipart

Previously we have some diehard TVI Express supports claim that Tarun Trikha is a majority owner in Pacific Royale Airways that's being launched in Indonesia sometime in 2012.

However, repeated study of various sources in Indonesia cannot confirm any sort of link between TVI Express and/or Tarun Trikha with this new airline (which is real), at least, not through any information that was NOT provided by Tarun Trikha or TVI Express (or their supporters). The closest they can get is "Indian Investor Mr. T".

Furthermore, PacificRoyale.com is clearly registered by Tarun Trikha or people he control.

Now that PacificRoyale.com got a content update, it's clear that this website can't be legit if they can't be bothered to find picture of a REAL PLANE, but instead, is using some free vector art found on the Internet somewhere. See for yourself:

Why is MLM and Pyramid Scheme illegal under Shariah (Islamic law)?

1) Usury, or handing over small amount of money, and get huge rewards later, is illegal under Shariah. Pyramid scheme fits this definition.

2) Shariah prohibits "uncertainty business", or business with significant degree of chance. MLM and pyramid scheme, where you don't know if you can recruit enough people, is such an "uncertainty business".

"Shine", with an IP address that traced to Saudi Arabia, is back with more moronic comments, where he replies to questions about the legitimacy of TVI Express with "just look at our website".

The only proof that "Shine" have of ethical practice is "look at TVI Express website".

Anybody can write anything on a website. Didn't the entire world got punked when someone put up a website that claimed Internet Explorer users have lower IQ? That turned out to be a hoax. Website in itself is no proof.

Furthermore, TVI Express has been long documented to be a liar and obfuscator when it comes to "truth".

And you expect people to believe TVI Express actually has ethical conduct? Is it ethical to ignore all these problems and concerns?

The "stealing dreams" comment is even more inane, because in a pyramid scheme, in order to have your dream, you have to steal 200+ other people's dreams. (15 person pyramid, 2 of them, comes out to be 225, minus yourself, so 224 people, less if one or more buys multiple memberships) And to achieve their own dreams, they each have to steal 224 more people's dreams.

That's the scam part about pyramid schemes... instead of they scamming 200+ people, they have YOU scamming 200+ people. And because they're in India, when police come, they will come after YOU, not TVI Express. Police can't get to TVI Express, but they can get to you.

Furthermore, MLM and pyramid scheme are outlawed by Islam, and Indonesian Islamic Council on Ache already declared TVI Express a scam.

I suspect "shine" here is a foreign worker or immigrant to Saudi Arabia, probably from Philippines or Indonesia. Does Saudi Arabia still institute caning for haram practices, such as scamming people out of money?

The problem with this post is fallacy of equivocation: saying one thing when it really means something else. In this case, "alex" basically claims that if a business did its proper registration for paying taxes and such, it must be a legitimate company, and CANNOT be illegal.

A business can have all its paperwork in order, but if it operates as a pyramid scheme, it surely IS illegal. It is legitimate in the sense that it has all the paperwork in order, but NOT in the sense that it is operating as a non-fraud. Yet alex seem to think they are the same: paperwork = not fraud, when it's illogical.

As for having presidents and other leaders in town, so what? Indonesian branch of TVI Express got its license revoked. They had presidents and other officers too.

The rest is just "I made money so it can't be scam". That's equivocation too. They are defining scam as "took my money can didn't give me anything", when scam covers a lot more than that, such as a pyramid scheme (which is pretty much proven conclusively several times over, based on TVI Express's own info).

The problem here is he doesn't care about the people who are under the people who are under him. According to him, it's just "other people's money", who cares about them?

That's the problem with a pyramid scheme: when it gets to be a couple layers removed, you no longer care about defrauding other people. You don't know them (except they're friend of a friend or relative of a relative) and thus, you don't give a **** about what happens to their money. All you care is that YOU benefited from this scam, and those immediately under you (who also "cycled out").

PYRAMID SCHEME IS ILLEGAL, and "ed" here basically admitted he doesn't give a **** as long as he got the money.

A certain guy who used the handle "ed" decided to recycle the "TVI Express is a buyer's club" argument in hopes of convincing me (and my readers) that TVI Express is legitimate.

His argument has multiple parts

1) TVI Express is a club (therefore it is legitimate)

2) Uplines hellp people who are under them to cycle them out

3) If you are against TVI Express, you are ruining people's lives

Let's examine them one at a time.

1) Is TVI Express a "club"? (or a "gym", which is a fitness club)

The answer is NO, because the "service" that it offers, i.e. selection of hotels, airfare, and so on, can be had for FREE on Travelocity and other Internet travel giants.

Besides, what exactly *do* you sell in TVI Express? Do you actually sell trips, airfare, hotel, and so on? No! You sell MEMBERSHIP! (Which allegedly gives you discounts on trips, but we've already explained that same discounts can be had elsewhere for FREE)

Thus, TVI Express is NOT a club. This is a BOGUS argument, and it's one I had busted BEFORE.

2) Do Uplines help their own downlines to cycle out?

Frankly, this makes NO SENSE whatsoever, because the mathematics do NOT support it.

Simply answer this question: if it's so lucrative, why don't the upline cycle himself out by buying as many memberships as he can?

Because it can't be done. To cycle out and make that alleged $10000, you need to pay TVI Express $56250, that's assuming 15x15x$250 (15 people per "board", 2 boards, $250 each person). Even if you count the first $500 (which is not really $500, but $250 in eWallet, with membership voucher "worth" $250)

Clearly, a lot of that 200+ $250 memberships must be paid by somebody ELSE. In fact VAST MAJORITY must be paid by someone else. A LOT of someone else's.

Thus, "your upline will pay for a few memberships to cycle you out" only PROVES that it's a pyramid scheme, not disprove it at all. They are willing to sacrifice some of their potential gain just to make you feel better about putting your money in.

3) Does speaking out against TVI Express ruin lives?

This is a fundamental lie. If a person does not join TVI Express, his or her circumstance does NOT change. Thus, it is NOT RUINED.

Joining TVI Express has tremendous risks. Not only can you lose the money you put in, and every person you recruit can hate you for life, including friends and family. Furthermore, you can be arrested for fraud by the government, as many people around the world have found out.

Sure, there's the POTENTIAL of getting that $10000, but is the risk worth it? Ed seem to think so, but his claim that NOT joining TVI Express ruins lives, is totally bogus.

CONCLUSION: EVERY ONE OF ED'S ARGUMENTS IS BOGUS.

Unfortunately for Jamie here, the domain is now a spam blog using regular Wordpress template. NONE of the Google links shown above work any more.

What's worse, the article itself was "spun", as you can notice there are subtle errors. "at an chance"? Clearly the original word was "opportunity" and "chance" was substituted without fixing the "an". And if you look up the article you see how it went through a rewriter.

It appears that our Internet Marketing Wonder Boy is out of business, and domain is used by spammers.
